My first time at this particular Subway. This place is dirty, the counter top, the glass between the customer and vegetables, the floor, everything. If it’s that dirty in areas customers can see,I can’t imagine what it looks like behind the counter. Sadly this will be my first and last stop here. Not sure how the owner allows this. I have never seen another Subway this filthy.

Honestly just bought the worst sandwich I've ever had. Labor day 2024 at 1:00 PM. Steak and cheese that came with no cheese, 50 billion pounds of mayo (I asked for light mayo) there's so much mayo I thought it was the cheese at first. It's so salty I don't understand. The guy working was rude as a motherf. This place literally doesn't care about your food. At all.

Yeah, it's a Subway. Kind of all the same food-wise, but the people behind the counter are what make it good. If you ask for a G'damn pickle sub, by all rights, you should get a pickle sub. Overall this is the worst subway you can go to, they close whenever they want. So you can never go in the later evenings. Went to subway just now and it’s not even 7 o’clock and what do I see? Stopped in at bloomer subway I was surprised at how clean the entire eating area was and the Bathroom every one was so nice and polite I had some questions on a few Subs and the Manerger Vicky was so helpful and very nice she was actuly busy and stopped what she was doing to help me food is great and fresh I stopped in another time and a yung Man John or Johnathon was working such a polite yung man very sweet yung man I highly reccomend bloomer Subway all the staff there is so nice and polite always with a smile and the store is so clean Thanks you guys for doing such a great Job keep up the great work

Prices have skyrocketed and they short you on ingredients (e.g., cheese). You don’t get what you pay for at this Subway location and they lack any customer service skills. Avoid this one. UPDATE: Visited Subway in Chippewa Falls, complete opposite experience. The prices are slightly cheaper and they give you the correct amount of ingredients. I normally never complain and I really have a ton of respect for people who work in the service industry...especially now when everyone is so short on help. But I had such a horrible experience I felt I needed to share. I didn't even want to give one star. I ordered a sub and paid on the app. When I got there no sub, and they wouldn't even look at my receipt. The extremely rude woman working said if it didn't print there they couldn't make it even though I clearly had the receipt showing what I ordered, when, where, and that I had paid for it. She was very nasty about it. If that is truly their policy and she would have apologized for not being able to help I would have been fine but as rude as she was it was beyond frustrating. I'll never go back.

NOT EVEN A ONE STAR!!!This was horrible and they have lost my business. I am allergic to onions so I ordered my sandwich with basic cucumber, green pepper, cheese, salt and pepper and parmesan. My husband's sandwich had onions, banana peppers, and all sorts of things. He drove 25 mins to get our sandwiches and got home. I checked the receipt and everything is correct as I ordered it. We opened our sandwiches and his sides were on my sandwich his had mine
I called and they had no other option but to bring back the sandwiches and make new ones. Another hour for sandwiches. I do not think so. No offer for free sandwiches and the girl lied to me saying the ticket came back and I stopped her as I had the receipt with exactly what I ordered. WHAT A JOKE!!! Subs were great but the service was beyond horrible. I’ve never experienced someone being so rude to a customer. The boy who was taking my order was quite rude and rolled his eyes multiple times. It wasn’t until one of the girls took over that I felt like I was a valued customer and even then I couldn’t push past how rude the boy was. I honestly have no words to describe how horrible that experience was I do know that I will no longer be stopping into the bloomer subway and that’s the only one I was willing to walk through the door and actually get food from. But that will not happen ever again. An experience like that really changes your look on a corporation.
