I can't begin to explain how great this place is. If I could give it 6 stars I would. I've been coming here for about 10 years now. The owner is a super kind man and the employees always take care of you in a fast and friendly manner. Went there for some hookah, and to get some reading done. The guy working at the time was very friendly very quick with the service and made the hour and a half I was there pretty enjoyable. Definitely going back again, it’s a nice little spot to just hang and have a relaxing puff of hookah!

Went to Shi Chai while visiting Milwaukee. As a hookah enthusiast, I think this place was great. I had a bowl of double apple, it lasted a very long time, and maintained the flavor the whole way through. I also tried the chicken tawook sandwich - that was equally great.

I've been a repeat customer for over 5 years. Shi Chai is objectively the best hookah spot in the greater Milwaukee area. Food, hookah, vibe, and service are 5 stars. Sam is a great host. Great afternoon here before the bucks game. Friendly service, great selection of hookah flavors, and the smoothies are tasty! I loved the music playing in the background as well. The prices were fair and you also get to mix and 3 match flavors within that same price. You can literally have your hookah any way you want it here. Very Un assuming place from the outside. Priced well and staff is very hospitable. Hookah is packed well and the flavors were spot on. We went after a bucks game and was really busy and despite that our table of 6 got food under 15 minutes and hookah 5 minutes after that. The guy was on top of coal service and checked in several times.
We ordered the chicken shawarma and the mixed grill platter. Everything was great but the streak pieces were absolute perfection.
I heard this place was under new management since I last visited so I was slightly sceptical but blown away by food and service. Def recommend.

This is a real chill place to study, read a book, or have a small meeting with clients. The food menu is excellent and hookah flavors are phenomenal. 1st and foremost, best underrated Hookah Lounge in town.
