The service here is horrible it doesn't matter what time of day or what day of the week it is they are all rude and always try to rush you like your bothering them. The workers say no if you ask for extra anything ( even if you are willing to pay for it) but then the next person will ask for extra anything and they get it because they know who they are or what not. Im sorry but when I am paying $45+ dollars every time I come in I should be treated a little bit better than I have been.

Update! They're getting rid of the pizza and calzones! There was a $1 added to my calzone and when questioned was told the manager instructed that they add a $1 charge. No reason it apologies. Was upset as that's deceiving when it clearly stated $8.99 on wall menu. The rest is from over a year ago.... >>>>>Great staff! They, like everywhere, struggle with help issues, but they work hard to satisfy the customer. You can call ahead for food and they are always on time when you arrive! I like the subs, but the calzones are really good!

This specific location is one of the worst I have ever been to. The customer service is absolutely horrific. The employees are too busy stating they have good memory, to listen and make the sandwich correctly.

I went inside to order my sandwich (Turkey, bacon, american cheese, ect) and 2 others, I constantly had to repeat my order, which isn't a big deal but I have my twin boys with me too. We go home 15 minutes out of town and when I open my sandwich, there is no bacon and no cheese at all. This sandwich was an 11 dollar sandwich on top of the others, I spent almost 40$. I call the store to ask them to make it right, but the best they can offer me is to come back so they can take my sandwich back and add the stuff they forgot.
How is that fair to me? I'm driving 30 minutes total to get my sandwich corrected, and waiting 45 minutes for a sandwich that could've been made correctly the first time if the staff wasn't so arrogant in "knowing/remembering things".
Is this the way your employees are supposed to treat paying customers? It's this subways policy, to take back food that's been touched by the public, back onto the line and add on the extra ingredients (pretty unsanitary)? Can't believe THAT is subways way of "making it right". Come back or your screwed on an 11 dollar sandwich with no bacon that I paid extra for, and no cheese.
I won't be coming back.

Whenever I customize my sub, the sandwhich artists have no problem doing so. My sandwich tastes great every time. I've been going to Subway for years and I have not had one bad food item. I love their cheesy brocoli soup. It stays hot even while taking it home. Their cookies are great too! I also like their herb and cheese bread, along with the cheesecake cookies! These are just some of my favorites!

Went in to get a sub and a pretzel stick. Was told it would be an additional $1 for cheese to go with the pretzel stick. Was in the understanding that the cheese is part of the pretzel stick. Kinda dumb to get a pretzel stick and not get cheese they go together. I will not be ordering another pretzel stick if I have to pay additional money for cheese. That’s pretty dumb

Visited today 8/19 and tried to purchase several subs when I got to the register I was told I needed to use cash, no problem when I gave the young man $100.00 I was told he would need to copy/scan my drivers license the same was true with a $50.00 dollar bill. What gives this establishment any right to copy my personal information and store it where it cannot guarantee it.

It took about 10 minutes to order because nobody was in sight. The lady who did see me just went to use the bathroom and didn't say anything. The other gentleman that I did see was on a computer doing something also didn't say anything . When I finally ordered, I ordered a 6-in meatball sub, they charged me for a footlong meatball sub. I didn't know that they made a footlong cuz I couldn't see the sub until the end. Instead of charging me for a 6 in like I had ordered they told me to save it for later. It's not the sub that I'm worried about. I don't need a footlong Subway sandwich. It's the money that I spent that was not accurate to what I ordered.

I messed up, long day did not pay attention when I got food and sat there waiting like an idiot. Andrea was very patient and professional, calm and friendly through out. My wife just stopped to get a couple of subs. The greater was extremely rude from the getgo. The tone of her voice when she asked my wife, "What can I get you!" Constantly telling my wife not lean on the rack. My wife was not leaning on anything. My wife repeatedly told her that she was not leaning on anything. Needless to say, we walked out. They can keep their subs. We will not be stopping there anymore. With my connections, I will be spreading the word about how poor service this place has.

Went there today to grab some lunch, the old lady that made my sandwich was wonderful and food was good but the guy running the counter believe his name tag said Emilio's he had a pony tail and the sides of his head shaved. I really hope he’s not the manager because he was incredibly rude to other employees and spoke to them very demeaning. Was appalled at how he was treating the other workers. Something should be done about it.

This place is quickly becoming a place to avoid. The employees act like you are taking money out of their own pocket if you ask for more of something...like today when I made an order for a tuna footlong w/ extra spinach, peppers and black olives. The lady making my sandwich put maybe 5 spinach leaves on. And seemed so inconvenienced when I ask for more, she added maybe another 3 leaves.... it's a bit ridiculous. When the sandwich was fully made, you couldn't even tell there was food on the bread. I also got a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, extra mayo. She put one strip of mayo on and the eggs were still cold.
So glad we wasted $20 bucks...

This is a consistent thing with this place too. Rude employees and way, way over priced for what they are giving you.

My husband ordered a spicy Italian 6" and I ordered a chicken salad. The chicken on the Salad had an off green tint and tasted like rotting tuna with a strong order. The cucumbers on my salad as well as in my husband's sandwich were brown and mooch. The black olives were green and slim in them. When I returned my salad and told the manager what was wrong she had the audacity to call me a liar and said I didn't know what I was talking about. Then proceeded to tell me that because her employee did not offer us a receipt then she will not refund my money. After being disrespected I finally got half of my money back. There were no clean tables and the staff used the same gloves for the money after and before making a sandwich, after being asked to change gloves for sanity reasons as well as having allergies.

Said I had the online order it was not correct. She was like well like let me have you take to a manager or someone besides me. Another a person came on the phone before I even said a word she said I can’t do anything call tomorrow and talk to Penny. Seriously well glad I got cheated out of money. The staff was amazing and nice. I called in a pizza from their other side and my stomach can handle the grease. So I ask if they could remove it and the did an awesome job. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and one joked a little with me which mad my day better. I also ordered 4 sandwiches and they where made fast and where not messy. I would recommend this store to anyone and the crew definitely needs some praise for their hard work. Also med pizza was so good at all but two slices in one sitting without thinking about it. Customer service was not good at all. Completely screwed the order up twice. The girl taking care of me rolled her eyes and made a disgusted noise then told me she only works 3 days a month. Especially during Corona, I can't believe the staff actually handles cash with the same rubber gloves that they handle the sandwiches with. Not to mention the staff that makes the sandwiches should be wearing face masks and they don't . Oh and by the way enjoy the extra fly larvae on your sandwiches because they don't do anything to keep the flies away. And when they slide open that glass and open up all of the amenities, look at all the flies buzzing around. Not to mention we couldn't find a clean table in the whole place.

Not everyone looks at the letter board under the sign ( which is also very vague?) About the open times... take down the signs on the front door if they're wrong. Please. Very disappointed. Called in an order sent my husband to go pickup/which the person on the phone said 1/2 hour. When he got there, he actually had to wait for them to make the subs. Then they forgot to put cheese on his sandwich. Also i would of ordered online but it said the store was closed. I asked about the buy one get one free. it is just trash when you walk in at 9 o'clock and you are told that all they have is wraps and no actuall bread I would never recommend this freaking place to anyone ever even if they are my worst enemy the workers are rude and just stand around and do nothing

If I could give 0 stars I would. Walk in and the employees along with the manager were standing around and talking about other people rudely. Ask for more toppings and got abd attitude. The manager is very rude to employees and customers. It was all dirty under tye soda machine and it looked as though the soda machine hadn't been cleaned in a very long time.
