I went through the car wash and it scratched up my paint and I talked to the guy that worked there and he offered me a $50 gift card for car washes which why would I want more car washes after it scratched my car up already then he gave me a $25 gas gift card instead and I tried to use it a couple days later and it didn’t even have anything on it so I called him back up and had to drive back to get another one to use

Probably the only station in Wisconsin that has a McDonalds and only a 1 toilet bathroom. I thought this was the 1950's when I walked in and a guy was washing his shirt in the sink and a guy was grunting in the single stall. I waited for 12 minutes but the guy in the stall never came out. I was there long enough to recognize the manager and employee working who promptly closed the women's bathroom with a store full of customers. Good thing there was a Menard's across the highway. Service was non existent. McDonalds was good though. This is not a place to fill up and relieve yourself if you are on the highway. There are many other places and I bet they have more than one stall. I left there disgusted.

Dino stop is the cleanest gas station in Manitowoc interstate.... Awesome bakery and lots of stuff for everyone. Also car wash and mec Donald at the same stop. Great experience 😃😃😃😃😃😃

Passing through the area for work and stopped to get a drink and a snack. While standing in line the two ladies noticed my vehicle and commented that it “must be some hillbilly or redneck” which I found to be very rude. Better be careful ladies it would be unfortunate for you to loose the minimum wage job that you’re under qualified for and depend so dearly on.

Managers need to be aware of what their employees (name was Jessica) are doing on schedule work time. Couldn’t even greet a customer, because she was too busy being on her phone. Also, was taking pictures of customers and making fun of them in front of the customers eye. I understand this is a gas station and maybe a little short staff, but good customer service goes along way along with the presentation on how you look. The selection of things were good though along with being off the highway. Parking was a little jumbled with McDonald’s and bathrooms we’re dirty. Floors could of been cleaned. The one star is because of the poor customer service.

I stopped in last night for gas and a restroom break on my way back to Waukesha county from Francis Creek. The restroom break wasn't planned but when nature calls well you know. The rest room was clean and the pumps were functioning well. I had no trouble and I always love getting 5 cents off with the Shell rewards cards.

The car wash left soap all over my car. I went inside to complain and they gave me a coupon for a free wash. Why would I want another wash that leaves soap on my car?! I wanted a refund. No dice.
