Very clean place, nice vibe to eat in or sit while you wait for your food , Nicole is the greatest, she is very beautiful and friendly, she makes sure you have seen the menu and viewed all options and even the special’s . She makes sure you get your money worth . The food was amazing I was new here my first time and trust me I’ll be back . My wife and I tried Snap's for the first time tonight, and man was it delicious. The fried pickles were good but the breading was weird. Probably wouldn't get them again, but that's just me. The Jalapeño poppers were amazing, and the fries were super good too. I got the Philly cheesesteak and my wife got the Maxwell street polish. Both were really good, I will probably just order easy mayo on the Philly next time. Service was good too, the lady at the counter was a sweetheart.

Ordered carryout directly from the restaurant. When we opened the bags up as we got home realized that we were missing a few items and one order was incorrect. We ended up calling and speaking to staff amd went back to correct the item that was rung up incorrectly and get the other item that was missing. The owner was very helpful and fixed everything for us quickly and without hesitation. I would have given 5 stars for service however the cashier working the register spoke very accusingly to us and came off very rude over what we thought was just a simple mistake. Her demeanor was very off-putting and somewhat aggressive. Nonetheless the owner was very polite and helpful and we will still be coming back in the future keeping in mind to check the food before we leave just in case :) thank you Snaps!!

Our food for two, two sandwich meals and appetizers came to $60. One of the sandwiches was overcooked to the point of tasting burnt. The real kicker was that one of the employees was smoking cigarettes in the dining area. Mind you, there are only 3 booths in this place and they are all connected in a row. All in all, not a good time at all. I don't think I would ever go back.

Jackie and neisha were absolutely amazing. Just moved to the area and was looking for something good but different. First time being there (yes I was a virgin to snaps til tonight) and they were very personable and friendly. Gave suggestions and I must say… hit it spot on. First time checking it out and wow not disappointed at at all. The wait for our food was longer than most places. But the food made it worth it. Went in with the wife and kid. Walked in close to 8pm with my daughter and ordered for my whole family. The service was amazing, everyone made sure the order was taken care of. They were patient with me while ordering as it was our 1st time there. But definitely won't be our last. The food was amazing. Went looking for food as I visited in Kenosha. Drove past this place and decided to try it. The kids loved the crispy chicken sandwich. They went to their room to eat. Stopped by this place a couple of times food was delicious of course. But this last time not so. Ordered 2 $19.99 Philly Snap Box , Philly was extremely salty 🤢 which made it impossible to eat. Don't know what cook it was that day. The food is normally really good. Then they have a no refund or exchange once you leave the establishment which makes no sense. If I called in and ordered my food to go, how am I able to know my food is extremely salty until I leave the establishment and attempt to eat it 🤔? Let's not forget to mention that much salt shouldn't be used on anyone food unless requested that way. Had heart burn. Won't be back.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Snaps and I have to say, the experience was fantastic. One of the standout features of this establishment is their amazing customer service - the staff is extremely friendly & helpful.

The real star of the show here is undoubtedly Daniesha, the main cook. Her Philly cheese steak is hands down the best I've ever had - & believe me, I've tried my fair share! The sandwich was packed with flavor & the meat was cooked to perfection. I was blown away by Daniesha's talent & attention to detail - it's clear that she takes great pride in her craft.
