2 guys were on something while working 1 with a pony tail served me, took 20 mins to make 1 sandwich,not even toasted. Then there were 2 sitting in a booth with no drink or food, loydering and desrtracting the workers.THEY DIDNT EVEN COUNT THE CHANGE, I HAD TO COUNT THE CHANGE! Should have kept the dollar. Never have I experienced something like this. But the customer is the bad guy for calling them out.

The customer service seizes to exist at this location. On 2 occasions I was denied avocado as they don’t want to open it and “waste” product. It is a disappointment when sandwiches are offered and toppings are denied to paying customers. It speaks volumes when they are willing to sales over loosing product.

Brooklyn did an outstanding job, she was very fast and polite. However the other woman working was extremely rude to the young boy before us. She was getting frustrated with him and raising her voice when asking him what he wanted to order. She proceeded to wipe a dirty knife on my sub and only stopped because Brooklyn told her not to use a dirty knife on the sub. Instead of getting a clean knife and cutting the foot long sub the woman wrapped up sub without cutting it in half. The whole experience was extremely frustrating.

Ordered a Cali fresh turkey and bacon sub with recommended veggies. Opened sandwich and took a bite.... There was NO bacon, and half of the recommended veggies. I Ordered a foot long which shows $10.99 on the board and purchased a bag of chips... Total was $14. And change. We're the chips $3.00?? I went in to ask about the lack of bacon and amount and the teenage gentleman in the subway asked if I took a picture of my sandwich before I took a bite, really??!!! So now I'm supposed to take a pic of my sandwich before I take a bite?! I won't be patronizing this Subway store again

Stopped in after a long day of hunting and ordered five subs. Employee was awesome and made food in a punctual manner. I asked the employee to make a sub so spicy I regretted life the next day. I’m glad to inform you that the sub bested me for the last 8 hours. Well played subway... well played. 10/10 would recommend letting them destroy your life.

SLOW! It was very busy and there was only one worker...then when the second worker decided to help she did not have her hair in a ponytail! Her hair was long and almost touching the food! The bathrooms were also very ghetto looking

The Amherst subway treats you with patience, quality, and if you come in enough they even greet you by name! Sandwiches actually taste better and they cater to the areas taste by providing the *special only* breads and sauces that are limited time things for long as possible. Deals are always abundant and the people there are top notch. Same faces and low turnover so you don't have to worry about someone messing up because they are new.
