I had ordered a chicken teriyaki with Xtra meat and Xtra cheese, double toasted, when I received my sandwich, it was not toasted and I had no cheese on my sandwich at all, when I called subway and explained to the male worker at 1pm on 1/8/25, he and his coworker started to get an attitude with me because they swore up and down that there was cheese on the sandwich and that they had toasted it, I asked if they would make me a new one and they completely refused, I asked if they wanted pictures to prove that it wasn't toasted and without cheese and the worker hung up on me.

After calling for 15 minutes to place an order, I went to the the store to place the order. Both employees were in the back talking unprofessionally. I rang the bell twice before someone came out. After picking up my order and getting back to work, there was no meat or cheese in my salad.

Just went in, no customers in line, and there was a young man and woman who I guess were supposed to be working. The guy was in the middle of making a sandwich but was doing more talking to the girl than making the sandwich. I interrupted them to explain that I was in a hurry, and the guy tells me that it was going to be a long time before he could get to me because he had 2 sandwiches to make first. Meanwhile, the girl is just sitting there at the register carrying on a conversation with the guy. So, I asked him if he could get to it within the next 5 minutes, and he tells me no, that it would be more like 20 minutes. Three things going on here: a worker doing nothing at all, and honestly, my sandwich shouldn't have taken any longer than 2 minutes to make. Plus, how does it take over 20 minutes to make 2 subs, seriously?

The food is generally good, but the employees are rude and unprofessional. I'd also add that if you complain to management, nothing happens. They back their associates even when they are out of line.

Walked in and was immediately very rudely told they were out of bread when it’s 7 pm and they don’t close until 8:30!! When we asked just to clarify the lady was very disrespectful and said “no he’s joking” like we’re idiots. Very lucky my child was with me or I may have not been so nice as to just walk out.

They did not make my sub as I order it online. I walked in to hear them making fun of the way I ordered my sub. They then proceeded to recommend I order a salad next time if I'd prefer extra lettuce because that would be cheaper. The sub was ruined by the amount of Mayo they put on it and I will not be going back there ever again. Customer service matters and since the artists weren't the ones eating the sub I'm not sure why they felt the need to poke fun at the way I like my sandwich made.

I can’t really review the food because I never got to order.. I was literally ignored. I walked into place an order and they were obviously in the middle of a large order - I patiently waited while they all complained about making the order and talked trash about the customer. After about five minutes, I was thinking someone would acknowledge me and say “we’ll be with you shortly, thanks” or something to that affect, but they said nothing. I felt awkward just standing there while three employees carried on with their conversation about how much they hate their jobs, so I left. Pretty awful service and it shows management either encourages this behavior, or just has no involvement in the day to day operations.
Judging by the other reviews, this isn’t an unusual experience - I would be cleaning house and restaffing. Do better.

The worst sandwiches I’ve ever had. Turkey and veges tasted off. Italian herbs and cheese bread was soggy and flat, was supposed to be toasted. Fresh mozzarella was like rubber.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway
Employees were rude tried to charge me extra because I wanted to take items off their “new custom menu”
Explain to me why I should get charged more for getting less items I thought when you go to subway you get to choose what went on your sub especially now that I’m paying $13 for a sub
Then the little punk wouldn’t let me talk to the manager saying the manage will tell me the same thing and the customer doesn’t always get what they want
So I went home and made the same sub for $3:50 with what I wanted on it you will never see me in a subway again

They one didn’t have their door unlocked on the side of the building and it was 1pm, then I walk in to the old lady manger yelling at a young male employee. Then this poor guy tries starting my order but she is consistently handing him insult after insult. After my sub is done toasting I get to her side, where she is extremely rude to me and left a huge portion of my sub without avocado, I left it alone though cause she scared me low key. Then I politely asked if the cookies where fresh because u know sometimes u have left over cookies from the day before u need to sell. And I quote she said “my cookies are always fresh and I always bake them in the morning”. Then I pay and leave. Kid u not I get in this car and I bit into the most stale hard cookie I have gotten from subway… and I got 3. Will say Though I never felted so betrayed

I just want to say that today I was waited on by 2 young men that were very nice and professional. I wish I had caught their names. I usually get employees who don't even seem to want to be there. Kudos to those 2 young men...thankyou for being so great. PS... our subs were delicious today.

I do an online order almost 90% of the time and they I'd say 75% always get it wrong. I always go back and make sure I did what I was suppose to and it clearly says what I'm asking for. When I do call them a majority of the time they're nice about it

Our office decided to order lunch from Subway today. I tried to call three times, no answer. I went into subway to order. There was one person behind the counter. As I walked in I noticed that she was just starting to prepare an online order.. I stood directly in front of her for 3-5 minutes before she decided to acknowledge me. She made my order as I asked and the food was ok. As others walked in (lunchtime mind you), I noticed eye rolling. Your customer service is honestly disturbing Miss Jessica. And for subway to only have one person at lunchtime??? What??? Also, I’d like to add that Berlin has the dirtiest subway I’ve ever been in. Clean up your act!

The food is great! I love the food, but when I went there to get dinner, they were closed. All of the lights were shut off and nothing was on. There website says they close everyday at 9pm. We went at 6:55pm. And does not say anything about hours changed due to COVID. Very sad and disappointed.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes, server did not acknowledge me, he started making subs. He then ask me what will I have. I told him 4 footlongs. His name is Cole, he then says he can't comply because he was running out of bread and had to make online subs first. Due to people paying online already. If he was professional he could have let everyone know that was in line he wouldn't be able to accommodate any of us. Cole should not work a shift by himself, he needs to open his mouth and speak to customers and lastly he needs to wear a hair net he is dealing with food and it gets hot in there I would not enjoy his sweat dripping off his hair, his hair should not cover his face at all.

This visit definitely rated zero stars. There were no customers in line when I walked in. One employee was on the phone and the other one wanted to let her take the call. It sounded like it was going to get pretty heated, so I just walked out. I'm not sure they even realized they had someone waiting right in front of them. A bad experience sticks with you, so I doubt I'll be back anytime soon.

Absolute worst subway I've ever went to. Unfortunately this has been on going for 2 years. Not many options in this town. Staff is beyond rude. No subway ordered "hello" they just stare at you until you order. And if you have a big family like me they roll their eyes when you order more than two subs. I have NEVER seen employees wash hands before putting gloves on which is pretty disgusting. I've witnessed staff dropping bread on the ground and pick it up and throw it back by the rest of the bread! We tried calling in an order to avoid the terribly rude staff. The stickers on our subs were marked correctly but 3 put of 4 of our white bread subs were italian herbs and cheese. Rotisserie chicken was actually oven roasted chicken. A sub clearly labeled toasted was not toasted. HORRIBLEservice.
