We arrived at subway at 1:56 pm. They stated they do not open until another 30 minutes. Online it states they are open 8:00am - 9:00pm.

Last time I ordered online from here I asked for my sandwiches toasted but received cold meat. This time I asked them to double toast the sandwiches in the boats and then double toast the sandwiches in the toaster. My meat was still ice cold.

It could be blamed on the car ahead of us that waited close to 30 minutes for two sandwiches because we couldnt go in as the lobby was closed, but that still isnt an excuse. The sandwhiches still needed to be remade, but the worker slammed the window in our faces when we asked why it took so long and didnt come back.

100% not happy. Theres no reason it takes almost thirty minutes to make two sandwiches, there's no reason you should be selling cold meat (beef and chicken) to customers, and there is definitely no reason for your clerks to be so rude.

I'm pretty sure Subway isn't allowed to sell the philly steak and chicken to customers cold, but here they are giving people sandwiches that will give customers food poisoning. Thanks for nothing.

They didn’t give me a receipt. I repeated my order 3x in the drive thru only to receive nothing correct. My sub wasn’t toasted, and had so much salt I quite literally threw it away. I couldn’t choke it down. That would’ve been whatever if I got the cookies I ordered. The three cookies I got were raisin oatmeal?? I asked for one chocolate chip. Not too sure how nothing other than the soda in my order was edible considering I spent $15 and 12 out of my thirty minute lunch break at the Subway drive thru.

There were two people behind the counter but Tyler was doing everything customer-facing. He was courteous and helpful. The other lady was not. She didn't help him at all, sliced salami and just told him what he did wrong. She didn't stop to serve customers when she clearly could have. No reason for a wait when there's the same number of customers as workers. They were also out of tuna and avacado.

The store manager was very rude. I was at the store first before anyone came in the lobby, and the line got full. I sat here watching all the subs being made on my lunch break. I ordered my food in the car and waited multiple minutes before coming in, I sat and watched subs being made, and finally asked if my order was ready. She told me it printed just now but I was waiting 15 minutes she just hadn’t gone to the register to get the slip. She said it’ll be awhile and catered to everyone who came in after me. I asked if she could make mine next as I’ve been here first and I am on lunch. She said I can leave and cancel my order. She’s not going to do this with me, and that I’m trying to skip everyone in line. She said it loud infront of everyone telling me I can go. Going in order would mean my sub would be made in order prior to taking new orders of people who were here after me. I was embarrassed and in tears. This isn’t right and Angela B should be talked to. No customer service, no friendliness, no thanking me for my patience of 30 minutes for one foot long, but instead attitude and telling me we can go. I asked for corporate order and she refused to look and went to the next person. Then she threatened to call the police because we are just asking for our sub and she was intentionally taking all the new orders infront of me to be petty. Told me I was running my mouth because I asked if my sub could be made next. I have a video if corporate can call me.

The foods fine, I mean it's subway right? My issue is the staff don't seem to have been trained to give customer service or just don't care to at all. I've very rarely been greeted, never been thanked for coming in, not even really a see ya at the end of the interaction. Everything is rushed and curt, honestly feels like I'm getting in their way by purchasing the product they're employed to sell. Mind you this experience is the same whether there's a line of 5 people or if I come in and the staff are standing on their phones waiting for something to do. A little retraining would go a long way at this location.

We haven’t been to Subway in YEARS!! Today my youngest clipped coupons out of the book that came in the mail. (We rarely EVER use coupons lol she said she was just bored?) Well when we looked at them, and saw one that said 3 footlong subs for $19.99…we thought that was a pretty great deal for our family of 4!!( the girls split one foot long). ANYWAYS… there was only one young man working by himself! Let me tell you that he is REALLY great with people! He remains calm, he is very thorough when asking how we want our subs prepared, makes suggestions, doesn’t just quickly rush making your subs… he took the time to make each sub with care and picture perfect looking too! ( I regret not getting a picture of them!!) He also acknowledges and engages with the other customers who are waiting in line letting them know he will be with them shortly etc. Taking time to really give individual attention to each customer and not just whip through the process to get people out the door! From the moment he greeted us to the moment of check out( wrapping, labeling, and bagging up the subs, pretzel, cookies and chips) everything he did was done with such expertise! Oh and that Pretzel was really good too!!! He then explained to me how to scan the QR code to become a MVP Rewards Member(which I did once I got home :) ) I am sooo glad that our first time back to subway in years ended up being SUCH a pleasant experience all around! Amazing Food, Amazing Service, and a Calm and Inviting Atmosphere with the employee’s chill and warm vibe!! I left a 20% tip on my debit card but that wasn’t good enough because I know the employees don’t get much of the tips off of cards… so I went to the gas station next door quick to by something just to get some cash back…BUT they did not offer cash back on cards :( so I then used the ATM which charges $2 just to pull off a $20 bill!! I walked it back over to him and he was shocked and beyond grateful for my tip! I told him he deserves it because he really is awesome and does such a great job! He thanked me so much! For the record this was (Store #21754-0 the subway on south Oneida st Appleton, WI Inside the Fox Convenience gas station!) This rock star employee’s Name is Quinton! I hope his boss sees my review and gives him a lil raise and Kudos!!!

