Established 1943, purchased by Derek & Jessica Decker on April 29, 2022. Tavern, restaurant, cabins & campground located on the south side Somo Lake.
A Northwoods resort nestled in the pines on the south side of Somo Lake. We are not a supper club, but a tavern with a dining room that serves really good food. Not pre-made, but fresh every time, so it may take a little longer; but it is truly worth the wait.
We offer year-round cabin rentals, seasonal camper sites with full hook-ups and weekend or weekly camper site rentals with water and electric hook-up.

Definitely a go to!!! It’s hard to say what I loved the most!! Service on a busy Friday night was amazing! The cocktails were amazing! But… the broasted chicken was absolutely outstanding!! Everyone else had the fish and absolutely loved it!
To say that our whole group was happy is an understatement!! Also very affordable!
I will be back every chance I can get!!

Great place for supper. Had the prime rib dinner-was so tender it melted in your mouth. The dinner came with a side salad that was crisp and fresh, roll, huge baked potato and a a lot of mixed vegetables. Worth every penny. Clean and friendly atmosphere & service was outstanding, will be back soon! Vets supporting Vets!

We went out to try their fish fry tonight.. The food was amazing!! Great atmosphere, and the owners were so friendly, they made us feel like we had been going there for years!!! Definitely recommend!!!!! Can't wait to try the other items on the menu!! Thanks for a great experience!!

This place is classic Northwoods Wisconsin! Beautiful, out-of-the way, location on the west side of Somo Lake. A variety of excellent local Sawmill Brews on tap! The food is awesome....the smoked meatloaf is an incredible surprise! Can't wait to try the fish fry!!

Great place to come have a drink. Can go view the lake. Cabins for rent! On snowmobile and ATV trail. Also serve some of the best prime rib on Saturday! Great Northwoods Resort! Serve burgers, pizza, chicken sandwichs, broasted chicken, smoked meatloaf Friday fish fry, new special every week, and more! Under new ownership as of April 2022. Closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Had the cheese curds for appetizer with ranch dressing. Was VERY tasty!! We both had the Saturday prime rib dinner special. Both thought that it tasted delicious!! Service was fast and very friendly! Wasn't too busy at 6 pm. Got a table. Will definitely return!!

Really comfortable bed & great sheets, and it was nice to have extra pillows & blankets. Deer cabin more than fit our needs, and we are looking forward to coming back every year. Just need to remember to bring towels.
