Waited 15 minutes at the window and no response. Had me and 5 behind me waiting at the window and walked up next to the window when I had figured out what i wanted. No one came over to take our order. And after the 15 minutes had passed we left unsatisfied and not even had our orders taken. This place is a joke and if you decide to waste your money at this place go through the drive through.

A very cute drive through and a walk up shop. Always friendly, helpful and patient staff!
As I'm trying to loose weight, this is a good well priced afternoon treat. I love the, Up Nort w/ diet Dr. Pepper. Especially when I've had enough caffeine, but want a little pick me up drink. This is the place.
I love that you can add a syurp to their existing menu drinks. Or even customize your own drink.
The ice is the best crunchest nugget ice, if you know you know.

Stopped during the early afternoon on Thursday. There was 1 car in the drive thru and 2 people at the walk up window. There was 1 young lady working.
Our wait just to give our order was around 10 minutes. That was after a woman walked into the back and began helping the 1st young lady. A 2nd woman arrived shortly after and went in the back. Unsure if it was just to get her caught up or what but they both left kids in running vehicles which was weird.
There was 1 physical menu and the TV was off, with multiple customers we didnt get to see the menu until we pulled it up on our phone.
We enjoyed our beverages and got this as a treat.
We have been to 2 of the Appleton locations and its a bit of a let down that the wait takes as long as it does, so don't plan on it being a quick in and out.

Nice place to change it up and get a unique soda. Lots of options to choose from and I appreciate all the diet soda options, as well. The only criticism I have is that at the location near the mall, the drinks tend to be too full of ice and not enough of the soda/ingredients. Other than that, I'm happy with the product.

They were out of the soda flavor that was the base for anything I wanted to try. After getting a recommendation from staff I got a drink that was OK but nothing I'd get again. The atmosphere is asphalt thrift store parking lot. Prices are high and drinks are mostly ice so a 16oz glass is maybe half that. We will stick to boba as our drink treat of choice for the same price.

Some of my kids and I stopped by to get some drinks recently. One of those being the kids' favorite, root beer. When asked Barqs or Mug, the answer is always "Spicy dog juice"

When you're 3 and trying to describe the carbonation along with the design of the logo in a drink form. It's "Spicy Dog Juice"

It was fun to see the staff mark it on the cup for the kids. They laughed.

I love this place! I seriously go every day. I'm a midday energy drink-drinker and I can't even drink canned energy drinks anymore. The energy drink options are AMAZING. Ive tried a few of the other drinks too, which are all amazing. The ONLY downside is that they're closed on Sundays which I always end up driving all the way there and then having to turn around. I hope that business does good enough you guys can stay open on Sundays 🙏🩷

This little place is amazing!! Reminds me so much of sonic (minus the food ofc) the different combinations they have included in their menu gives flight to newer ideas off it as well!! Reasonably priced!! This place is a great go to if you need a cheap soda. I suggest trying the bucks beer! Tastes just like a root bear float, and you can substitute the root beer for any other soda for that ice cream float taste!

Drink was really good but cookie came in a saran wrap that smelled absolutely putrid. I couldn’t even eat the cookie without taking off the saran wrap fully because every time I put it up to my nose I got an awful whiff. It used to come in a paper bag but now they changed it to saran wrap. Please go back to your old packaging. It does not smell pleasant in this disgusting wrap. Also, the menu price on the board says 3.10 and it says 3.95 on the website and my receipt.

We LOVE this place! The prices are great for what you get and there are so many fun combinations and flavors! You can make your own concoctions or if you are unsure there are plenty of fun combos on the menu! We especially love the Dr. MCdreamy, Monday Morning and the Sharkbait. If you don't want your kids to have soda, they have lemonade that you can switchout in any of the drinks for the kiddos or yourself! Great place for the whole family. 😃 😊
