Did online ordering. 60+ dollars spent. 5+ tip. Didn't get sauce for pretzel. That's ok, as the pretzel was completely not edible. 1/4 of each side was so hard you couldn't bite it. 2 of 3 churros were so chewy it was almost gum. Also not edible. Paid extra for 50% more meat on 2 subs. Hardly any meat. I don't think my sub had the extra bacon I ordered. Cookies were fine. Will not order online again. Might not even go back..
Should have went to a restaurant for that price.

Visited on 4th of July, and was opened with 2 very friendly gals working. Sandwiches made just right, and overall a very pleasant experience. Tucked in off the beaten path, had no idea it was there (just west of the stop signs).

Subway should revoke their franchise. Order a philly. They tell me no green peppers. Okay I guess I can live with that. Then I see a sign that says no tomatoes and a few other things. I ask “no tomatoes?” She says sorry but they really cut our budget. So it’s not a case of they ran out temporarily. They decided to not offer these things. Well i just walked out with my sandwich half made. Hopefully they’re enjoying their savings.

Poorly managed - Stopped over 3 different times over last year and have yet to eat here! During the dinner hours of 5-7pm - separate times a sign in the door for some reason or another that they were in the bathroom, having a very long team meeting until 6pm, etc... One time I walked in and kid said everyone else called off and he was frantic as he said he had nothing prepped and I would need to come back later (where if the manager when this happens to help this kid?) - Will not try again

I stopped at the Subway at 119 Main St in Belgium WI with my brother and sister in law. I love Subway, but thank God never experienced one like this before. The place was absolutely filthy. food on the floors so much nastiness on the glass that you could hardly see the food or toppings. We were the only ones in the restaraunt the most of the noon hour and the two very young employees were standing behind the counter gabbing and I told them they should be out here cleaning. They were not there just to make sandwiches. The bathrooms were filthy too and out of paper towels. Nasty filth rings in the toilet and sink. Long story short. NEVER AGAIN. After all the negative reviews I have read post my visit, you think that any GOOD manager would address the situation

10/25/20 @ 6:30 p.m I've given them many chances. Every time I go there they forget things. Whole pizzas, ingredients on subs. Cookies. Ect. They're ALWAYS out of something. Cookies, meatballs, chicken. They're never ready with my to go order when the app says they should be. I'm so done. I'll make the drive to Saukville from now on ✌

A Year Ago: First time I come here they call me as my orders suppose to be ready and tell me theyre not taking orders because the manager went out of town and the person who worked didnt do anything! AND I had to come in to get my refund!!! Now I come in a second time and its probably the same person because its 30 minutes passed my pick up time and hes still not done making my order! Never. Coming. Here. Again.

We just tried to grab lunch from here. They only had wheat bread and honey oat available. Then, when I asked if we could have a discount bec it was their fault that they didn’t have the other bread available they said they weren’t sure bec they were new. Then, when we went to get lemonade, it was out. I asked a worker if they could replace it and they stated ummm probably not. (They weren’t busy and there were 3 workers there!)The bathrooms also a good cleaning. I’ll be stopping in Saukville or Grafton from now on before coming up this way.

Food was edible, the one girl really struggled at cutting my sandwich and knocked out ingredients and rebuilt my sub and then still continued to have issues cutting it one of the sides wasn't even rolled up at all, and there was absolutely Noone in the location so it's not like she was busy and trying to move fast to keep up or anything.

The sandwich was decent, but it was certainly sloppy and falling apart as I was eating it.

It took 2 people about 20 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. They were out of most bread, Mayo, and some veggies. They also put so much Chipotle sauce on my wrap I could only eat half. The women's bathroom had mold all over the toilet inside and the sink was plugged with dirt all over!! It was a very unpleasant visit and I will not be going back!!!

Very nice girl working & told me she's sorry that bread I wanted they didn't have & out of roasted chicken breast, so she would have to defrost one. Sandwich quickly made. She apologized for the delay as she was ringing up the sandwich. Told her this way it was really fresh. PS: if you want MORE stuff added to your sandwich you need to tell them to add more, otherwise you really don't get much.

Typically I would never leave a fast food review, but this was a special case. First I was told I was lucky I wanted a wrap because they were almost out of bread?? Say what? Ok no problem. So I ordered a chicken bacon melt. I ask for shredded cheese and I swear I could count the shreds she put so little. I thought the melts got extra cheese, thus the title "melt", not the little I got. The employee was there alone and appears she was confused on how to properly make the sandwich. Let's just say I left disappointed and won't patronize this location again, which is a shame because I like Subway.

Belgium, WI restaurant : my grandson and I ordered Chicken Bacon Ranch. They forgot the bacon on both orders. My daughter ordered her sandwich toasted, the employee dropped the tray that goes in the toaster on the floor and picked it up put her sandwich on it and toasted it without cleaning it first.
