I was very pleased with the service I received here! They were friendly, on their toes, and willing to do what is needed to demonstrate EXCELLENT customer service. And believe me, I DON'T say that about every place I go. Y'all did an A+ job! Keep up the good work; I live real close by. :P

On March 6 of 2025, however, I and a business associate went there to celebrate our birthdays and encountered a starkly different scenario! We were literally kicked out of the restaurant for taking birthday gifts out of a bag! :O NO LIE
We both brought birthday bags in with a couple gifts. She got me a strawberry cheesecake cup from Festival [she came from LaX] & a P3 cuz she knows I like them both - among other misc items; of course, the food items were on our table before we went up to order.
A lady came over and flat out asked us to leave! Said outside food cannot be brought into the restaurant.......... Uhhhhhh OK! We were clearly surprised AND assured her we had no plans to eat it there. Twas a birthday gift. WE were going to order 2 footlongs and more. She didn't care - said it didn't matter.
I asked if we could just put it in our cars, and she repeated herself that she HAS to ask us to LEAVE and alleged that her manager SAW us (on the cameras) and called & told her to tell us so! :O
I asked her if she could possibly call her manager and explain. She said no. It wouldn't matter anyway cuz she wouldn't change her mind and insisted we leave!
Both of us were (and still are partly) floored and in shock! She had coupons and we were excited to be celebrating................. we went out to my associate's vehicle to leave, but I went back in to POLITELY inform her that they might want to put some ice melt on the end of the sidewalk because the ice had built up considerably.
She said, "We already put salt down. That's just it." The OTHER employee beside her stepped in and thanked me for saying so and noted that they could put more down. UNREAL!
There was not ONE salt crystal on the entire sidewalk - FULL of doggie doo. That stuff lingers, I know better. So we went ELSEWHERE in town and had a blast - as well as top o' the line customer service!
BTW, there is not one solitary word on the windows or the door that indicates you cannot bring in outside food. I ALWAYS bring my water bottle with me and have brought Mc Donalds into Hardee's and vice versa in the past cuz not everyone wanted to eat at the same place..... smh
You'd think a FIRST-TIME 'warning' and being informed not to do so in the future would have been in order - ESPECIALLY since we had zero problem putting the GIFTS in our cars! :O I have firmly made up MY mind not to eat there again. I doubt my associate will either.
I'd also like to know why CAMERAS would be aimed at individual TABLES!!!! Seriously? Yeh, there are other Subway locations.

I could not believe the long wait. Workers didn't seem to know what they were doing at all. They argued about where one of my sandwiches went for the online order I was waiting for when we realized the sandwich behind my first one was for a different order but since the whole time they were making it I thought it was for my order, I can just about guarantee they never made it or I would have noticed and at least questioned which was mine. It took over 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and the whole time I was there another woman had been waiting just to find out as they were bagging mine that her order had been done the whole time. They had the online order rack behind the counter and I could see enough of the receipt when I first walked in the door to know that it wasn't my order sitting there but turns out that woman was waiting over 40 minutes for an order that had been finished for at least the 30 minutes since I'd walked in and scanned the receipt enough to know it was a larger order than mine and therefore not mine.

I went there today with my boyfriend and we were thrilled to see Michael there, our bandana man as we used to say! The BEST SANDWICH MAKER THERE!! SO HAPPY MADE SURE OUR SANDWICHES WERE PERFECT, yes perfect! Thank you Michael!!!!

Placed an online order with an hour in advance. Get there, it's not even started. Then they tell me they don't have enough meat for a sandwich and it'll take an hour to cut more. Are you kidding me? And on top they overcharged for the original order.

