They were busy, but still were seated right away. Service was great in the beginning, but we got our beers and food faster than expected. We were forgot about after that. My wife liked her sandwich but thought the side salad could have been a bigger. I had the Mac and cheese with bacon. The noodles were great, but not much if any bacon. Really disappointing. We waited for our waitress, and waited some more. Would of had more to drink, but it took too long. The waitress walked by many times. It was busy, but not that busy. Asked for check and got out. Would try again. Hoping for better time.

Cool historic rustic vibes in the building. Beer was the average brewery beer quality. However, the workers (of the night of 10/17/2025) were very rude. I've never felt so unwelcomed at a brewery before. Someone in our group saw that they had liquor as well and asked what kind of cocktails do they offer, and the lady working said "We're known for our beer," in a kind of rude manner and did not answer the question, they eventually got their cocktail but through a lot of extra effort. Overall, every interaction with the staff made me feel very uncomfortable. It did not feel like your everyday brewery. You could say they live up to their name from being "stubborn".

We used SBB and their Crescent Ballroom for our wedding, but the restaurant & brewery deserves just as many stars and recommendations!
The wedding food was delicious (and we had a ton of feedback that guests felt the same way), the entire team/flow of everything was as seamless as it could have been. We had the opportunity to brew our own beer to serve at the wedding and that was a HIT!!! And so much fun for us to experience.
We are obsessed with the vibe, the beer, and the food. And the ballroom is EXACTLY what we were looking for.

Their beer selection is unique — every flavor has its own personality, and you can tell they put a lot of creativity and care into crafting each one. My favorite brewery in Wisconsin! Located in a historic movie theater, giving it a unique experience with a great atmosphere. Everything on the menu is delicious and farm to table. This was my second visit here. I believe our server was Alicia (im bad at names sometimes). She told us right off the bat that it was her 6th day and asked us to be patient with her. She was extremely attentive and did great. Occasionally her nervousness popped through but that’s not necessarily a bad thing! She was super friendly and was still learning the beer and food menu, but for it being her first Saturday at this restaurant I applaud her courage and effort! I would simply come back just to have her again as a server.

The brewery is in a repurposed theater, which is a pretty cool setting. The maple old-fashioned was excellent and came at the recommendation of the waitress. We ordered four meals, two of them were mediocre. I’ve never done a review before, but we were quite disappointed and we’re not offered any refunds.
Chicken Alfredo with pesto was delicious.
The cheddar beer soup came cold twice, third time it was perfect. Delicious cheddar cheese, beer soup.
the bacon chicken feta pizza’s flavors just plain didn’t blend well. I think it would’ve improved it if they had baked it in the oven after they added the spinach, bacon and feta cheese to it.
We also had a “make your own burger” with grilled onions, but the grilled onions, tasted rancid!
Pesto chicken Alfredo was wonderful! Kids mac & cheese was boxed mac & cheese but it was good and so are the french fries.

The beer and environment were awesome. That is why I gave the two stars. I saw other reviews about the burgers not being good, but there were so many on the menu we decided to give them a try. They were some of the worst burgers we had ever had. Very salty and had zero flavor. They were also very overcooked, burnt and crumbly. There were multiple toppings so you would think that would help but they were just not good. I could only eat half of mine. On top of that my sweet potato fries came out cold. I asked for new fries since they cost extra, and they were cold again. Our waitress was not very attentive and did not clear items from the table as we were eating. Go for the beer, but don’t waste your money on a burger.

Liz, our server, had the place to herself and was running around taking care of everyone. She’s awesome! Busy, busy, busier than busy! But she kept SUCH a good attitude in spite of it. I’d give her 10 stars!

Went back to try the brussel sprouts and french onion soup. They were as good as we remembered. Owner stopped bybthe table to say hello. A large assortment of beer, great staff, a beautiful space and a large menu with daily specials.

Went with friends. The food was very good. My cousin had one of the specials, a steak sandwich. His wife had the Flatbread. My husband had a wrap and french onion soup, and I had pulled pork street tacos. We shared an appetizer, brussel sprouts and donut holes for dessert. It was all so good. The restaurant was beautifully decorated to include its previous stage and musicians pit which has seating now. The owners have made it a wonderful space to share a meal and/or drinks with friends and family. The owner even stopped to say hello.

I had higher expectations for the food, but my meal was just okay. The T bone was cooked as ordered and nicely seasoned but it was a tough cut. The Brussels sprouts were over roasted ands very crispy, very few green leaves since everything baked too long. My companion has a mushroom burger and thought it was just okay. The heated salad of stone it was served on was a nice touch. There were only a handful of customers so service was great. Overall the inside of the building is cold and dark. I think brighter lighting would have made it a bit more cheerful.

I don’t drink beer often, and neither does my sister, but this place completely blew us away! They brew a beer called Drop Top, and let me tell you—it’s a 10/10! There’s no way this could be beer because it tastes soooo amazing. It’s smooth, flavorful, and absolutely unique.

Eating alone as on a break caring for a family member, I got a break.

When I sat down, a gentleman kneeled by my table (forgot your name!) and introduced himself as the owner. Very nice dude.

It's a little bit more expensive than some places, but it's not the most expensive. The food is amazing. This place has some of the best brews in Wisconsin. The atmosphere is totally awesome. It has its own Park, live music, theater house, its own brewery, electric car friendly, All around down to earth owner who makes sure everybody is happy and works shoulder to shoulder with his employees. I overheard him talking to someone about loving McMenamins! Kina wants to build his business to be like them. I'm sure there's better ways to say that, but I have no idea right? Offhand. As a person who has lived in Oregon for 2 years and been to these restaurants. McMenamins and various other places hands down buddy, You have blown them out of the water. First of all, your business model is way better!! "Congratulations!!" And the Midwest food is literally the best in the country. I have eaten and drank no better than right here. We all know how to cook. The West Coast can't even make donuts right? (Voodoo donuts downtown Portland was the closest I can get to Midwest quality, the rest of the bakeries for some reason made their donuts really dry) They don't even know about cherry rosebuds (it's like an apple fritter) of which you can get at festival.

SBB is definitely worth the drive from Green Bay! Our food was amazing; the burger was the most flavorful ever. Gracie, our server, made great recommendations. The beautiful woodwork created a wonderfully cozy place on a drizzly day. Can't wait to come back!
