We came in and Tina made us feel welcome and we came in for the amazingly huge Bloody mary. The grilled toast bread for the 2 burgers is a great idea! also other snacks on board chicken nuggets and mini corn dogs as well as chicken wings and cheese and sausages . It came with two chasers. When on vacation at the Dells we decided to go to a fish fry on Friday night and Spring Brook looked okay online, so we made reservations with no problems. Got there and seated right away on the pleasant deck, orders were taken promptly and there was a singer/guitarist providing pleasant music. Dinner included a nice salad bar and clam chowder, and our fish (and cinnamon bun) and other entrees were all excellent, and reasonably priced. All in all, it was an excellent evening and we'll be back.

We ordered the grilled Chicken Breast sandwich and the Mushroom Swiss Burger. They were just ok, and they were not inexpensive. The girl wanted to upcharge us for a side of mayo and for a side of bbq sauce for the chicken sandwich. We did not agree with that. Very tacky. Tried happy hour on a Tuesday Afternoon in March

Arrived around 4pm, we were only patrons in the restaurant. Around 10 people when we left.

Excellent interior/exterior ambiance. Nice outdoor area was available with firepit. Bartender was our waitress. She was very good.

Happy hour is 4-6pm Mon-Fri. Half priced apps and buy one get one free beverages.

I ordered Popcorn Shrimp and Classic Wisconsin Cheddar Curds. Spouse had Bruschetta Toast and Chicken Tenders.

My food was barely edible. Over deep fried and you could tell it was basically frozen food.

My spouse said bruschetta was good, chicken tenders were OK.

Doesn't management taste what they are serving? I'm glad I didn't pay full price.

Fantastic service!! My son had his party at the pool. Corrie was great with communication and planning. Our waitress was awesome. It was very affordable and the kids had a blast. Spring Brook is also heavily involved in the community and supports local youth sports teams. Spring Brook will have our continued business. Our family hosted an 80th birthday celebration for my mother with family and friends. The venue was perfectly suited for the large crowd and clean. The appetizers – Swedish meatballs, smoked chicken wings and spinach dip – were crowd-pleasers. The chicken and beef buffet met our expectations.

A special mention to Corri Collins and the waitress that day - both elevated our experience. They were friendly and attentive without being intrusive, worked to ensure guests were happy, and created a seamless experience. I love the atmosphere a very nice place I'm not kidding very nice. My bluegills were seasoned perfectly very hot in temperature. We went to this restaurant to avoid the crowds in downtown WI Dells over the Memorial Day weekend. The restaurant looks fantastic and has a definite sports theme. We ordered drinks and asked for straws a couple times. Eventually we got our own at the bar. Other than this, service was ok. The food was awesome! Went for breakfast on a Saturday with friends. There were 3 people at the bar and one other table of 4 people. We had 7 in our group. No substitutions made. Food took over an hour to come out. Most was cold. The server was very polite and did her best, but the kitchen crew appeared unprepared. We were almost late for our event. We do this event and rent a house in Springbrook every year. My sister and I wanted to try a place that we've never been to locally. This was our first visit here and it will be the first of many! I was very impressed with the whole place. From the moment we walked in the doors, you could feel a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Our bartender /server Isaac was respectful attentive yet not to the point of being a nuisance, as you tend to find elsewhere. Although it was late in the evening, we were still able to order dinner which included the soup AND salad bar. And the prices? Reasonable. With all of the sports memorabilia around the bar, it is definitely worth a trip to try it out yourself. There were multiple TV screens throughout the bar area with different sporting events on each one
And a nice selection of daily specials. Try it out! You won't be disappointed. (Only if you're there to watch the game and your team loses, hehe)

My family and wife's family have been coming to Spring Brook for Dells visits the last 5 years. This is the second time we ordered from the restaurant, and man, is this trash. My wife's food was "okay" for getting fettuccine from a non-Italian place, but their definition of a 12 oz. ribeye is absolute deception. The first ribeye I ordered and took back to our rental looked boiled. Medium order, severely overcooked. The cook wasn't even close. Temp off by a long shot. I got about 1/3 through it and decided to head back to talk to a manager because it was just too bonedry. Unfortunately, no shift supervisor or manager was around, granted, near closing. No foul. I was able to get a re-fire, but this one was worse! The ribeye is about as thick as 3 stacked DVDs, just the disks, not cases. I have it sitting in the fridge so I can go back tomorrow morning and talk to a manager. Considering guests can easily spend a couple thousand or more to stay here for a week or longer, it seems like the restaurant is pretty trashed. I asked the bartender if they have a grill. They don't, at all! And they certainly have no idea how to pan sear and oven finish a steak. Both orders looked boiled, like it was boiled either in a pan or in a microwave. Just absolutely the most wretched steak I've ever had in 39 years, as a Nebraska kid. My advice? Go somewhere else if you want a steak. All this for almost $30? You've got to be kidding me, Spring Brook! WTH! I didn't even bother trying to eat the re-fire. Not worth my time. I'd rather ask the manager why in the world they're serving such a poor cut of steak that is so razor thin.

