Three times in a row now I have asked for mayo packets on side because if I ask for extra on sub, it gets so much that it's inedible. This time I asked for Chipotle on side because I didn't want too much. Didn't get any and sub is super dry. I broke my back in a car accident so can't go anywhere so my fiance picks me up lunch. I called them and asked if they read the comments. She told me that they do and that she saw that but they were busy and forgot.......I don't keep chipotle at the house so just a super dry sub..... Yay

Stood in line for 20+ minutes Watching the single employee make online orders. People were waiting in the lobby and ordering online and getting food. Nobody that was in line was getting their order taken. This is dissapointing as this is the second or third time this has happened.

Just got my doordash order from this location, and the tuna sandwich & 12" cookie were decent, but the other items? Not so much. The steak & cheese was absolutely awful. Hardly any meat at all, & what tiny bit was there was dry & tasteless. I thought meat was forgotten initially as there were only a few tiny shreds mixed with the cheese. Veggies were super sparce. The whole sandwich looked like a plain otalian roll. No evidence of anything inside until opening it & poking through the little that was there. The sandwich was the dinkiest I've ever had from a Subway in 40 years. Pathetic looking & tasting (I threw most of it away). The other 2 items were both supposed to include CHEESE DIPPING SAUCE, but came with nothing. What toddler wants a dry pretzel with nothing to dip it in as part of their lunch? The cheese dipper also came without the ordered sauce. Needless to say, I'll NEVER order from this location again. GROSS.

Showed they were open until 8 maybe 9 got there at 610 pm was told we’re closed on a Saturday evening. I stop here probably 5-6 times a month because I can get a semi in there to grab and sandwich and go . That will no longer happen

The last time I went after placing an online order and waited another 30 minutes past my ready by time. This time I went and they called me to tell me they were low on bread as I’m walking in the door. The only response I got was we can void your order and you can try a different subway. How do you run out of bread at 1pm?? This location needs some serious help… fast forward to today, same thing happens only this time I place an order 3 hours in advance, go after my scheduled pickup time and when the app says my order is ready only to be told they didn’t make my order because they didn’t have white bread. Why would you not have informed me of this in the three hours since I placed my order? I will absolutely never go to this location again! Terrible location and no sense of any customer service!

My sub had a long hair in it. Like my meat ball subs without the extra string lol. I called to get it fixed and they said to call back the next day she wasn't sure how to handle it and they were really busy At that moment. Very nice people just don't have communication so my money was waisted of course I live 45 miles from that store and just can't come back the next day or same day to give them back their hairy sandwich, so careful who u order from obviously hair nets at not mandatory

Normally this place is good. But today they earned negative stars from me. I placed an online order, I walked in and they said it would be a little late. 30 minutes later I finally get my food.... and the orders not even right. I waited 50 minutes after putting my order in, 30 minutes in the store as they took orders from people that kept walking in. I placed my order 40 minutes before some of these people got there and Subway let me know I mean jack squat to them. I like subway, but this place doesn't like me. I'll go to a different location next time, this place doesn't deserve business.

Typically frequent this Subway vs another not too far away for several reasons: 1) The staff is always friendly and personable 2) Never been disappointed with my sandwich/order. 3) At checkout, they always let me know if I have a reward on my Subway card. Most places won't; you have to ask. 4) The are very conscious about masks, social distancing and cleanliness. This is quite different from another Subway in the area which didn't enforce masks (including their staff) plus I saw an associate at that shop come in for her shift and never wash her hands. 5) They take pride in their shop as evidenced by the remodeling they did late last year. it made a world of difference and really brightened up the place.

I went in to the Subway at the corner of Northland Ave. and Lynndale Dr. In Appleton, WI to redeem some rewards that were expiring soon. I really dislike coming here. I've only had one great customer experience here with a great lady sub artist and I haven't seen her since. Other than that, I feel very unwelcomed here. There are days when I just drive to a different subway just because I don't want to chance walking into this one. I only go because it's conveniently located, and is one of the only healthy options in the area for food.
