The food is phenomenal and you will never leave still hungry. All the employees are real personable and willing to go to great lengths to ensure you're visit or stay at the campground are the best experience. The owner, Donna is the executive chef in the mornings for breakfast and is such a sweet, kind, caring, down to earth woman. She takes great pride in everything she does to ensure your satisfaction is met while visiting. The campground is a mini community of family orientated people who are the most nice and hospitable you will meet. If you are walking the roads of the campground, most of them will greet you and openly welcome you to their site for conversation, food, and drinks.

Couldn't ask for a better bar and grill. The food was delicious, prices were great, service was stellar. There was a gentleman bartender who did an awesome job and made drinks so good they made me want to tip more than the drinks cost. We stayed at a friend's permanent site in the campground and went to the bar for dinner. The campground is nice, a bit crowded if you like to be camping by yourself but that said, the sites are divided/separated nicely, lots of trees between them and I would say the reason it's full is because it's a great place. People want to be there! Based on the experience I had I would go back again and again. Keep up the great work guys!

The owner Donna caters to Sharon, her employee and their pool team, and will make customers move and be very rude if they don’t, also allows Sharon to move people’s stuff and as an owner of an establishment that is very inappropriate and disrespectful to her customers Who Make her establishment money. Also drug addicts make their T-shirts For their establishment and has drug addicts that work behind the bar.

Camping, if you have a self-contained unit, it's a nice place. Rough camping is it.. only 1 sketchy shower and flush toilet, and an outhouse. The beach at the pond was nice, with a raft to swim to. I didn't try out the bar or food, just a visit to camping friends..

My boyfriend's family's cabin is just a few miles from here and we try and make it to campsite at least once each time we are there. Always friendly people and workers. And of course you can't forget the yummy cheese curds!!

The food and drinks are very reasonably priced and taste wonderful. We were able to eat and drink then went back to our campsite for the night. The rates for their weekend sites are very reasonable and they have many amenities. Give them a call because you won't find a website on them, at least there isn't one yet.

The owners have done some "Updating" on the floors & the bar top too. The food is modestly priced as well. The bartenders have a since of humor to help your day go better. Car pool because of limited parking. Slower speed limit on the dirt road to the bar. Have fun & bring friends too!

Vee's star campsite bar and grill was a great experience, my softball team and I played in a tournament in nearby flox. We came from Oshkosh and we were treated so kindly by all the staff and the campers, definitely a great place to camp if you have the chance! Already looking forward to the stay next year!
