My sandwich was pretty good and service was actually nice. I get it, the negative reviews. The place isn’t always the cleanest, service is a little bit slow and could be disappointing if things were busy, but the workers have served me well in the ~4 times I’ve stopped in.

If I could give zero stars I would! Horrible experience. Makes me sad. This used to be a great subway. My sandwich was not how I ordered it. Things on it I didn’t order, things not that I did order. Bread very toasted (I requested NOT toasted). Meats were not very good. Chicken over shredded into tiny bits. Bacon not fully cooked. I could go on…guess we won’t be getting subway from here anytime soon. 🙁

It's ridiculous that 4 staff members could not get an order in for 1 footlong sub together correctly, AND THEN you tried charging my husband double. Even THEN couldn't figure out your robot in a sensible amount of time. He said it was the worst food experience ever, and he's been in the industry for 30 years. Tighten up folks!

I'm used to eating at Subway while traveling for work but this one is officially off my list to visit. Every sub that was toasted was well over cooked, my bread was hard and crumbling away. I asked for light mayo packets but they didn't understand that and put on enough mayo for two sandwiches.

The thing that bothered me the most was a young girl stocking the shelves and bringing up ingredients to the front counter with a cell phone in hand, she was clearly under 14 years old and not an employee, and not following proper food handling.

Twice in a row I ordered a meatball sub. Both times the meatballs now have been refrigerator cold! This second time the meatballs tasted awful too! Plus having to wait 20mins with only 2 people ahead of me, then the meat wasn't even ready. The price is wicked high for such poor quality. .

This may be the worst Subway you'll ever visit. Dirty, slow service, poorly trained and often unkempt staff, building small and crowded. Have found hair in my food here and see very high staff turnover. Having lived here 20+ years I can tell you this was once a decent place. It is no longer, and only seems to be getting worse. I'll never walk through its doors again.

Guy taking my order kept asking me what meat was on my sandwich like I was the one working there. There were no clean knives. When I told him I wanted it toasted, he threw it in the oven without turning it on, then took it out after ten seconds. Different guy rung me up and said something rude as I was leaving.

Would have given zero stars if that was available. Stopped in on 12/19/2022 around 1: 45 pm to order 5 foot longs to bring home for supper. Was told that I needed to order online because I was ordering 5 or more sandwiches & that they consider that a caterer order & they have to have at least a 24 hour notice to prepare. I was the only customer in the store ordering, manager was sitting at a table with 2 other people. I told them that I did not have an online account & that I was purchasing to bring home to eat later. Employee just kept telling me that it was a cater order & they needed 24 hours notice. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous! They lost me as a customer at this location.

Hot, impatient, and concerning

I dont blame the guy for being quite rude and impatient. The store had to be 80-100 degrees, there was only one guy working, and he was throwing stuff everywhere. Ripped open my bread tearing it, throwing the food around, and lazily throwing it on my sandwich. The heat in the store was so bad the cheese was melting and some of the food looked bad. Get the AC fixed for the workers and customers sake, not just because its hot but itll cause the food to turn bad.

I ordered and paid on the app and hour before I intended to pickup. When I got to the store they were busy, so I was willing to be patient, but 20 minutes later they still hadn’t even looked at the pickup orders. While I sat there, I noticed neither employee ever changed their gloves. They touched food, money, computers, get own face and restocked supplies with all the same gloves on. Left without my food since they had made me late for work already.

I’m giving this review one star cause i can’t give it zero stars. I will not be returning to this subway. The workers are very impatient and rude and didn’t even cut our sandwich. They gave us one dirty napkin and didn’t do the order right for the Callie fresh sandwich. They didn’t even put the sticker to wrap our sandwich and our sandwich was spilled out in the bag. One of the workers had was a male with red hair and a lady in a sweatshirt.

Everything is made fresh right in front of you but unlike other Subway's they are not governed by corporate policy on how much they can put on a sandwich.
That means they are not stingy with toppings!!!
If you want extra of whatever topping you're putting on you can get it there but you can't at other subways.
Many times I've asked them to go heavy on the tomatoes the peppers or other toppings I select.
I highly recommend this place also the staff is exceptionally friendly and gives great service

Stopped on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 11:50 AM to order a sandwich for lunch. There was a line of folks, waiting to order, with the line almost going out the front door----and there was all of one employee behind the counter taking orders, making sandwiches and taking money.

Long story short, after waiting 5 minutes or so, and barely advancing in line, I left without ordering. Purchased a sandwich later along my driving route-----Ironwood, MI.

Great crew! My family and I enjoy eating here. We are late eaters(7-8pm) and like that we can come in and still get fresh, quality food without being told "we're out of that".
Dining area is a little small and doesn't usually effect us but may be an inconvenience to a large group.
