Placed an online order and showed up at the scheduled time. Didn’t get my food until an entire half an hour later meaning time from placing the order to fulfillment was 45 minutes. They were somewhat busy but not that busy. One lady was on and was doing her best. Another guy then came in from break or something? He took FOREVER. I think he actually slowed down the process even more because the lady had to keep helping him. I have never seen someone make sandwiches so slow, no exaggeration!

It really is a shame because this location used to be quite solid.

Not very happy with my experience tonight. The two young men working were awesome as this is out of their control. Apparently they have to turn the toaster oven off at 8??? Makes no sense to me when they close at 9:30??? Also we’re out of multiple vegetables I wanted on my sub. When I go to subway I have my certain things I like on my sandwich, out of one item, ok fine. But THREE! They were completely out of THREE vegetables I wanted on my sandwich!!!

My wife ordered our subs online, went to pick them up, they were not what we ordered. She went in and said they made the subs wrong. Went to the Barron Subway today and wanted to order only spinach and we were told no after waiting for the gal to call her manager and then he called his area manager. What’s the big deal? We literally went to four different stores trying to find spinach but everywhere was sold out so we just figured we could just get some from subway. Store is filthy, the female closer is VERY rude to customers and is racist and spits in customers food. The opener (younger one around 21) doesn't do anything but sit on her butt when she could be cleaning the filthy store. Also don't use the bathrooms in this location they never get cleaned and people like to pee in the trash cans.

I,ve gotten the same sandwich for years and recently they changed from the strip chicken pieces to rotisserie, and didn't say anything. If you're going to change how you make the sandwich let the customers know, I couldn't eat it I had to through it away. Also meals come with either chips or cookies, but they NEVER have any cookies, doesn't matter what time of day I go or which subway I got too, they never have any cookies available!

It's always a delight to go to Subway to get food it's fresh veggies and high quality meats and the staff at this particular location in Barron we're very friendly and outgoing! Update: they were once again out of the urban cheese bread every time I come to the subway that's like the most popular bread or it must be since they're always out otherwise the people were very friendly and helpful once again. :)

Ordered a foot long steak and cheese on flat bread, pickles, spinach, mayo, southwest chipotle sauce. To be picked up at 6:40 pm. I showed up at 6:42, drove 1.5 miles to my house, sandwich was like I took it out of a refrigerator. The sandwich had about a pound of pickles on it, barely any meat it and once I took all the pickles off, it appeared to have the 6” meat on a foot long sub. I threw it away. $9.00 for a jar of pickles on flatbread.... oh, and paid $1.29 for chips that I didn’t get. Thanks

I have shredded cheese instead of provolone cheese. The other one doesn't have cheese when it was supposed to have shredded. They were completely out of cookies at 445pm! We did the o line order. I picked the pickup for 20 mins after I ordered it. They had enough time to make more cookies or call me to let me know. But they never did.
