Popular historic venue ! "Stop in Tavern" is great for a drink. Kitchen best serves the main dining area next door, so couple that with summer staff & bar food service is cumbersome.

Siebkens Resort was a great vacation choice. We stayed in the Historic Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Resort is located within walking distance to many restaurants and pubs. The onsite pub was lively and had good food, beverage choices and a freindly crew. Higly recommend.

Slightly aged hotel rooms, but an amazing place to stay within walking distance of anything you need to try around Elkhart Lake. Siebkins Bar also just so happens to pour the coldest spotted cows around!

Room: We stayed in a property adjacent to the main buildings. It was a remodeled old house with several rooms. The bathroom was slightly small but, being an old house, it made sense. There were several windows with pretty cheap plastic blinds. Everyone walking by was able to see in unless we pulled the blinds. There was also an exterior stair to the upstairs rooms that was literally outside out window. It was not quiet. For what we paid, I expected it to be much more updated.||Location: It's a really small town so it's close to everything. ||Parking: There are approx 15 parking spots in the "courtyard" in the center of the buildings. There is apparently also an underground parking option but it was full. Parking is mostly on the street and availability is based on luck. ||Staff: Nice. We didn't need anything so we didn't interact with them much.

I'm sorry but this place had the worst chicken Marsala I've EVER had. It was mushy, the corn bread was gritty and terrible, the arugula was PURE salt !! The workers were mad i sent it back, I would never do that only if the food was inedible! Also, asked for a caption and diet and got a Kessler and soda..... honestly it felt like they workers had NO idea what they were doing

So much motorsports history in this place, its a must see for anyone who is "really" into racing! Check out the bar, where you will find autographed photos of your favorite drivers from all eras of racing. Or stay in the hotel when racing (or watching a race), at Road America, which is just a quick 5-minute trip down the road. Don't forget to stop by the front desk on your way to the track in the morning for your complimentary granola, yogurt and poppy seed bread breakfast!

Things started of nice enough. Sure the rooms are old and small but it's an old place, so that was to be expected. And I liked the ambiance of the place and area.
But after the first two nights the noise started. My room was near the bar and pool area and the noise was constant and until well after midnight when I had to be up early. The old building does absolutely nothing to block noise.
Many folks were drunk, and eventually on the last night the drunk behavior moved inside. Yelling and screaming in the hallway. Banging on doors. Insane behavior. Guest behavior may not be the hotel's fault but definitely won't be back.

Finally had a weekend at Siebkens for Vintage Weekend and it was just as great as I'd imagined. Our room was small, but comfortable. Grabbing a cup of coffee in the lobby and sitting on the dock every morning was the perfect relaxing start to each day. I hope it never changes!

We visited the bar and grill while we were in town competing at Road America. It's amazing to experience the racing culture and heritage that the area celebrates. My prime rib sandwich was amazing! Of course, we left our racing team's sticker on the wall with the racers who have visited before us.

A Perfect Elkhart Lake Getaway at Siebkens||What a beautiful and charming historic hotel! From the moment we made our reservation to the moment we checked out, the service was absolutely outstanding. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentiveβmaking us feel right at home.||Siebkens is truly in the heart of it allβjust steps away from live music, the lake, incredible food, and all the fun Elkhart Lake has to offer. We especially loved the complimentary morning coffee and delicious homemade poppyseed muffinsβsuch a thoughtful touch!||We canβt wait to come back and experience the magic of Siebkens all over again. We stayed in the condo building. The room was quite nice, looked recently refurbished. Bathroom very spacious and well appointed, new fixtures . Linens and towels were spotless. Everybody on staff was very friendly, daily housekeeping service was great. The occasion was a multi generational summer family reunion. Great pool and lake activities for kids. Town was walkable with several eateries in addition to those at Siebkens resort. Fun farmers market on Saturday. Cost was reasonable. Location is quiet and beautiful. Many places to sit and visit on resort grounds. Good central US location for people traveling from all over the country.

We were there for the racing at Elkhart Lake Road America. The facilities were dated but pleasant. The air conditioning was extremely effective and the beds very comfortable. Plenty of towels on hand without having to ask for more. There is a single wash sink in the room itself. And a shared bathroom with the adjacent bedroom. Given that we knew everybody in the two rooms this was manageable but it was not very convenient particularly as we have long days of the track and all needed the use of the toilet and shower. Despite being adjacent to the streets the rooms were very quiet. Would I go back again? Yes but I would make sure that I have an ensuite bathroom.

I was there for a wedding reception. The food was great but the room was too small for the number of guests which I don't blame on the resort. More of a planning issue but it was a very nice time. A service could have been better but again they were dealing with the overcrowdedness as well and did the best they could. I did not stay at the resort but I have in the past and I do enjoy it very much.

Authentic. This is the real deal for lodging in Elkhart Lake. You can go old style in the historic lodge or the new building filled with all the amenities that you might need. Great location - near downtown restaurants and right across the road from its own private beach on the lake. Great bar/restaurant on property and the service is brilliantly, undeniably Midwest nice. Historic, authentic, and perfect in all the right ways.

