12/20/24 - 5pm. Weirdest experience... put in my order on the drive through board, and it came out completely wrong. The sandwiches weren't even close to correct. Supposed to be 2 toasted chicken bacon subs (1 6inch, 1 footlong) with the same bread, toasted, mayo on one ranch on the other and nearly the same toppings.

What did I get? 2 footlongs, no bacon on either, ranch and mayo on 1, no sauce on the other and the tomatos missing from 1.... got it togo to eat in the road and what a crazy way to get it completely wrong. The workers were friendly and I'd never had this issue here before but wow....

HORRID service. Waited for a pick up order in the drive thru only to be stuck behind someone else for 15 minutes. Waited inside for another 20 minutes, because they haven’t even started my order yet (even when the screen said my order was ready). Order is always incorrect and staff don’t seem to care either way.

The only good thing that ever came out of this place is my relationship. Back when this location was still next to Kwik Trip, our manager suggested that my coworker and I start dating and it's been fantastic! Other than that, food, service, and cleanliness are kinda mid. Sometimes I come back purely for nostalgia, but then I'm quickly reminded why I don't eat here when the ingredients are all messy and probably expired, and the store is a mess but you can hear people goofing around in the back. I saw a sign out front that says there's new management, so I sincerely hope things improve here.

I recently placed an online order at Subway, but unfortunately, the staff failed to deliver. Literally. They couldn't even follow a simple online order, which led to errors and frustration.

To make matters worse, the staff was rude and senseless when I tried to address the issue. It was clear that they weren't interested in providing good customer service or resolving the problem.

I expect more from a popular chain like Subway. If you can't get the order right and treat customers with respect, then what's the point? Hopefully, the management will take steps to improve the staff's training and attitude.

So I came in tonight around 8:15pm and got a footlong on Italian herbs and cheese with the All American sub meat on it. It's supposed to be toasted and I saw the person put the sub in the toaster, but I got home and my sub is not "crunchy" like normal and the cheese isn't even melted. Normally I can tell that it's toasted. This sub has bacon on it so it either toast to be toasted or bacon has to be heated. I'm not sure if the oven didn't work correctly or if he didn't press a correct button but something seems off.
Otherwise the customer service was amazing! The lady who works the weekend shift is so friendly and makes you feel welcomed.

Placed a mobile order. When arrived for pick up, we waited in line only to be told, they were busy and hadn’t had time to make it. Instead of making it then. They finished their long line of people, and then made our 2 sandwiches. Mine was a disaster. The bread was not cut except for a small slit, and when I opened my package, all of the ingredients were rolled into the paper. There was mayo all over the bread fit into the bread. The bread was dry the ingredients I asked were missing such as pickles and light onion. Tables were all dirty. Worst Subway I have been to! Skip this place and go to Culver’s right next door!

i placed a mobile order at this subway for the first time (whatever guy was working today at 1:30 absolutely sucked) and here’s how it went.

i got 2 sandwiches, the first one was not cut in half but rather 10 inches and 2 inches (can you not tell where the middle is?) the toppings were fine but i also asked for extra mayo and got barely any. the second sandwich was cut twice which was unasked for AND none of the pieces were even. he was not stingy with the avocado but it was just dolloped and not spread and there was no mayo at all when i, again, put extra mayo. i had to put on mayo from my job’s fridge. horrible sandwich making. would never recommend this subway.

Steer clear of this place if you want timely and accurate orders. Ordered for 5:45 didn't get my sandwiches till 6:05, and two were incorrect. Not toasted missing ingredients incorrect cheese. And it's not like they were understaffed. They had 4 Associates working that Night. Save yourself the headache and go to Culver's or mcdonalds instead.

I've given this specific subway chance after chance because sometimes things happen but the drive through is constantly down, they are nearly always missing something, today it was the fountain drinks and my order got screwed up. If you can go to literally any other subway instead of this one, do so.

The lady's working were awesome. I lost my receipt and unfortunately don't rembere the 2 ladies names. The subway lady did an excellent job, and the the store cashier was also amazing. Both ladies provided great customer service, Southern hospitality and were above and beyond professional. I visited September 7 th Thursday afternoon about 130pm.

I almost always order from the app, and the order is done correctly and on time about 97% of the time. Great option for fast tasty lots of veggies, and relatively low calorie. Star off for occasionally getting mayo I didn't want or order done a tad late (like one minute... So still pretty great!)

A must stop when we visit Baldwin. The staff is exceptionally amazing, very kind and courteous! They truly go above and beyond than any other subway I've been to. Establishment is exceptionally clean. The Baldwin staff answered all my questions, prepared and made our sandwiches with precision and care.
Bathrooms were clean. All toppings were fresh.
This is one of the best subways to stop at in Wisconsin!!!
Don't forget to tip the Staff, they completely deserve it as they are a 5 star team!
Unforgettable experience here I'll be taking back to Texas with me! Made us feel at home!

This subway is horrible! This is the second time we have done an online order with them and they can not seem to get the orders right. I ordered 3 sandwiches a chicken bacon ranch with amerian chees, lettuce, spinach, black olives, and jalapenos - toasted. They forgot to put bacon, cheese, and lettuce on my sandwich and it was cold. The other sandwich they forgot the cheese, and the last sandwich, was not toasted either. We will not be ordinary from this location again. It should be shut down.

I've been here 3 times on my lunch break (around 7 pm) and all 3 times have been horrible. The first time it appeared to be all high school kids working and the place was trashed, food everywhere and all the ingredients were mixed together. There were people making themselves food not in uniforms that weren't clocked in. The second time my food was made by someone who was not in a uniform while others were messing around in the back. Again there was food everywhere and all the ingredients were mixed together. This time I ordered a wrap and the menu clearly states the wrap is a 12" sub but they used less meat and less cheese than a 12" sub. The third and final time I ordered another wrap and there was only enough meat on it for a 6" sub and they tore 1 piece of cheese in half. There was hardly any veggies in the wrap and the kid did not offer to cut it either. It was very obvious he didn't want to be there as he didn't hide his lack of enthusiasm. All 3 times the lobby was trashed and all the tables were covered in food. The only good thing is the ingredients were actually not mixed together this time. All around this is a horrible place to eat in the evenings.

The touch screen was acting up but we placed our order pulled up paid and was told a different total then what the touch screen said when we ordered. We didn’t get our drinks or chips we ordered with the comb meals he then charged us again for the items left off but added a water we didn’t order. We gave back the water and asked for our fountain drink we just paid for he tried to charge us again. Very poor service it was over $22 for an $18 order. Will not be stopping at this subway again
