Definitely one of the better subway experiences I've had in a long time but i guess i normally frequent one of the worst ones in the area 💀 did some research on nearby subways and this is definitely one of the better ones and the one in Walmart in Darboy is the lower end. Didn't look into all of them though

Absolutely terrible service I received tonight. I can forgive a few things when placing an order at a store for pick up. But tonight I was met with every bad experience rolled into one. The lobby was locked and I was told go to the drive through OK no issue there. I waited for 10 minutes waiting for someone to talk to me so I could pick up my already paid already made order. The worker had a lot of orders so I was annoyed but let it go. Got home to find half the ingredients on my wife's sub was missing and mine was just a disgusting mess that looked like it was thrown together by a drunk monkey. So we called to complain.
"Are you a manager"
"No, what's your problem"
"Well we have some missing ingredients and I'd like discuss the poor customer experience with the locked door and being ignored for a full 10 minutes"

The staff do not treat customers as first come first serve. I put my order in at the drive through and waited for fifteen minutes before they even began my order. Then they somehow mixed my order up. So many people came in literally after we had put in our order and they did all of the people's orders inside first while disregarding ours..... Not happy at all

While the staff at this Subway location were friendly and helpful, my overall experience was disappointing. One major issue was the lack of a handheld menu. As someone with a visual impairment, I struggled to read the overhead menu, making it difficult to place my order without assistance. Providing an alternative menu option would make a huge difference for customers with similar needs.

Additionally, the entrance was quite hazardous. There were no rugs or mats, which resulted in a very slippery entryway—an accident waiting to happen, especially in bad weather. On top of that, the men's bathroom was out of order, and the only available restroom required a key for access. This level of restriction is highly unusual for a fast-food establishment and added unnecessary inconvenience to my visit.

While I appreciate the friendly service, the overall accessibility and comfort of this location left much to be desired. Unfortunately, these issues mean I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Honestly one of the best subway experiences.
We went to the Bonduel subway, got denied service(for the 4th time, and lied to on how some were made).

Drove to Appleton(On Sunday lunch), guy was willing to extra load our sandwiches just to make up for the bad experience prior. He was super helpful, explanatory, and kind!

Worse time I have ever gotten my food. I did a protein salad. Very little lettuce and it was wilty,bacon was not cooked long enough,don't like the pepper ranch, no cheese sauce for pretzel and bad service. It was the one at 3208 S. Kensington Dr. Appleton We spent $27.59 and there should be cheese sauce when you get a pretzel. Won't be back there.

We ordered 3 subs, 2 salads and a pizza. One sub was missing 3 things and had the wrong cheese on it, it was so bland I added some lettuce from my salad. Another had the toppings on top so my daughter had to reconstruct the entire thing. The quality of the chicken in the salad looked like Tuna, not sure what's up with that. We will definitely not be ordering from this location again.

This was an online order so definitely won't be doing that again either so I can see my stuff being made.

Only one of the 3 employees wore their mask the whole time (I went through drive thru). The one with the long braid making food didn't put hers on the entire time I was there. The one working the window only put hers on if the window was open. I was not given a receipt. Only one of my sandwiches was toasted, and two were missing cheese. I will not be returning.

This Subway is the worst. The idea of having a drive through is great, but the speaker system is so loud you can barely understand what they are saying. Not only that, but 9 times out of 10 they screw the order up anyway. It's also the only Subway I've ever been to that almost always runs out of ingredients. I'm not sure if it's just poorly managed or what, but I'd suggest going to any of the other Subways in town.

Ordered a salad with spinach, spinach was not cut up, looked like there was 1 tomato, cucumber, onion slice, no cheese which was ordered on it, barely found the chicken and bacon. Ordered 2 meatball subs toasted neither were toasted and 1 was made on the wrong bread. Very disappointed!!
