The Two ladies that we’re working there tonight 05/20/2025 honestly looked mad when I walked in. They were not friendly at all. They didn’t smile once the only time that the younger girl spoke was when she said you can “ add a tip on the machine” then she perked up . I went there a few months back and there was some young men there that were extremely friendly and very outgoing and I gave them a $10 tip. I still gave the girl a tip today because I believe in that and helping other people out maybe she was having a bad day But I will never be eating there again. It was a painful transaction . If you don’t like working at Subway, get a different job

Ordered a cold cut footlong. Only had 3 pieces of balogna not any other meats. Amount of veggies good just no meat variation . Went back got a cold cut sandwich 12 in. Cost was 12.99 and the bun was old must have been at least 2 days old. The upper part of the bun was gard crumbled off. Won't be going back to this location again.

The food was your typical Subway. The young girl making the food reaked of weed and was not all there. People were performing wound care right into he restaurant area. There was garbage on the floor and it looked like they didn't clean since yesterday. I should not have continued ordering.

I recently visited the Subway location where Jocelyn and Chris were working, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, Jocelyn greeted me with a warm smile and an eagerness to assist. Food and service was fantastic. Everytime I go in to this location I'm welcomed in with allot of energy. And the service itself was amazing. Made sure all my needs were met and my food was exactly as I wanted it. This is the only location I would ever be willing to go to. All other locations in the area have rude employees and don't even try to make the sandwiches how they are supposed to be made.

Worst subway I have ever been to!!!! Old veggies discolored meat, worst customer service, no effort given by staff they were sitting when I walked in nothing was filled it was filthy and they lied to me, never update the kiosk for delivery half of what they have isn't even on there and what they do have is wrong pricing. Then when i called yo make manager aware of how awful the service and food were, she said well sorry at least they showed up. Paddock lake or antioch is well worth the drive. BRISTOL SUBWAY SUCKS

Don't waste your money with this location, go to the Salem one instead. Got an order via door dash. Two sandwiches - a steak and cheese sandwich with onion and green pepper and a Ham, cheese mustard, black olive and pickles.
Managed to mix the ingredients on the two and even missed the cheese on the steak sandwich. Won't be ordering from them again.

Now, I am actually amazed that I am going to say this and make it a public statement, but this is certainly true: This is ACTUALLY a 5-star deserving Subway! This is better than the best of any other Subway I have ever experienced!

The staff are nothing but a delight and I felt warmly welcomed and friendly through the process. The food is at the highest level I've had and perhaps I just make the right decisions and choices this time, but this is the best sandwich I've ever had at a Subway! The venue and building are spectacular and pristine!

There is nothing to fault this location for and I hope I need to go back this way and stop again!

This particular Subway is operated in conjunction with a BP gas station. Although this store is located on a fairly busy corner, I found that it is fairly easy and safe to use the two entrances/exits.

Aside from the convenience of having a food establishment operating along side a fuel stop, I found that the food and servive were excellent.

I arrived at the end of lunch, and it was quite busy. However, the line moved along quickly as the employees made the various concoctions requested by the customers, while keeping up a friendly banter.

I recommend this Subway/BP if you’re hungry
or in need of gas.

Stop for a chicken teriyaki footlong i requested no red onions extra black olives extra tomatoes they had red onions throughout the sandwich the rest of the order i haven't even looked into yet but i'm not pleased that they can't follow simple directions for a sandwich i ordered through the app so i took it home the app is screwed up to it wouldn't let me actually order what i wanted to order so i wound up ordering things that i didn't really want so your app needs work and i think you guys need to hire better coworker better workers that pay attention to special instructions that are given to them

Need to have an adult supervisor. Spent almost 30 minutes in drive-through and only 2 cars ahead of me. Pulled up to window and three workers were having a chat fest. My order, one six inch and couldn't even get my order correct.

I drive past this subway every day from work so i've been here a bunch of times. I stopped going here a few months ago after having a bad experience with the employees. I came in and there was 2 people in front of me and the service was so slow. They were making sandwiches for what id assume was a cater or just a pickup so they were just super busy making them. NO BIG DEAL, i'm not impatient like that, but after standing there for over 12mins and not being helped it was frustrating and one of the girls that was there went in the back to grab a male employee to come help was very rude, she told him to help me because i was standing there for quite some time and he said no and completely ignored her, then i proceed to watch him make a sandwich which was supposed to be toasted and another employee mentioned that to this male and he replied with i don't care and continued making it. I walked out after this and haven't came back.

I would give zero if I could. My son and I came 10 minutes before closing, mind you we are on a road trip and are starving!!!! The 2 male workers said "we already closed the register 10 minutes ago, sorry" I said 2 easy ham sandwiches and they said "sorry". We've gone here two times for takeout.

Both times, the manager had no problems yelling at her employees in front of customers over trivial matters. Both times she, herself, forgot to put napkins in our bag.

I took it into consideration that this location is new- HOWEVER each an every time I go back the service gets WORSE instead of better! Waited 15 minutes for my food, once received - My "salad" was a soggy mess, we didn't receive straws for our drinks, and we didnt get the cookies we paid for- that came with our meal! Of course there also doesn't seem to be a manager to talk to when you ask either.

Went there tonight and ordered two 6 inch turkey Italiano (one missing cheese and one missing the TURKEY) and also ordered a footling steak and cheese with extra cheese (barely any cheese at all, literally could see no cheese). Called their store (no manager on site) and the employee there told me she specifically remembered putting extra cheese on the steak and cheese (really....) and that she would remake the Italianos if we wanted to bring them back. I told her we would not be bringing back (it's after 8pm and we still need to give our 3yr old a bath). This was all done through their drive thru and touch screen service. Sorry, if you can't read an order or double check it, and you manage to screw up ALL THREE sandwiches, you have lost our business. one mistake is ok, and we would try the restaurant again but not after all three sandwiches were messed up. We will continue to drive the extra bit to the paddock lake location which is phenomenal! Extremely disappointed in this location!
