I went to get a sandwich at Subway in Beloit WI 2750 Milwaukee rd. It's so hot inside you can faint. I don't understand how you can treat employees and customers like that Empty shelves of chips and half the soda machine is out of order

The last two times I went there to order a sandwich the place was closed. I went a little before 8:30 Saturday 1/11/25 and then I went tonight 1/13/25 to order and they were closed at 7:37pm. The hours say they're open till 9:00pm. Won't be going back to that subway if they can't even keep the doors open until closing time.

I0/30/24 2P.M I came inside to pick up and order. I went to use the restroom and then went to the counter to pick up my order. The cashier asks me something about flush. I said yes it flushed thinking they were having toilet issues. Then he says " you know how some people don't flush and nasty blah blah blah". So then I say wait a minute did you just ask me if I flushed the toilet? Now he can't understand English. He begins to act as if he can't understand now. Now he had a hint of musty aroma coming from him and he's asking if I flushed the toilet. If you can't speak the language and was not born here, don't even try it.

I had a great experience at the Subway on Milwaukee Rd in Beloit. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the ingredients were fresh. My sandwich was made exactly the way I wanted it, and the place was clean and well-kept. Overall, it was a quick and pleasant stop for a delicious meal. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Went yesterday July 29th
Waited for 10 min for them to make my 2 foot longs with one person in front of me (2 workers) Grabbed a Coke Zero waited to drink it till July 30th looked at the date and it was MAY 24..🤮 I get it’s coke but come on..

We came in to eat and while we were eating I made a joke about wisconsin not being real and one of the staff who was wearing a shirt with "the boss" on the back of his shirt was completely rude.
He pointed at the door telling me to leave if i was "gonna speak to him like that" when it was completely unwarranted response to a light joke about "is wisconsin a real place"
The guy was being a completely rude and even made a very mean comment to other customers about his coworkers while we were leaving saying "i would fire everyone here if i was in charge."

I never realized how good this subway this was until I came to a subway in Rockford. I order the same thing and just got a completely different taste and the meatballs were burnt and to overcooked. The sauce was was to thick but let to tell you the Subway in Beloit always knows how to do it right!!

well, it's the subway, it doesn't need much explanation, but I think the employees could have a better attitude, I don't understand the people who work in these places, if they don't like their job why don't they leave it and look for another, life by itself it is complicated, enough to go around finding bad faces and attitudes that want to ruin your day.

Went to subway for dinner since new coupons came in mail. At the register was told no longer accepting since profit was down. I understand it’s at participating locations but The location should at least have a sign posted so customers would know. If knew before hand I wouldn’t have gone since that’s the only reason why was because I had a coupon to use.

I've gone to this location twice now and was refused service before 9:00 p.m. when they close. Staff close the register at 8:50 p.m. so they can leave at 9. If the hours are open until 9 you should be able to be served until 9!

Pre-ordered about 30 subs with about 30-minute notice. This staff was very accomdating and exceeded the standard of our service in my opinion. Wonderful location of I-90. Up to date facility. Could not ask for a better experience.
