We walked in with electric scooters-we were being respectful they were off and we were walking. The lady working (very rudely I must add) yelled at us to take the scooters out. The man working was awesome, trying to make our visit better. After we walked back in, the lady was yelling at the guy, asking him if he had ever had customers walk in with scooters. We were just trying to get cookies mamm not a whole drama show. The guy was acting mature and responsible calmly asking her to lower her voice and glancing at us. I could tell that that man was getting close to minimum wage and was sick of the lady already. Overall one of our cookies was stale and that lady was NOT chill.

Austin at the front was nice and helped me with a coupon issue, I like this location because it's typically quiet, and I can get my food faster here, the dine in area could use some improvement, but nothing that couldn't be taken care of in a moments notice

Sooo... had a couple min to run out and pick up lunch today. Place my order online and pick it up. Get back to the office, and this is what I get... sure doesn't look like chicken. (See photo sandwich with receipt)
Wth!? Like.... not even close. I don't have time to run back over there either. So this sucks. Wish there was a way to request a refund on the app. 1 star, but I wish I could give 0.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have used the app multiple times to have my orders delivered, ready to be picked up when I got there, or simply just for the points. I have never had an issue until this last time. My whole order was messed up, they didn’t give me half of my items and when I called for a refund or to pick up the items later as I was at work they told me no. The lady on the phone was very rude and disrespectful, there was a point she said “okay and? There’s nothing I can do for you I’ve said that” in a very snotty tone. Absolutely ridiculous subway. I will probably never be back to a subway after this experience.

I ordered a 6 in sub and received one that was noticeably smaller than that. I reviewed them and received a hope-you-will-eat-with-us-again message back. No mention of the fact I didn't receive what I ordered. Not a location I will return to.

Customer service is non existent. They would not replace a sandwich that was made incorrectly for a person who asked for no dairy. When the sandwich was brought back to the restaurant, they adamantly told us that they would not re.ake the sandwich because it was made correctly. We found d a corner piece of the triangle of American cheese in the sandwich. The rest of the sandwich did not have cheese. The tomatoes were gross and covered with parmesan cheese. This was around 6:30 pm, and we were the only customers in the place. A blonde haired e.ployee was rude to us when we brought the issue to her attention. No replace ment was given. We spent $66 on 3 sandwiches with sides 2 drinks and a desert plus tip undeserved. Never again. Subway...you have really gone down hill and don't care about customers welfare. The sandwich was contaminated with dairy for a person who cannot tolerate dairy. Next step may be a lawsuit. The blonde attendant should be dismissed of her duties at the very least at the Darboy Kk location in Wisconsin.

Food was 10/10, customer service was non-existent. Went in a bit before close, two females and a male were working, none of which could acknowledge we came into the store until we stood there looking at them long enough. The whole experience felt like we had extremely inconvenienced them, it seemed like all of their dogs died this day. After we paid nothing was said so I go "thank you very much have a good night" and got no response. Probably won't go back to this location unless it's in a pinch. Was literally the twilight zone. update: 24hrs after the fact. Money was refunded after I had to track down the manager. But I got my full refund back and that’s what matters. Manager at the Walmart location on kk was very polite and understanding. Also the employee kaylee (I believe her name was) at the center kk mall was very polite and professional despite not having a manager on the premises. Those 2 people are the reason I change my review from one star to four

Used the app. Said the order couldn’t be completed, then I look in my bank account, what ya know, I’ve been charged for 3 foot long subs.Got charged on the app for my food. App doesn’t even say I was charged. Never received any notifications or emails for it. I’m highly disappointed, almost $40 spent and nothing to show for it. Thanks for letting me down once again subway. If there’s one thing your company’s good at doing, it’s being a disappointment, not making sandwiches. But at least your company’s consistent in that manner huh.

Very disappointing. Not great service, extremely messy with toppings, not a lot of toppings, bread was dry and hard. Their soda machine was absolutely filthy, mold looking substance all on the bottom of the soda tray, everything was dirty.

Just want to say your staff is the best as I'm a doordasher. They always willing to help during early morning-lunch. I arrived at 8:05am. The store is supposed to open at 8:00am. I stood outside the door anticipating the two workers inside would open the door soon. Both employees witnessed me standing there waiting. They did not let me in but continued preparing for the day. This is ironic because I’ve been to this same store in the evening and they were completely out of ingredients for multiple sandwiches. The cherry on top is paying $10 for it sandwich I didn’t want then seeing a tip jar or prompt for this type of service.

I was told that they were out of marinara for the pizza subs. Another Subway I visited a few weeks ago ( in another city) was out too.. and let me tell you that my husband and I actually prefer pizza subs without marinara as it is less messy and tasty! I have had three very bad experiences with this particular Subway restaurant on Calumet Street. One day I went in and ordered food, tried paying with a $100 dollar bill and I was told “they couldn’t break $100’s.” I was starving and it was late and didn’t have time to stop anywhere else so I walked into the Chinese restaurant next door to get change for my $100 to be able to pay for my Subway combo. Another day I walked in and ordered the broccoli cheddar soup and I was told that they had ran out and they they would probably be out of it for a while because they had a lot of the chicken noodle and loaded potato soup. Then yesterday afternoon I went in and ordered a meatball marinera sandwich and a bowl of the chicken noodle soup to go and when I got home and opened my soup bowl I see that the girl that waited on me only filled my cup half way full. I was upset. That restaurant is poor quality and service.

I was placed in order about 14 subway sandwiches through online for my sons project group. I went there waiting on the line. They didn’t know that I was waiting for the big orders and they were so rude while they making the sandwiches. Throwing the bacon in the sandwiches and saying something’s not fitting.