Had a wonderful time at the Siebkens resort. We were in town for a wedding (on the beach) and would highly recommend this resort for a weekend getaway or even for a few nights. The food at the resort was great and just what we needed. The only downside to the resort is its age. It's old and if you're ok with staying at an older resort, you'll be really happy. We had a wonderful room in the Lake Cottage and had a slightly obstructed view of Elkhart Lake. The building itself was worn (the only reason for 4 stars), but everything else was perfect. Comfy bed, clean linen and well kept. The customer service was just what you would expect at a top star resort. Jackie went out of her way to make us feel special and welcome. Stay here, you'll enjoy your time.

We stayed at Siebkens resort the nights of July 21st & 22nd. There were 6 of us. My husband & me, and my 2 brothers and their wives. We stayed in the Elm Street Hotel and each couple had their own room. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, every one of the staff members was wonderful. I've never been to a business before where every single employee is so polite. We all arrived between noon & 1:30 and at 1:30 all of our rooms were ready. The Elm Street Hotel is an old historic building, but the rooms were very nice. The beds were especially comfortable with very nice bedding. Our rooms all had a mini-fridge, which was very convenient. |All of the people working at the lobby desk were very nice. Monday morning, after having only stayed one night, my brother wasn't feeling well and wanted to go home. He assumed they would not get a refund, but when checking out & explaining the situation, they were given a refund for the 2nd night. I was amazed at that! |We went into the bar (Just Stop-Inn) a couple times and there were 2 different bartenders that waited on us. I wish I had their names. They were both very young, and so pleasant. The food at the bar was very good also. There is another restaurant at the resort called P.A.M.'s, but we did not eat there. |There are a lot of nice areas to sit & relax outside, also a nice pool area with a hot tub. They provide pool towels, which is very nice and also have small bags of ice available at no charge. The location of Siebkens resort is great. It's just a short walk to The Shore Club, where you can go to the Tiki Bar for food, drinks and live music. Also, a short walk to The Osthoff, where there are restaurants and live music as well. There are also several other restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and will go back again next year!

I stayed in the charming Lake Cottage for a Moms getaway. It was comfortable, charming and relaxing. The location is amazing. It's right on the lake, walking distance to everything in town and quiet at night. Siebkens Resort has live music, but the Lake Cottage is just far enough that it's still quiet if you need a break. The private beach is gem. We had dinner in P.A.M.'s dining room and I was very happy with so many GF options. And don't forget the Cocktail Bar - what a cool tucked away spot.

My husband and I were in town for racing at Road America and stayed in a condo room. The room was very comfortable and quiet and we had everything we needed including coffee and complimentary water. The dining room wasnβt open yet but they had a grab and go breakfast and I was able to have my yogurt every morning :-) The bar was fun with stickers from all the race teams we know and we also spied some racing royalty one night. Had dinner there which was quite good. But the one thing I really enjoyed was the friendly staff who treated us like family. It was so refreshing and really made the stay wonderful. This is our favorite place in Elkhart Lake! It's very popular so book your rooms early. We've stayed in the modern condos as well as the historic Elm Park hotel. Two very different experiences and special in their own way. The condos are well appointed with all the amenities. It's nice to have a kitchen, laundry and outdoor deck space. The historic hotel rooms couldn't be more quaint and unique. If you are staying with a family the double room with Jack & Jill bathroom is perfect. The resort has a pool, hot tub and private beach. Siebkens beach is so relaxing and perfect for adults and families. In addition the resort offers great dining options. The Tavern menu has something for everyone including kids and gluten free. PAM's dining room offers a more sophisticated menu for weekend dinners. Also you don't want to miss the hidden cocktail bar. The Tavern is lively and often has outdoor music on Wednesdays and event weekends in the summer. If you are coming with a family, kids are welcome everywhere including the Tavern. One last perk ... the coffee and small continental breakfast in the lobby. And don't forget to try Baron's Gelato if you catch Sissy's on an open night. The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful!

YOU SHOULD SPEND A WEEKEND AT SIEBKENS! We had a family reunion, and rented out the entire historic Lakeside Cottage and a 3-bedroom condo to comfortably accommodate our family. Siebkensβ beautiful, quiet, and relaxing private beach and pier were the focal point for our weekend, and I canβt thank the wonderful staff enough for how graciously they accommodated our large family. The Siebkens staff was extremely responsive when we were planning the trip, and we were overjoyed to find that the facility and accommodations surpassed our wildest dreams. Do you need ice? Thoughtfully bagged ice can be found by the pool. Towels, too! The fresh coffee that was brewed for us each morning in the Lakeside Cottage was the perfect touch, and we enjoyed cool Summer mornings on the porch sipping our coffee.
Incredible facilities onsite, youβll find everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. Donβt stay at the stuffy Osthoff next door, that place pales in comparison to olβ Siebkens resort. We canβt wait to come back next year!

