One guy was very nice that made all of our subs for us. The other one sat in the back on his phone, where customers could see him, came out to check us out and gave us a ripped in half bag didn’t think to re-bag anything and was disrespectful.

Please believe me when I tell you…I am never one to write a review or complain about things, honestly. My first experience here I was met with a very unfriendly young lady who seemed like she was having a bad day. She was throwing stuff on the sandwich like she was mad at it. No eye contact, no greeting, no thank you/goodbye. Second time was today. Walked in and there was a young lady, very kind, working the counter. There was one man ahead of us…she took about 15 minutes to make his sandwich. Her English didn’t seem the best but we worked thru it. I had already been there 15-20 minutes before she started with us. Wondering why there was only one person working, another young lady popped out of the men’s bathroom (after 20 minutes). She started helping the other girl making our food then stopped to answer the phone. We did want three sandwiches made but decided to have her just make the one because of how long it would’ve taken. From the moment we walked in to the time we left, for ONE sandwich, took 32 minutes! Absurd and ridiculous. I will never enter this subway again, I will never order from here anymore. I was so aggravated with the employees and their lack of….well, everything! I really don’t even understand how they have a job with that work ethic. Unbelievable and unacceptable.

Absolutely horrible experience. Feel bad posting this, but unfortunately it happened.
Went in around 7pm on a Saturday. They close at 9pm.
It was the guys last day working there. He made it very clear to the other person working there that he was not going to be staying late. He was not in any way interested in helping us. We waited for quite a while. He was so rude to the people ahead of us (mom and younger child). The other worker was just trying to get their online orders completed. When we finally got our sandwiches made, he wouldn't ring us up so we stood there for a while until they could figure out who was going to actually take our money.
Then we went to go sit down and eat our sandwiches. The guys who's last day it was told us the lobby was closed and we had to leave. We are not local, we were just passing thru. So we had to eat in the car. Which Subway that isn't ideal for us. Thankfully I didn't have children or I would have been furious. They didn't close for 2 hours and he was continually talking about how he wasn't about to stay late on his last day or put in any effort.
Either way, I felt really bad for the other employee working there. I think Alexander was their name. They didn't deserve that. Also, don't ever rehire that dude.

Updated at bottom of page for my visit on 8/10/24:
Staff were friendly but not very helpful. We couldn't get our order to go through on subway app so I ended up going in the store asking for help and I got a I don't know anything about the app and then she asked another employee she said the same thing. So I asked for any contact info on I could contact someone about the app not working again didn't know anything. Was kind of frustrating being that the subs I was ordering would have cost me $6.09 on the app with coupons and stuff that I have but because I had to go in the store I spent over $10 each sub.

Updated on 8/11/24:
Tried the new dippers and would never order again it was mostly the wrap, hardly no meat then to top it off they were so hard that we couldn't eat over 1/2 the wrap.
I ordered on the app and wasn't ready when it was supposed to be ready and the girl working( 8:00-8:30pm)was very rude.
I will definitely consider going across town for Subway, I will not be going back to this one.

I have ordered subway on the app maybe two times over the last 8 months. Both times were at the Linn St Baraboo location. First experience was an online app order for pick up. When I walked into the store I was the only person. It took about ten minutes of standing there before anyone acknowledged me or even asked if I was there for a pick-up or to order in-store. They had also forgotten the avocado and a couple of other toppings. The second time was when I recently ordered two Subs, and what do you know both of them were missing toppings. One of them avocado which was basically the staple of the sandwich. I was told numerous times a Manager would get into contact with me. That has not happened yet. It's going on three weeks. It's sad when you pay for something that you don't recieve or receive at sub par level. Guess the take away here is you can't use the app unless you're in the store while using it. But most of all the manager doesn't follow through with anything they say. They definitely don't care about customer satisfaction or integrity.

Entering the store to get 1 sub
Was told it's going to be a wait ,
I happen to be the only person wanting to order one guy was eating. Then the man behind the counter said that he had to make a bunch of mobile orders and pizzas. I actually drove there to buy a sub , you would think being I was standing there in person they could have made 1 sub , Customer service is terrible it wasn't like he was the only person working.
I will not be doing business there again.

i was in line behind these two young girls at the subway in baraboo, there was a little bit of a line, but it wasn’t too bad where the workers couldn’t handle it. Anyways, as i was in line i overheard and saw the worker be so discriminatory towards these girls and their mom, and because what? the color of there skin!!? it’s 2023 can’t we just stop the racism and just have respect for others no matter their race.

I go to this subway often and have always ordered four pieces of meat on my 6inch sub instead of six pieces. I have avoidant restrictive food intake disorder and have a hard time eating certain foods especially meat. This causes me to only be able to eat a little bit before getting grossed out and unable to eat the rest. Well today the employee questioned my decision twice which is fine but then she proceeded to talk about me to the next customer in line laughing about my decision to not get 6 pieces of meat. I have a hard enough time eating in the first place ai shouldn’t have to worry about being laughed at for asking for less. I really wish I would have informed her about my eating disorder so she can become educated and not make the same mistakes for other customers but at the same time I shouldn’t have to explain that to her. People who provide good customer service wouldn’t react that way in the first place. I then found hair in my sandwich. Definitely not going back.

I love subway and come to this location often. However, I order the same thing each time I go and my order is rang up differently which changes the price of my order anywhere between 2 to 4 dollars difference. This has happened more than once and I have brought this to the managers attention who just told that it was due to the fact I did not get cheese on my sub! Wow! She told me to make sure I remind them to ring it up the right way next time. No offer of any compensation or anything when I was charged almost over 4 bucks more than I should've been for my food. I understand there may be new people and everything is short staffed now days but come on people do better and have some communication when ringing up people ! This just happened again today as well and I was charged 2 bucks more than I should've been. Someone should not be charged more because they didn't get something on their sandwich. Isn't that the point of subway to get it how you want it made fresh in front of you?

My friend got a ducking seed in his sub and cracked his tooth. He said it hurt and went “ow”. We then brought the seed to the front the desk and the worked looked at us like a deer in headlights incapable of comprehending the complaint we were making. She seemed to think of it as a joke and shrugged it off. I saw this as very unprofessional and thought this situation should have been handled better. Thank you.

Manager was a being unreliable and rude. there needs to be some serious retraining of all staff members. We came in with a dog to get here out of the car she is 8weeks old and heat is not good for them.. She came to our table tand told us to move to a different oun very rudely. We did, then she came back to our new table and kicked us out. when it was 90 degrees outside she had no mask or gloves on when talking to costume or handling food

Standard Subway restaurant located on one of the main thoroughfares in baraboo. We went on a day that was an early release day from school and it was crowded with high school students. The bathroom was poorly insulated and very cold, but it was clean and stocked.

Terrible service. I was the only customer when I walked in. Guy said it would be just a minute. Another employee came to where I waited and didn't even look my way, even though I was right in front of her. After about 5 minutes another customer walked in, to my surprise they served her first and took their sweet time. I walked out. Being New to the area, I doubt I'LL eat there again.
