Great to find out that the Springville Wharf was relocated. This was always one of our favorite restaurants.
The food is great as we've never had a bad meal over the years.
Definitely have to have the cheese fries as they are a real treat, loaded with cheese and definitely the best in the area. The French Dip was really good, not too salty like some of the one I've had. The beef was very tender and juicy.
The pizzas are always great too.
Highly recommend this restaurant.

The staff seem to have issues using technology. Two events and only two employees to deal with food for both. I'd rethink this venue for future events. Someone shared their food with me and it was good. The fries were really good. We tried twice to order food but the staff couldn't get with the program for credit cards. As far as atmosphere, nothing to write home about.

The food is good.. service is fine..however today our order was placed as a double order of full size cheesy fries.
When I called to order..I told them that I only want a large & a small size cheesy fries. I didn't know the cheesey fries is called "full or half full" size.
We drove over to pick up our order..and was surprised to have more food ordered then we asked for. Apparently they couldn't fix it, so my husband decided to just pay the $43. plus tip..$47. total. We thought okay, my husband has to eat it all.. that's fine But when we got home we were not able to enjoy much of our food.. because it was way overcooked.. Almost had a burnt taste..

We had our daughters baptism party here this last weekend. We had about 120 guests. Andrea our bartender was amazing!! Everyone that worked there was great. Anything we needed someone was willing to help us right away. It was one of the hottest days and the air conditioning wasn’t working well. But we still had fun. Thank you to everyone there!!

Went there on a Friday after work around 4:45pm. Not too busy, we got seated right away. It was about 5 minutes before we got our initial visit and we ordered 2 drinks and some curds. We got our drinks. About 10 minutes later we got the curds and they smelled like fish. They were warm not hot, so you know they were sitting for a bit under the lights and we ordered our food right away. The poor waitress was getting overwhelmed and the wait times were getting quite long. Again, when our food did finally get to our table it was not hot. The whole experience could have been so much better with more staffing to get food out when it is ready. Food quality was ok, if we return it will be for take out, not dine in.

We recently had our corporate state wide Holiday Party at the Springville Sports Barn. Tammy & her staff made the experience very accommodating. February 2025 Update:
We gave this place one last chance on Sunday February 2 around 5 pm. Service was worse than last time.

We were never asked what we wanted to drink. Food took almost an hour to arrive and was initially given to another table then brought over to ours. She dropped it without saying anything and left. We were missing a pizza. How do you forget a full pizza? Waitress came back a few minutes later and said something like "Oh, I owe you a pizza, don't I?" Meanwhile, my 5-year-old is eating the fries from our sammiches while we wait another 15 minutes for his pizza to be made.

Waitress blamed the computer system for the delay and missing items, but honestly, wouldn't you notice that its been almost an hour since you put in an order for one of your three tables and that the order was missing 1/3rd of its items?

Overheard another table asking if they could get the soup they ordered. The waitress said "I'm busy. Ask her" and waved to an empty table with no one at it.

She did give us free drink chip and took the pizza off the bill, but still. We had been there almost 2 hours at this point and no apology.

The women's bathroom was missing TP from two of the stalls and the soap dispensers were empty.

Most of the time we were there, a very animated game of darts was going on. Drunk bar patrons were swearing up a storm at each other and the darts themselves. I get that the bar is just off the dining area, but still. It made a bad experience even worse.

Anyone want the drink chip? We won't be back.

December 2024 update:
Went for Friday fish. Got there around 5pm. There were a handful of open tables. Took about 5 minutes for someone to seat us. I said it was for 3 people and was told the whole party had to be there before we could be seated. All three of us were standing there. I mean, my 5 year old was only 4’ tall, but he was still there.

The only gave us 2 menus. I figured the kids menu was inside of the big menu and that’s why they didn’t give us a third menu for my son. The kids menu was not in the big menu.

We waited for another 10 minutes for somebody to come by and take our drink orders. At this time, she also asked us what we wanted to eat. I told her we hadn’t received a kids menu and asked if there was a kids menu. She apologized and went to find a kids menu.

5 minutes later she shows up with the kids menu. And takes our drink order of two old-fashioneds and a milk. Then a few minutes later, she came back to take our food order. The old-fashioned were missing garnishes, which was unfortunate.

We then proceeded to wait approximately 45 minutes to get our food. When two of the orders arrived, it was just tossed on the table without a word. Another 5 minutes for the 3rd order to arrive. Mine was cold to the touch, my husband was warm, and our son’s incorrect. The waitress asked what was wrong. I told her. She blamed the kitchen and got fresh food and the correct order at least.

Waited about 5 minutes to get the correct orders and warm food. I was happy to see the food was fresh, and not heated up in the microwave. My husband’s fish was hot, but oil ran from the fish when he picked it up. Parts of the fish were not completed covered in batter. The burger and tots were good Slaw was decent. Roll was dried out and barely thawed.

Overall, we were in the restaurant for about 2 hours. There were approximately five tables that were served and left in the time it took us to be served our meal. We were never asked if we wanted refills on anything.

The waitress said the reason why it was so chaotic was because somebody had passed out and that it’s never like that here ever. Later when she came to drop off our bill, she said that it was her first Friday working there and she was overwhelmed.