We waited 2 hours for our food. When we asked what was going on they kept saying βitβs coming.β They led us on for two hours. The first hour they didnβt even bring out appetizers.
The thing that is the most irritating is that there were no apologies, no updated offered, and there was not one person on the staff that seemed to care.
Itβs rare we get to have a weekend getaway. Our reservations were seated late, and by the time dinner was wrapped up our evening was almost over. It was a terrible experience and we missed having a fun night because of the lack of care and transparency around the situation.
There is no excuse for this service. If they could not handle the volume and knew they couldnβt get food out, they should have been honest from the beginning and advised us to go elsewhere.
Iβve stayed at the Seibkenβs resort for many years, this is likely my final year. Iβm so turned off by this experience and Iβd like to give my business to a place that cares for their customer.

My wife and I ate at the sandwich shop and my wife ordered the salmon salad.
She liked the salmon but it had too many capers making the salad salty. It had too much dressing and stale Croutons. I had the fried chicken sandwich with House made chips. The chips were very good buy my chicken sandwich had less chicken than a McChicken from McDonalds. We should have gone there and not paid $18 for the salmon salad.

Our group of 13 had an absolutely fabulous weekend at Siebkens! It is a charming resort with the perfect combination of vintage flair, modern amenities, a fabulous location, and excellent service.
We rented out one of the condos as well as the entire historic lodge (6 rooms). The condo was lovely and modern, and absolutely huge β in addition to a large living room and updated kitchen, and 3 bedrooms, it had a gigantic porch that wrapped all the way around. The lodge is one of the original resort buildings (over 100 years old), so it obviously is a bit quirky β but the rooms are charming and well-maintained.
We visited on a quiet weekend (no race in town) and had the Siebkens beach and pool all to ourselves the entire time. The Osthoff beach next door was always packed with visitors, but we had a quiet and serene spot over at Siebkens!
The resort has all the amenities you could need β free coffee and pastries in the morning, a fantastic casual bar/tavern, and a great more formal sit-down restaurant. The cheese curds were divine.

My wife and I had our wedding reception here at PAM's dining room in September 2022. We had about 100 guests, and it was incredible!!
We were lucky enough to choose the same weekend as Elkhart Lake's first Elktoberfest, so our guests were very entertained.
We chose to serve Wisconsin style prime rib as our dinner (Siebkens Buffet), and it was a huge hit, especially with those visiting from outside of Wisconsin! The side dishes were a perfect complement, and the apple streusel tart we chose for desert was crispy perfection.
As the wedding couple, we were making the rounds greeting our guests during desert time, and our family members insisted that we try the desert, and brought it over to us. I still remember how good it was, 4 months later!
Siebkens was very flexible with how we wanted to configure the room with tables for our guests, and with our DJ equipment and slideshows.
We also had the adjacent cocktail bar open all night, which is filled with amazing vintage racing memorabilia.
We planned this wedding reception from out of state, so it was fortunate for us that Siebkens has so much character! We did not put in any effort to decorate the space, it felt pretty perfect already! This was quite a relief because we had very limited time to prepare in Elkhart before the event.
We'd highly recommend Siebkens and PAMs if you're hosting a special event in Elkhart Lake!

Siebkens has historic charm but modern amenities with crisp, fresh linens, WiFi, and a boutique signature scent throughout the rooms. We stayed in both the new condos and the historic cottage. Glad we took the chance on the latter: same fresh linens and comfortable bed as in the condos and again immaculately clean. The shared bathroom (with just one other unit) presented no problem/overlap whatsoever. The cottage was well air-conditioned even during our 90-degree visit. Just steps to the small but not crowded private beach. Pool and hot tub clean and uncrowded. Just a mile to golf. Food served throughout town was excellent to modern tastes. Fresh hot, local roast coffee at the cottage entrance in the morning was lovely
Went on a weekend at the height of summer tourist season as a couples trip. Charming, easy relaxing last-minute getaway. Will be back!

All in all my wife and I enjoyed staying at this resort. Service was really quite well. The beach for the hotel is quite small but there's a open local Beach a half a block away. So the option is quite nice. My biggest complaint would be that there were absolutely no breakfast options available on the property. They have a restaurant which serves lunch and dinner which the food is very good. The people providing service were quite helpful and always available. There are newer buildings which have hotel rooms which are really nice although our room did not have a refrigerator. When we asked if there was a refrigerator in our room at the desk. They said most likely there is. But that was wrong. Luckily we had a cooler and it was adequate ice available for free. Place has a great vibe and would definitely go there again.

Easy check in, clean rooms. Went in winter so most restaurants and lounges were closed at the resort but still worth the trip. Beautiful location an helpful staff. Elkhart Lake had some pubs and restaurants open.

We got a small, Affordable room for the night which is what we were looking for. A view or 'charm' was not included. It was clean and quiet.

Elkhart Lake without Siebkens, would be like Green Bay without the Packers. Unimaginable.

Very noisy rooms around us. The hotel "security" was a very meek front desk person who wouldn't do anything about the noisy people above us and the guy with a barking dog next to us. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
