Great place to go to grab a quick bite! I love that it's connected to the gas station so you can pick up any other odds and ends you might need. Fast and friendly service. Very clean and kept up with well. Employees are nice and they have a great selection of subs, highly recommend to others!

I came to this location for a quick lunch and I odered a flat bread asked for pickles on it and was told they don’t have pickles. Come on what subway doesn’t have pickles. My friend ordered a wrap and was given a flat bread she said something and the dude looked at her and said I’m making this a wrap and can. Complete unpleasant experience.

Super understaffed, which I know can be hard on other employees, but they don’t seem to care about their job anyone. Couple times I went in they had their friends hangout behind the counter, or standing in the way of customers bs-ing. Super unprofessional. Seems like the manager didn’t really care about my concerns when I called. Only employee that seemed to care about customers left (Casper or cass I think her name was?) and it went downhill after that. Work right up the road and it took almost my entire lunch period to get one sandwhich, on multiple occasions.
With all the new nice food options popping up, it’ll probably be closed within a year.

My wife and I stopped In for dinner. I had a sub which was not good. The bread was stuff as hell.Hers was fine, mine was not. I had chicken teriyaki sub, I said not toasted. So they didn't even warm up the meat and served everything cold. The counter was filthy with a knife covered in mayo and mustard just sitting there with food sitting on the counter.. As we sat down to eat as I discovered the cold chicken. We hear the guys in the back using racial slurs to one another. Playing on their phones, trying to lock each other in the freezer. Where is the authority for this shift is mind boggling. The phone number to the place to reach a manager does not work. This was not a pleasant visit and something needs to be done! I wish I could get my money back after this experience.The corporate office should be aware of this, or whoever the owner is.

This location has gone way down hill over the last few years, Most evenings it's typical that there's only 1 person working, it takes forever to get your food and if you order ahead they completely ignore it and only take care of people in line. They will douse your sub in condiments, the last 3 times I've done pick up I always ask for less mayo or less mustard and they put so much on that when the wrap the sandwich it coats the entire outside of the sub. On top of all of that, everything at this location jus tastes a bit off, old veggies, old bread, old meat. Realistically the best thing for this location would be for the owner to either close shop, or sell the business to someone who actually cares to put in effort to make this a decent place.

2 weeks ago I stopped here and got myself a footlong, and today I stopped here again but this will be my last time. There’s so many fruit flies and the employee was using his hands to swat them away while making my sandwich… both visits there were flies and the place doesn’t look sanitary. I’m going to stick with the De Pere location.

This location is the worst Subway I have been to.
Was charged 14.12 for a lg soda that was flat. Salami with shredded cheese for a child who was siliac. Someone that can’t have gluten.
Returned to report soda issue n discuss the bill and was told soda was fine bib was full and they charged for a 12” pizza sub sub
And this was 9.49. And didn’t get a new soda or any resolution.
Was told to call corporate because I was rude n disrespectful.

Response: sorry for the issue n have talked to my team to resolve this from happening again. Basically they don’t care! This was the second issue at this location. Will not return! Poor customer service and customers are wrong.

Staff was very nice. Food was overpriced and on top of that they ask for a tip when checking out and it starts at 15%. So for making three sandwiches and taking about 10 minutes to do that (and according to the sign up to $15/hr) at $35, that's $5.25 in tips every 10 minutes. That's $31.50 and hour in tips plus $15/hr wage. That's $46.50 an hour when busy. That's close to $95,000 a year for typically a high school student job(minimum skills needed) Subway stop asking for tips for staff when you already pay them a very good wage. STOP MAKING CUSTOMERS UNCOMFORTABLE! AND YOU HAVE A TIP JAR MERCY TO THE REGISTER. QUIT GOUGING EVERYONE!

I went to this Subway at 810pm on 3/26. The front lobby lights were off. Just a light on above the food prep area. The sign said open till 9pm. When I began pulling open the door, a employee, who was sleeping up front in a booth , got up from sleeping, rubbing his eyes. He then apologized and went behind the counter. Worst subs we've ever had. My wife and I won't return to a subway with sleeping employees.

Don’t eat here! After a few other not good experiences with this location, today was the last time I’ll be getting food from here.
Today the 3 staff working were all sitting down when we walked in which we would have been totally fine with had the restaurant not been messy. The restaurant was not clean, they had barely any chips stocked, the employee with long hair didn’t have their hair tied back, and the lettuce was browning. Then, when we were sitting down eating and all the other customers that ordered after us left the staff started kicking a soccer ball around inside the restaurant including behind the counter😳

Went to order 2 tuna subs on Italian Herb bread. As I walked in the door one of the employee’s said “welcome to Subway. We are out of tuna and only have whole wheat bread.” Has to leave without anything. The manager needs to learn how to order inventory. We spent $0.00.

My girlfriend walked in and was immediately greeted with inappropriate comments from what seemed to be one of the workers friends. The workers had no idea what was on the sandwiches we ordered. Even though they were clearly on the board behind them. I ordered a foot long and they cut it in half and wrapped it separately. They were asked 3 times to put bacon on my sandwich and never did. Poor poor service.

This subway has done a complete 180. It used to be awful to the point where I no longer went even though it was the closest to where I live. I went back out of convenience and was pleasantly surprised to find a whole new staff that was fast, friendly, and accurate. Props to the new people who changed this subway for the better! Went her at 4 p.m. for a early meal. They were out of chicken for the roasted chicken breast. The bread was stale and the vegetables were brown. The eating area was dirty. Best part was the two working had no problems taking about their personal life. I will never eat at this place again.

So I was calling this location to see the delivery options and the employee who answered the phone first claimed his name was Jessica as a joke then was laughing with his coworkers in the background. Was in there today at 10:20am.
After working at Subway for years, the first thing I noticed was horrible customer service. It was then followed by horrible food, breads undercooked, eggs cold in middle (after she microwaved them 3 times) the sausage (also frozen) was microwaved into a crisp.
I took one bite and threw in front of their door.
Never again!

I never go to subway but decided to go since I had a gift card. Tried to get steak, they were out then when I went to pay with the gift card she tells me there is no money on it so I get stuck paying for an $11 sub I didn't want. Checked balance on gift card over the phone and clearly there was $15 on it. Worst subway ever. Won't be going again as the staff doesn't know how to run their own gift cards.

I like subway sandwiches! The first thing I noticed when I walked in was all the tables were dirty. The young man who started my sub appeared very nervous. Perhaps he was new and I understand. He cut the sub but like they always do, and he kept looking up beyond me. The bun wasn't cut far enough so he just tore it apart. I did notice the place had posted signs for help needed. I got my sub and walked all the way around the dining room. Every single table was full of crumbs except for the last high table that I took. I'm so glad I beat the rush that came in just after me! My table was right where the line forms and would not have been the one I chose, but it was the only one of 16 places to sit that was crumb free. I hope they get the obviously needed help.

We usually come in at the end of the day so there is only one staff member. I feel so bad for this guy he is such a hard worker.
