This place treat it's employees like there nothing, my son was fired due to a manager who seem to have something against my son when my son worked harder then he really had to. He went above and beyond his duties for this company. An event security guard wanted to flex his authority by telling my son he couldn't cut threw a certain area when my son produced his employee ID the man still didn't allow him to pass , so my son had to walk the long way around, but the thing is , on the other side the security guard didn't stop him I guess that security guard allowed my son the freedom to walk pass because of him being an employee. The other security guard that didn't allow him pass decided to grill my son the second time he tried to pass about my son's job duties...really!! when he showed him his employee ID , there should have not been any thing else said.. My son did answer his questions , but he kept asking , so my son said to him I have explained to you my duties , I have shown you my ID , but it seems like you want to flex your authority. The security guard decided to call the WWF head person that this event was hosting and I'm sure made up lies on what really happen, The head WWF went to my son's manager the one that don't like my son and decided this would be an excuse to get rid of my son!! My son did get his unemployment, because they really didn't have just cause to let him go. They lost a great hard worker. No wonder this place is a revolving door!!! The way this place treats there employees unfairly they get no stars!!!!.How do you sleep at night knowing how you treat some people. .There's a saying every dog has it's day!!!!!..... I just had to click on a star to post this.

Centerplate always does a terrific job on my event. It is outdoors in February and the food is always hot and tasty! I would reccomend them to anyone. Scott and his team are a dream to work with!

Centerplate has a CEO, Des Hague who likes to beat puppies when he thinks no one is looking (watch the video). Best way to get rid of POS Des is stop buying the products that pay his overly inflated salary. Alliant Energy Center is served by Centerplate. Maybe just don't buy that burger or beer next time?
