I had an amazing experience at this Subway location! The head lead shift was outstanding—super friendly, efficient, and really made the whole experience enjoyable. The rest of the team was also incredibly warm and welcoming. It's clear they all work well together and create a positive atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back to this store again! I don’t play about subway, I’m genuinely a regular here and I just gotta say the employees truly go above and beyond for every single customer. They’re so sweet & everything is always made well. Yall are killing it and each and every single one of you guys deserve a raise truly. We ordered 3 subs online, from Beaver Dam store, site said unable to process payment, tried another card, then the site went down. checked our bank, we WERE in fact charged for the online order, so went to pick it up, the 2 people who were working said they had no record of order being placed, and couldn't do anything about it, no refund, no sandwiches, nothing! so we're out 30 bucks, and the employees were ABSOLUTELY NO HELP, We will NEVER go to this Subway again. This location rarely accepts any promo codes, and then when a required promotion happens they take their online ordering system down so you can't use them. The only way Subway makes sense these days is with a good promo code, so this habit of the owner is annoying.

We ordered on Doordash, we were watching the Packers game. They completely forgot an entire sandwich, which we had to go and pick up after paying someone else to do the job. Not the first time this has happened, and according to our Doordash guy, it happens all of the time. Something needs to change at this location. For the amount of money we spent it would've been so much better to go to Jersey Mikes. Hardly any veggies on all sandwiches. Rude staff, I don't think we'll be back.

There were 3 ladies working, and one was coughing about every minute. Fortunately was not handling food, but the toppings are exposed, and didn’t see her wash her hands or wear a mask - it was very uncomfortable. The rest of the service was fine and sub good. I got a pick up and did not have all my food. My sub was not toasted even though it said to be. I called the store back and was given the option of coming back or getting a coupon. When I was talking to my sister about not being able to get a refund the girl on the phone rudely said you didn't ask for that and it was an honest mistake so I needed to calm down. Needless to say not a good way to handle that and not very good food either.

Both girls behind the counter on this quiet Tuesday we're both in a good mood and we had a good laugh.

I was looking for a breakfast BMT, which is no longer on the menu but she was able to build one off of another breakfast sandwich for me. Awesome sauce.

Was here Saturday arrived at 8:10 with the open sign off. Checked and they closed at 9pm so we went in. Wasn’t greeted, was asked what would you like? Charlie the worker was very rude and was throwing food containers around acting as if we were such an inconvenience for him even though Subway didn’t close for another 50 minutes. No eye contact was made by employee when he was giving cold/rude remarks. Shoved my sandwich shut and threw it in a bag. Every other time I’ve been there it was a positive experience but it only takes one sour apple to ruin something.

Probably won’t return to that location. There are two other great sub places in town that treat their customers with mutual respect.

I've been quite happy with my food. I order online and they do well at making it as requested. The vegetables are always fresh and everything always tastes excellent. I dont think they double the salt, pepper and parmesan as requested, but I'd say that's a minor issue that I'd only take like half a star away for. All around I am very happy with the service and quality of food.

Gotta love this classic place. I miss the well done stead strips that they had at one time, sadly they removed it, hopefully due to the fact that it just did not turn enough revenue per unit. I must say, however with the coupons that come in the mail every once and awhile this still stays a place that my family will frequent for that extra sandwich time. Nothing like a deep toasted roatisery chicken foot long with the works and smothered in shouth west chipotle sauce!! Hot dang I think I'm fixen to head in to a store near me!