We might give them one more chance on a non-Friday. But the lack of service and inaccurate food seems to be a pattern here.

The cheese fries used to be the best around.. now there's barely cheese.. mise well call them skin fries.... Ordered the chicken strips and had soggy fries inside my order, which was never asked for... Chicken was overcooked. Hard. Dry. Borderline inedible.. came her for the cheese fries, by the looks of it they have managed to skimp on that as well... Don't taste the same, don't look the same, and half of your order will not have cheese on it.. the ones on the bottom will look like they attempted to place cheese on but really have some type of process to avoid spending more money and disappointing customers. Zero out of 100. If I were you I would go to five star lanes and I'm sure the pizza will be better than anything they can serve.

I've been a dozen times in the last few months....I haven't received the best service, TBH. Even with 2 bartenders I often get ignored for long periods of times at the bar.
One time I was served a beer and a menu and then ignored for 1/2 hr to where I literally called in my order while sitting at the bar. Another time, I was served a beer and a menu, and after waiting with empty glass, I just finally left without ordering.
Another time I came in before a shift change apparently. Had 2 beers, the bartender that was leaving gave me my bill, but I was ordering more, so she crumpled it up and added it to my bar tab....upon checking out with new bartender, I was given an invoice with gratuity already added....the previous bartender apparently took her gratuity ahead of time and left....I was a bit upset and let45am them know it.
There are 2 bartenders that are fairly attentive, so it just depends who the bartenders are.
The burgers are really good....other items I've ordered, including pizza are a bit meh... nothing to write home about.
The TV sports screens are nice, but never any sound on.

Springville has always been known as an establishment with great food, great service , great atmosphere at an affordable price. Some of the changes new management is making, I really like such as the the new red barn look, new name and new theme (sports). This being said, I was shocked by the new price increase for a tap, bottle, and can of beer. This increase ( unless reasonably adjusted) will sadly force me to visit some of Springville's local competitors more often.

On Mother’s Day. None of the staff knew what was going on, was told they had a full menu then found out just pizza and cheese fries. If you are not a regular don’t stop in because you will be treated like an inconvenience. Under the booth we sat in looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks.

Nacho suprime plate is almost good, but terrible. The meat was GROSS. I love good nachos. But the meat was terrible. Totally wrecked the taste. They need to use fresh cooked meat in there, lightly salted or lightly seasoned for them to be really really good. Meat had a sloppy joe like texture. Nasty. Tasted like taco bell microwaved meat. Disappointed in the service here. My six year old ordered a kids cheeseburger but we were charged for a full meal. When I asked about it, the indifferent waitress went to the kitchen and “asked the manager” about what they could do. What she didn’t know is everyone could hear her loud conversation. They both were condescending and unprofessional, talking about how I shouldn’t have ordered a cheeseburger if it’s not what I wanted. That’s not what my daughter ordered, the incompetent waitress is who messed up the order. They declined to fix my ticket and when I informed her that we all heard their conversation she shrugged and asked if I wanted to give her my card or if I wanted to pay at the bar. For someone who was just passing through, I regret stopping in here.

A while back we decided to have a family dinner at springville, there were about 20 of us. Each family paid for their own meal, but easily $300 all together. Of all the meals ordered the only edible thing were the Italian cheese fries. Almost everyone in the party left their food on their plates. Yesterday I went to your business to have a fish fry at 6pm. The place was busy as I expected for a Friday during lent. I was waited on fairly quick and was ready to order my food and drink. I ordered fried fish with a baked potato. The waitress said “we’re out of baked potatoes “ hmmm? I guess I’ll have fries! So my food and drink came. I started to eat and then realized I didn’t get my coleslaw. I continued to eat until my waitress came by again. I mentioned to her that I didn’t get my coleslaw. She kept her fast pace and without skipping a beat she said “we’re out!” and kept walking! Hmmm? Ok this isn’t the first Friday during Lent and you’re out of two major items that complete my dinner at prime time! Out of potatoes and cabbage in Wisconsin? That shouldn’t ever happen. Ordered couple Friday Fish-fry dinners to go, 40 minute wait before picking up. No designated parking for pickup orders, had to walk way around building. Upon opening them up at home (which was less then 5 minutes away) food was still warm but GREASY! Neither my wife or I could finish a 2-piece dinner and their French fries were very soggy. Nothing was seasoned, and the Cole slaw when we started to eat was as warm as the rest of the food. Very disappointed and will probably not order again. I know the beer and staff are good however!

I can't give a review of their food but I can review their website. The pictures of the food look amazing! However for someone who can't see anything surrounded red, their menu was a bummer. So much red! I would love to order from the website but I can't because I can't read it. From what I can see, the menu is the only thing that needs to be changed. Passing thru on mini weekend vacation. won $250 on a pull tab and the owner refused to pay and was completely rude about it, including talking negatively about us to the rest of customers at the bar, and yelling at her bartender(also her sister) when bartender was trying to talk to owner to come up with solution. After we got home we called the company that provides her pull tabs and they stated she absolutely should have paid us on the spot.
