We were out running errands today and we stopped into Subway for a quick lunch and James was working! There was a huge line and James was very efficient, kind and everyone was served with a smile! As someone who's worked in the service industry I know the long lines/impatient people may become overwhelming very quickly and James rocked it! Way to go James! 🙌🏼

I did an online order, The bread was wrong and super crusted, dry, not fresh. I walked over to pick my sandwich up in a blizzard. Kindly called back and the woman I talk to was super rude said well why don’t you walk back over here and show us and we can fix it in front of you. And you know what sometimes it’s not about getting something for free. It’s about somebody saying I apologize that was your experience. But that was not my experience. She was rude, short, snarky, and literally tried to tell me it was the right bread when I’m sitting here looking at it being the wrong. Attached is a picture of the wrong bread in case she would like to see.

Ignorant, piss-poor, attitudes working behind the counter. Then, at checkout, they suggest the acquisition of your personal data(?), to sell a sandwich? If you’re into that kind of thing (and I’m sure there’s a few), this place is for you. But get ready. Evidently, their business model has been doped in Marxism (as a fast food restaurant), they also suggest that you give them a tip. For people that actually earn their tips (waiters and waitresses), apparently they’re meaningless.
They want it in advance, mind you.
That is the definition of meaningless.
It’s not a tip, it’s Marxism.

Went to order cookies and was told that she can't touch the cookies for 45mins (in a very rude tone) Since when is it policy to let cookies sit out and get hard and nasty for so long? I've gotten fresh cookies from other locations without any complaints or attitudes, fresh off the pan. workers at this location need an attitude adjustment, last week the worker was busy on her phone and dropped the entire bucket into the ice machine and I can guarantee that bucket wasn't sanitized so everything that was on the outside of the bucket touched the ice that people were using for drinks

The sandwich maker was be disrespectful toward me while making my food, I saw a lady next to her and asked her if she could make it because she witnessed the behaviors. the beautiful employee who made my sandwich did very well, they took their time and placed the cucumbers on one by one, and i really appreciated that. they were also very heavy handed with the pickles. i appreciated this even more, i love pickles. it was the best subway sandwich i’ve ever had. thank you subway employee :)

Went in and was treated with condescension by a lady named Kelly who apparently was helping out this one due to lack of employees. She complained the whole time she made my sandwich because it was inconvenient to make it a melt (even though it was on the menu) and I found it rather odd she was not following food safety by wearing a ring on her fingers which even with gloves it is not food safe. Sandwich was good but will not be coming back.

I was in the area so I stopped in to grab a sandwich the woman behind the counter was kind enough but seemed bothered by even a question out of the ordinary, while placing my order a late 20’s guy interrupts to complain to his co-worker about a customer calling for delivery I guess I’m less important his issues so I looked around and spotted the notice that says I can’t take a phone call while ordering. A minute later the guy appears behind me complaining about me touching the glass, I hated to slow him down on the way to his mop bucket but at least I could give him someone to put down to make himself feel a little bit better about himself.

My fiance & I both give this store a 1 star rating. If we could give it zero stars we would. I called there and spoke with the manager about the rewards card and how we did not receive our points due to the lack of explanation by the employee on how to go about registering it. Therefore, we lost out on points for our 2 visits. The manager was quite rude on the phone and when I told her she lost 2 customers she very rudely hung up on me. Managers are supposed to listen and try to come up with resolutions when customers call with any and all types of complaints, she did neither of those. I was also mean mugged by one of the employees and the employees were also very rude. Seems they don't care about their jobs. Definitely not very professional to say the least. We will not be going there again. Also, store was not very clean and employees did not change gloves when making each customers subs.

My experience was quite awful. The person that assisted me was very rude and didn't care that I was there, I believe that her name was Crystal. The staff was more occupied with there personal lives then helping out customers. This includes what I think was a manager. While over-hearing their conversations they called each other playful names and whatnot but that is not professional to do on the floor where there are customers. I am giving 2 starts because the renovation is nice.

Went to the Bluemound location this morning and service was slow, rude, and just not what we were looking for. Both of our sandwiches were terrible, not at all what we asked for. The guy working kept drowning my sandwich in mayo even after I told him to stop. My boyfriend felt sick after eating his and i couldn’t even eat mine after trying for 15 minutes to get the extra mayo off. I then called to let them know that we were dissatisfied and nobody answered the phone. I called two more times and nobody answered. Waste of time and money. I love subway but not this location.

Don’t go to this location. I work in customer service and am not one to usually write reviews like this but the service was absolutely terrible and unprofessional. The boy was annoyed the second I walked in to pick up my online order. There were two people in the store but I was 10 minutes early and knew I was so I had no problem waiting but he was not happy I was early. Got snippy and kept repeating that I was SUPER early and he just got the order. Told him I put the order in ten minutes ago but I didn’t mind waiting at all and he kept on about how he just got it. Then he says, “Are there any cheese on these?” Snippy. I said, “Yep, we put that in online as well.” I was looking at my receipt and walked over to him to show him and patted him on the back like it’s ok and just asked we cool it on the attitude. He then flipped out and got loud, causing other customers to leave, and slapped the sandwich down and walked away saying he wouldn’t be making my sandwich that I already paid for. It was just an outrageous experience and no manager there to intervene. I will never bother them with my business again and I suggest anyone else does the same or go to the one on Wisconsin.

The worst Subway franchise I've been to yet. Fairly clean restaurant but employees lack cleanliness. Employees also talked about expired food to a guest in front of me. They were also talking about firing people in front of me. All of which I find very unprofessional in any industry but more so in customer service. The guest doesn't need to hear workplace drama. Personally i work at a subway in minesota. But the people working were really rude, you asked for lettuce or something you got very very little of it, the one dude doing the veggies and cash register didnt ask if we wanted any sauce. I am still amazed at the lack of common sense people working around food displayed here. One of the worst things to deal with when you are eating is someone who brings out a broom and carelessly flings dirt and dust not only near your table but actually UNDER IT, then actually proceeds to dust the light fixture DIRECTLY OVER MY FOOD! what the hell is wrong with this thought process? ? I paid my money to sit at this table to eat a mediocre overpriced sandwich, in peace and quiet I know is asking too much, but minimally I expect to not have spray cleaner, dust and other crap in my meal, this has to stop, people need to be told and stop throwing money into the toilet of places like this that don't obviously care if we come back or not, when told..the manager and this girl had a good laugh at my expense, hope you enjoyed it, you lost my business and that becomes contagious eventually.
