A lovely quaint restaurant where I've always had great food, and in addition, a fun gift store to shop. Option of gluten-free bread for sandwiches! And, these staff really know how to make great coffee.

There website said they closed at 3:00 we got there at 2:10 and already the kitchen was closed. It was a beautiful sunny day, you would think they would stay open with all the people driving around at least till their posted closing time. The lady behind the register told us to go across the street to eat, like we were bothering her when we question why it was closed. They just lost some customers. To bad. Word to wise better call to see if open because they don't go by there posted time. Very disappointed.

The corn chowder was fabulous as was the chicken salad sandwich. After lunch, we shopped - such fun stuff! Well selected and good quality women's vacation or everyday clothing too. Was there with a granddaughter, but this is a super lunch spot for couples or a group of friends

Hub of delicious food, beautiful things to buy, and community in spring green. Their Wrainbow Wrap continues to inspire my own sandwich making— though they never live up to the inspiration. On the Sunday morning I was there local musicians gathered for jam session on the back porch. The bulletin board is full of possibilities. I was so inspired by the merchandise I did some early Christmas shopping! Definitely a must visit if you are in spring green.

I’ve always loved this general store — it’s such a local gem with a unique selection and a charming atmosphere. I was really excited about what I picked out on my last visit, but the lady at checkout was honestly awful. Her attitude made me not even want to buy the things I had in my hands. It’s so disappointing because I hate writing a bad review about a place I like, but this experience has stuck with me for days. Really hope it was just a one-time thing because I want to keep loving this store.

The lady was nice. Store was cute. But the food is awful. Everything is just terrible. Our family couldn’t eat a single thing that we ordered.
We literally sat down. Food came. And we paid $70 and walked out still hungry.
The owners need a wake up call that the food isn’t fresh. Just gross. Gordon Ramsey would died.

I love coming here for breakfast on the weekends, but the whole menu is tasty. Every time I have somebody visiting in town this is my food spot and they always get hooked after one meal! The service is usually pretty fast, but even without that it's a great place to either just wait at your table or walk around and explore the store.

The store is so quaint and takes you back in time, offering an excellent selection of unique and stylish products and gifts. If you're planning to visit for lunch, be aware that while the store is open through 3pm, the kitchen closes at 2pm. We choose to eat here before going to House on the Rock. This was perfect!! Love the store and restaurant. This is the perfect store to find a gift for a loved one or to treat yourself!! Put this at the top of your list when visiting Spring Green
The food was delicious, and the people were friendly! I ordered the quiche of the day a sausage, pepper and zucchini with Barbeque Chicken soup! I've never had anything like this before but it was fantastic. We also ordered a salad and cream of mushroom soup with rose. Everything was excellent and easily priced.

The fare offered was great & as served, very, very tasty! They offer vegetarian fare which was exactly what we wanted. I had the potato soup & veggie wrap, my paramour had the mushroom soup & another veggie sandwich. We also had Lake Louie beers, a local favorite - & a must because we were dining with none other than Lake Louie himself, Tom Porter. The service was perfunctory but the owner came over to ask how everything was which was a welcoming touch. The interior was quaint & certainly reminiscent of an old General Store. They have music festivals periodically in the warmer months & if I'm in the area, I would definitely drive out to enjoy & eat their delicious fare.
*Highly recommend *

Perhaps this place is over compensating for the republican midwest, but they seemed to NEED us to all know that there’s other countries in the world besides America. Instead of coming off as cultured or woke, it just screamed cultural appropriation. The coffee was slightly flavored water. Bleh. For being America’s dairy capital, I’m surprised everywhere we go just has pre-packaged creamer. The only thing decent was the wisco-pop but they can hardly take credit for that.

Seriously one of the best breakfasts ever. Had home fries, scrambled eggs, and blueberry and pecan pancakes. Stabbing the potatoes I thought they were going to be undercooked, but they were amazing; it must have been the potato choice. They were perfectly cooked and delightful. The eggs were also perfectly cooked and had herbs/chives or something in them giving them great flavor. The pancakes were the singularly best pancakes I’ve ever had. If you want pancakes with some toppings, these ARENT FOR YOU. The pancakes are about 25% toppings baked into the cakes. It was amazing how many blueberries and pecans they give you. They aren’t skimpy with their ingredients or portion sizes. The staff is super friendly. It’s 45 minutes from me but I will certainly go out of my way to go back.
Their general store has a great assortment of textiles, kitchenware, and puzzles and games. Great collection of Charley Harper puzzles.