I had a horrible experience here, I went in there like I usually would and a girl that never makes my sandwiches for me and my partner decided that she was going to make the sandwiches. I'm thinking give benefit of the doubt, but no as soon as she starts dressing the first sandwich (with a bad attitude) throwing the ingredients on the sandwich making it very unproportionate. So I asked her to add an ingredient and a different one as well to even out the mess she was making and she used the bottom of the cucumbers and was just not even caring about the sandwich. So then when she started to wrap the sandwich my tomato slice slid completely off and I asked her if she noticed that it came out, then she lied and told me it didn't and proceeded to open the wrapping and the tomatoe was out of the sandwich so, what does she do? She shoves it literally shoves it into the sandwich.. so for my next sandwich I asked if I could have the other lady dress it for me and then the customers behind me start cussing me out and telling me to leave the girl alone after I told the next worker ( who did amazingly, like she always does) how much I appreciated the fact she cared and was thankful for her doing her job right. So then a man and his wife are cussing me and calling me names. ALL BECAUSE I expect my sandwich to be made correctly and well Proportion!!! So the girl that did horrible her name is kayla M. Horrible customer service. I'm going to be calling Corp.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Subway. I can't express how disappointed I am with the overall service I received. It was a series of unfortunate events that made my visit to Subway a complete nightmare.
First and foremost, the customer service was shockingly bad. I walked in, and there were two young employees working. They both seemed disinterested and were not at all welcoming. It's as if they were doing me a favor by taking my order. A simple smile or a greeting would have gone a long way, but they couldn't even muster that.
To make matters worse, they had run out of ingredients. When I asked for olives, they informed me that they had run out. I was quite surprised, because Subway is known for its fresh ingredients. They grudgingly agreed to make more but did so with a visible attitude problem.
This is where the lack of customer service skills really became evident. They were openly disgruntled about having to restock the ingredients, and their impatience was palpable. It's not like I was asking for something outrageous; I just wanted a sandwich with the ingredients that were supposed to be available. It's their job to provide that.
I couldn't help but feel like I was a burden to them, and that's not how a customer should be treated. I left Subway feeling frustrated and disappointed. It's clear that these employees need proper training on how to interact with customers and how to maintain a well-stocked store.
In summary, my experience at Subway was dreadful. The lack of customer service skills, the attitude of the employees, and the fact that they ran out of ingredients make this one-star review well-deserved. Subway should seriously reconsider its staffing and training procedures to ensure that customers don't have to endure such unpleasant experiences.

Weather your a picky eater, or someone who likes just about everything subway gives you options. My personal favorite part about subway is when I take my 3 year old daughter she gets everything she loves, and nothing that she doesn't. I don't like cheese, but my daughter does so when we order our subs they take all the cheese from my footlong, and put it on hers no questions asked. Long live subway!

We have always had good luck at this Subway, the staff is friendly even when they're busy - often times though they don't have a lot of patience for the younger customers. The curbside has been a great addition though the staff seems to act like it is more of an inconvenience. They also have a policy that they can't get the drinks, so if you order meals plan to go inside and get your own drinks.

I have used the curbside pick up many times and my sandwich is always ready and exactly what I asked for. The staff at this location are all friendly, and the store is always clean.
I rarely go to subway anymore though, because a 6 inch sandwich meal costs almost $10.00. Which I find quite ridiculous for a cold cut sandwich meal. 🤷🏼♀️

Ran out of bread after my order. Was 2 hours till close. They remodeled again so it looks nice. Friendly employees. The line was pretty empty, so I had to wait, I was in parking lot placing an online order and they were not busy so maybe some training to have a full nice looking food line and bake more bread more often.

Had a $2 off coupon from their app. Went inside to use it and it disappeared when we walked in and tried to open it. Then it showed we had no rewards points... Asked the guy about it and he said the app has had lots of issues but he couldn't offer any discounts. We ate and went to get a refill on the drink. The one chunk of ice had a pink and grey slimmey mold in the middle of it! I gave it to an employee and he just stared at it, not really sure what to do! Not very appetizing to say the least. And they offered nothing...

Restaurant was SO hot. The poor workers were flushed and sweating and said there was no air conditioning. Also said that they had worked all day in that heat without a break. They prepared our food well, but we were in a hurry and it took a very long time because the line was long, the workers were understaffed and uncomfortable.

The staff at this store has always been very nice . One of the stores in our town closed and it's nice to know we have another one that we know will give excellent service. They are always helpful no matter who has been there, and the store has always been clean and presentable.