We've been staying at Springbrook resort for years. The accommodations are very nice. The restaurant was just horrible. Very slow service but friendly. I ordered a rib eye and it was ineatable. They brought another one which was worse. I think they baked it. The food took forever and it was cold. Everything extra was an upcharge. The bar was very crowded which is fine, but only a bartender. No table service to order drinks or clean dirty tables. The karaoke was painful. The guy had no idea how to equalize the system. It was painfully loud and he had no idea how to adjust anything when people were screaming on the mic. They've had much better guys there in the past. Really sad how it's all gone downhill.

Writing this review after recently staying at the resort. This sports bar was the first place we stopped after a very long road trip, we we're hungry and wanting something decent, and decided to walk on over and check it out. Upon arrival, we were seated immediately and the waitress comes out, she seemed very neutral. I couldn't tell if she was happy or very upset. Not very welcoming.. it was kind of eerie. Ended up ordering a "jumbo" hotdog for 10 dollars, and my friends ordered some sandwiches. The "jumbo" 1/4lb hotdog seemed very small, it was pretty much a plain ballpark hotdog boiled, with a very very small scoop of fries. Everyone at the table was almost upset for even ordering here, small portions, very bland, no flavor, extremely high priced items that do not match quality/portions of ANY restaurant I have been to in my life. I get that it's a resort and all, I expected food prices to be higher, but this establishment is taking advantage over their guests in a way that is not right. You could go to a fine restaurant in the dells and get a well crafted burger/ sandwich, etc and it'll be half the price, flavorful, and 2x the portion size. Spring Brook Bar & Grill was a huge let down for everyone at our table, and we were left hungry after eating. *Instead of taking advantage over tourists to squeeze more money out of a meal, at least make sure the quality & portions of what's coming out matches the price. Quit charging fine dining prices for sonic quality food*

Honestly had a very bad experience. My meal was extremely expensive (21 bucks) with small portions and no taste. I got alfredo and it tasted like pure heavy cream on noodles, no cheese, no seasoning. I politely sent it back after eating two shrimp and one bite of the alfredo. They charged 6 bucks for the two shrimp I ate (it was only 3 dollars to add the shrimp in the first place and i didnt even eat half them) and 7 bucks for the side salad.. I excepted to pay for the salad since I did eat it but 7 bucks for lettuce and dressing? Then 6 bucks for shrimp that was only a 3 dollar add on and I only ate two. Poor service, poor food, wouldn't go back.

The Bar and Grill and Spring Brook was nicely decorated and looked inviting, but the staff were not really welcoming. They weren't rude, but also not very friendly. I had the gyro and tots, both of which were very good. My husband had the hot dog and tots - a hot dog's a hot dog :). My white wine was on the warm side - disappointing. It was convenient for the first night after a long drive, but we found other places to eat the remainder of our stay.

The food was fine. The service was terrible. Our waitress was completely clueless about what she was trying to do. I had to explain to her that in order to make change she needed to ask the bartender to break a twenty. Yikes

Very disappointed. Tonight our food again was cold. We had the fried cod and mashed potatoes. The potatoes was about a tablespoon size and cold. My husband had more potatoes less than a 1/4 cup and they were cold also. One of my pieces of fish was so hard I had to cut it with a knife. The waitress had said she would get us some hot ones but that never happened and by then we were finished with the fish. We were there on Friday of Memorial weekend our food that day was cold also. Spent $33 for 5 pieces of fish. Won't be back for a long time.

We had such a great experience for dinner with Jennifer as our waitress! She brought our food and drinks out to us at the pool and kept checking up on us to make sure we were good. She was a great waitress! We went back for breakfast the next morning and the waitress and bartender working then were pretty rude and seemed annoyed with us as soon as we got there.

We went there for the monster Bloody Mary and was disappointed. It was nothing like the picture and they had to keep bringing out the toppings, it didn’t come all at once lmao. The bartender was rude to us when we asked for napkins because we didn’t know where our waitress went. There was us and another couple that was it and a few people in the bar so wasn’t busy at all. Seriously being rude about napkins, were we supposed to ask for a roll of toilet paper instead 🤪 but not a fan won’t be returning.

Expensive with very small portions. 3 tables walked out while we were there for waiting 15/20 mins without being served. Up side was the food tasted good but I had to go home and eat again to fill up.

Great customer service payed 34 dollars for a prime rib though as heck was absolutely terrible
