Tried to buy a single white claw just bc I’m from Florida and I haven’t bought alcohol after 9 pm from living in Madison in years. My id was in the car bc my husband was pumping gas. I am 40 years old wouldn’t sell, wouldn’t let husband pay. Give me a freaking break.

Ps there is absolutely no law that says bc I picked out the drink I have to show id and pay for it. My husband can show his id and pay for it. Get new help or educate him.

A man around his 50s working an early morning shift.. was the rude worker! I must’ve been the first car..around 5 in the morning.. I went to a pump.. an it didn’t work so I went to another pump.. it didn’t work again.. so obviously something is wrong with the pumps! I went inside to let them know their pumps aren’t working.. an he very rudely yells.. There working!! I said I went to two an both didn’t work.. an he just kept saying I didn’t know how to pump gas! Or I didn’t have money on my card!!! He just kept saying the pumps are working!! Finally he goes out to the pump an I pay while he does everything because he thinks I’m doing it wrong!!! This whole time he’s being rude.. an finally he says ohhhhhh yea it’s not working.. we ran out of gas late last night when I was working.. sorry..
I’m shocked at how nasty rude he was to me!! I’m the customer! I was nice an didn’t do anything wrong! Treated like a child..

Some time ago, I was traveling back home to Wausau late at night and I was having a hard time keeping my eyes open. I wanted to do the safe thing, so I parked here to rest until the morning. I woke up a few hours later to a local police officer pounding on my door because the store had called in regarding a "suspicious person". Mind you, I wasn't causing a disturbance, I drive a newer, well maintained vehicle, etc, I had previously been a customer here many times on my commute to Green Bay.

To this day I believe that management's response to a completely innocuous situation was completely unwarranted. I haven't stopped here since and I've warned my POC friends and coworkers about this place ever since; I can't imagine what my reception would have been if I wasn't Caucasian myself, but I have a hard time imagining that it would have been an improvement.

Went inside to prepay for 20.00 csmethe pump only gave me .28 cents woeth of gas went in to complain
SHE said it was a problem with my car and i told her my car gas tank has mo issues so she said try ot again I scanned mycard again for snother twenty asked if i would be billed for 20.00 twice or 28 cents and 20.00 dollars she said i would only be billed 20.28 cents went home a check my bank charges was 40.28 i called thw store snd she said have to wait three days for cycle to run through the bank.. i called my bank and they said there are three charges on my card sll today wirhin 5 minutes of each other. So the lady lied snd my bank said they will make sure i only get charged 20.28 .i will Never go to that gas statuon again i dont have 20 dollars that i can just throw away for four days to see if the charges stay on or go away I like my bank they put my necessary funds back in my account

Since one of the works, Tami, decides to show customers and other coworkers, personal business about things that have happened, I have decided to let everyone know that even if you go there or pay for something the worker Tami, will tell other people your business and show people pictures of what happened or what they have done. Which is illegal because your not supposed to show other people's business and tell everyone around the town about. The cops are going to be involved and she should be fired for how many times she has harassed my family, and was even trying to seduce one of my family members.

If you want privacy when you go to the bathroom don't go here! I walked in at 10:45 at night. Closed the main door and then started my business and the women who worked there propped the door open. When asked she said there is a sign that says do not close doors. "Not my rules" she said. Apparently there is a PAPER sign....no privacy and lack of safety. After that I chose to take my purchase power elsewhere.

Stopped for gas and to use the bathroom. I really appreciated having a clean bathroom to use. And a hook on a clean door to hang my purse on while I did my business. It's the small things. The plastic sheets hanging in front of the registers looks ridiculous in a nice looking gas station ..🤷🏼‍♀️ but I know your protecting the workers.

very deceptive owner, had my vehicle towed, changed his story from original, no signs indicating I couldn't leave my car there cost me $150.00. They need to be more responsible to customers. We had done this for more than 5 years and spent plenty of money there

They are always clean and polite everything is well stocked the restrooms are clean well the women have never been in the men's LOL. However I did Google gas stations open 24 hours as I was getting low on fuel they came up as being open 24 hours and I stopped and they are not. Should definitely edit they're listing if they are not open 24 hours.