I haven’t had a bad experience at this subway until today. Ordered three subs through the drive thru; steak and cheese, bacon/egg/cheese, meatball and marinara. I got up to the window and had to wait 20 minutes to be addressed by a worker. When I paid and finally got my food, it was wrong! 2/3 subs were sloppily made, missing toppings, and with incorrect protein.

Im very displeased with the online ordering system. We placed our orders at 11:50, ready to be done at 12 but they were not. We had to wait an extra 20 minutes while they helped all the other guests before us. I wish they would go in order of what orders were received first instead of leaving our sandwiches out on the counter, while they helped everyone before us.

Three teenage boys were running the store and there was no manager around. I was the only person in the drive through, yet it took them over 10 minutes to make my 2 subs. The entire time I was waiting the 3 of them took turns coming up to the window and asking the same question to me over and over and continued to laugh in my face about it. Don't waste your money!!

I order through drive through during my lunch break. Crew member: Anne

My order: steak and cheese on italian herbs and cheese with pepperjack cheese
Cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, lettuce, southwest sauce
What I received: steak and cheese on italian herbs and cheese no cheese
Lettuce, pickles, bell pepper, and mayo

I called there to speak to a manager and Anne refused to let me speak to one, she said she will leave a message for me. After I told her what happened she said she was the one who took my order and she will make me a new sandwich, and I told her I will not have time until later because I went there on my lunch break. She told me had a long line of customers waiting for her and she had no time to deal with me, proceeded to call me by the wrong name and hung up on me. I tried calling back and she hung on me then disconnected the line.

After work, I stopped by and was greeted by the manager and returned my order for a refund.

I will say, the service overall is the worse and the quality is declining.

Subway is just not what it use to be anymore. I can see why other sub franchises are taking over. I'll be ordering from Jimmy John's instead from now on.

EVERY time I order for a delivery Subway literally NEVER gets my order right, missing subs missing sodas and wrong cookies were sent and the last time my sons drink bottle was already opened, seal was broke. What's wrong with you people that work at Subway? This isn't complicated you get an order make it that way and send it on its way, get it together!!!!! My sandwhich looked like someone couldnt have cared less. The bread was ripped in 5 different places i opened it and everything was smashed pouring out into the rapper with sauce loaded on the wrapper and barely on my sub. Absolutely ridiculious. I just went through the drive through and got home and took a photo as well. I NEVER write negative reviews but this was clear cut someone who didnt care at all and may have even thrown my sub against a wall for all i know because of how destroyed it was.

Today while getting my dinner which was at 5pm when I went. There was 3 girls with really long hair walking past while my sandwich was being made. One hers was so long it touched some bread when she would bend over, the other 2 came to look at the bread count and one was physically doing her hair into a braid all around the open containers of food. This is by far the worst subway I've been too. I've given it more than a couple trys because its the closest location to my house but I will not bother keeping hope for even one good visit anymore. Bad customer relations, horrible veggies even to me and I only get two types.. Just all the veg even looks disgusting like its all 3-4 weeks old at the least. Not one good thing to say about this location from any of my visits and I'm not one to complain or especially complain publicly, that is just how much this Sub-Way continually upsets me.

We have been going to this Subway for about 2 years at least once a week and it was okay until today.
We ordered a footlong and a 6-inch, with a coupon for the 6 inch. They were friendly enough and everything, we paid and then left. What was really strange was they put the straw in the cup for us, with no gloves on??? Disgusting.
ANYWAYS. We get home to find that there are only two 6-inches in the bag. So we call and they tell us that we can only get two 6-inches if we're getting a buy one get one free coupon deal.... we asked why they didn't tell us that when we were there and we were told, "because the guy who helped you was new". Okay, well already they had us skeptical about bringing our business back because of how unprofessional they were.
Then the cherry on top of the cake- we open the soda (we were going to drink it out of a cup since we didn't really feel like drinking from a straw a guy had touched with his bare hands) and we find a disgusting white substance IN the drink. What the hell was it, we wonder??
If they didn't lose us at the "sorry but the guy was new", they definitely lost us at the unknown white stuff in the drink that had already been disgusting to us considering the unsanitary straw and whatnot.

Thanks a lot for ruining dinner tonight Subway.
