I got there and started ordering, the person that served me once she took the bread out she started grabbing her hat and I saw her it was really dirty and she never changed her gloves, after that she pulled out her phone from her pockets with the same gloves she was grabbing the food with and it was really nasty and then she pulled her pants up with the same gloves, never changed them! after that I didn’t want to be mean because there was a customer there and I realized it was her mother, it was the worst experience I have ever had in a subway and honestly if I see her again, I’ll literally walk out that door and not order again. I don’t know how she thinks it’s fine to grab or make people’s sandwiches with dirty gloves specially if you are touching part of your body like clothes or hats. Worst experience ever!

I work 2nd shift in town. I never get my lunch at the same time. I almost every time walk in to this Subway about 10 or less minutes before close. The night employees are always absolutely welcoming and kind with a huge smile an they enjoy chatting. Not what you would get at most food establishments at almost close time. Thank you to the kind people that always welcome me with a smile even when they close in 5 minutes. 💞

I don’t normally complain about subway because they have always been my go to. But recently the food has been bad. I have order pizza a couple of times and either it’s barely cooked or the crust is cooked and the rest of the pizza is cold. I don’t hate on pizza or subway.

Amazing service. I walked into this subway on 10/17 as they were supposed to be closed. The employee (I don’t know her name) still helped me and was very nice! She used a coupon for me and I made sure to leave a 20% tip because the customers she had before me were not very nice. I love this location.

I was visiting the area and decided to stop. Store was busy but workers were happy, connecting with customers, and making sure each person's order was correct. I was impressed by how personable they were. I don't usually expect that where I live. Food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I will be stopping again.

The worker I had was rude when I can in with my son and dad. Aline was the chicks name she has long blonde hair said they where out of pizza yet will I was sitting waitting on my son to eat a different worker came out with more pizzas. Also would not used the high chair bc it had the floor mats sitting on it and was gross after moving them. When something was said that the high chair was gross and why Aline did not care just gave me a disgusted look like I was in inconvenience to her.

I hadn't been here in a couple of years, and tonight reminded me as to why (I had actually forgotten how bad this location is, lol). The only reason I went there is because my son requested a Subway pizza. My two children and I were the only people in the store for 90% of this experience. The worker there, Coral, was incredibly rude and short and snappy. I tried to be overly-polite, assuming that this customer service worker maybe had a bad day. But I wouldn't treat my worse enemy the way she felt was appropriate to treat a complete stranger.

Some of the highlights: My nine year old, autistic son took all of thirty seconds to decide what veggies she wanted, and she scoffed and began making the twirling hand gesture that's common with "hurry up". At the end of the order and after getting our drinks, I waited for a moment they weren't busy and said "Excuse me, I have a que-". Before I could even finish the question, she swung around and just snapped "WHAT?!" at me.

My six year old daughter even commented first thing when we left the store: "Mommy, she wasn't very nice." If a SIX YEAR OLD is able to pick up on how awful you were being, you know you messed up.

Disgusting. We won't be back. Rock n Rollz is better and cheaper anyway. Even my son said he's ok getting his food from there from now on.

Why is it when I ask for a veggie sub loaded with veggies they literally look at me like uhhhhh and put less veggies on it. Why does my sandwich only have two tomatoes and one cucumber? I was starving, And tired with no energy left in me. I was met by a multitude of shining employees. I received the best service ever from a subway in Wisconsin. Freshest cucumbers I have ever eaten.The steak tasted like baby Jesus in the manger. Cathy was like a wise man blessing me with the gift of a foot-long sub and wonderful customer service. Overall five out of five would recommend to a fellow journeys man or woman.

We weary travelers stumbled in, in need of sustenance and quality customer service and were met with a merry band of employees, neigh, new friends. I have never been met so warmly, not even by my own grandmother. The shining star in the crew was Cathy but her coworkers were no slouches either. They were quick, they were helpful and God damn if making sandwiches was an Olympic sport they would've gotten silver, if only because the Japanese have a secret sandwich technique we can't hope to match. As always the sandwiches were cheap and delicious and we ventured forth with a new outlook on sandwiches and a new outlook on our prospective futures. Thank you subway. P.S. Give them a raise.

I went in at 8:50 when they close at 9:00. I understand these teens want to get home, but the worker said she would not make me one sandwich because she was there by herself and had already put everything away. I used to work work in restaurants and know it’s frustrating when someone comes in close to closing….but it they don’t want to serve, then they should say they close at 8:45. Also, while I am not an intimidating person (I don’t think) that worker should not have told me she was all by herself. Very disappointed

I ordered online and when I went there to pick it up, my order was duplicated and they had taken $50 off my debit card. I told them at the time that it was wrong, the people working had no idea what to do so they just told me to call the next day to get my refund, which was fine. I even got there 10 min early to get my food and when I had gone to my destination after picking up my food which was only one block away, my food was cold, like they make it 30 minutes before I ordered. I called the next day and the manager told me she can only give refunds on the same day the incident happens, I told her that it’s not my fault, the people working told me to call today so how is it my fault that I waited a day? She told me that she was on vacation the day before and that’s why there was no manager there. So because she went on vacation I can’t get my refund? She was not very nice about the incident and I will no longer be going to Brodhead Subway. Very disappointed that I paid $50 for SUBWAY and my food wasn’t even warm. I will be taking my business to Orfordville Subway as for they have never once made my order wrong.

I don’t normally do this, but Im really disgusted in how my trip to subway went tonight. I took my little boy here for a “cheat” night since everyone else in our house was gone. My son ordered a kids meal. Everything was fine but they ended up running out of toys for his bag. He was upset because what’s the point in a kids meal without a toy, right!? (He’s 4) Now, I ordered a sub club (had to tell him twice and he acted like I didn’t know how to order food) on white bread. Anthony (really needs to practice good customer service) took the bread out and said “this is white, just doesn’t look like it because it’s over cooked”. I said okay so is it hard as a rock since it’s over cooked? He said “no it just looks like it”. I proceeded with my order. (Purchased a meal). Filled up my cup(sprite) and we headed home. I get home to my sandwich so hard that the entire top layer of my bread crumbled off. And to top it off, took a big swig of my “thirst quenching” sprite and realized it was nothing but carbonation! I wouldn’t mind going back but Im in the country close to juda. So much for a date night with my little boy. Happy Friday!

This particular Subway was a complete mess. The food was spread out all over the place, spilling into all of the other bins. Being vegetarians and seeing meat slopped into so many of the other ingredients, we had to leave and find somewhere else to eat.
