Apparently they did not know how to make the “Hot Honey Chicken” sub, when the poster is on the front of the building. I ended up with chicken and hot honey but they added olives and cucumber and spinach. No cheese was added either. I would have gone in for a refund but my partner wasn’t given a receipt.

Kind of silly exchange with a kid working there. They had a big sign out front that said free coffee with any footlong. I asked for a free coffee because I had ordered two footlongs but was told it’s for walk-in orders only. Uhm I walked in to pick up my online order, why not just honor the sign? Silly and cheap!

Most people here are nice, but I’ve had one bad experience with a guy. They already give less toppings, and when I came in all I asked, was, could he give me less meat and he wanted to go back and fourth instead of just saying okay not like I asked for a discount and he said something rude idk if he thought I couldn’t hear or didn’t care but if you see this I was sick that day and I was kind enough to not give your nasty attitude back to you but that’s not how you treat customers

Empty at lunch time...quite telling

Very light handed on fillings, wouldn't be an issue if I wasn't paying $15 for it.

The subs here are great but when I got the new cookie foot long it was ice cold. I was excited to try out the new cookie footlong until I realized the one I had recieved was as hard as ice. Hopefully next time I will receive a cookie foot long that is actually warm but overall good subway.

Need more practice making sandwiches. Way too much yellow mustard on mine and the lettuce was browning. The toppings display looked half empty so not as appealing as it could be. It was pretty warm in the store and the tea dispensers were empty too. Looking forward to a better experience next time.

These guys, a few years ago I spotted going because of a really rude kid that worked here. He's gone and the owners are just so wonderful to everyone. Not fake but real personality. The food... it's a sandwich it's not gonna be phenomenally like no other, but the company and atmosphere make the difference.

I ordered on the app for a sub to be picked up at 8:15. I showed up at 8:15 and the store was dark and closed. I called and got a busy signal. The next day I called during business hours and there was no answer. I sent a message to Subway through the website and never heard back.

Ordered the Mexicali as a wrap. By the time the guy got everything onto the tortilla, which was huge, I had no idea how he was going to get that wrap closed. He did, but just barely. I hope that becomes a regular on their menu because it was really good.

Great subway here. My family came and it wasn’t busy at all around 5:30pm which was nice. The staff was extremely friendly and patient with my 3 kids picking everything for their subs. And this one didn’t have the overpowering smell so many other subways have. It was nice and comfortable to sit and enjoy. Definitely one of my favorite Subways in the area.

I stopped in here today for the first time. We had a really pleasant experience. The store is really clean, and the tables are spaced out really nicely so a few people can enjoy their meals in the dining room. The line was fairly long when I was there, but we were all taken care of quickly.

Female employee working closing was rude. We had to wait a while for her to come out from the back. No hello or smile. I ordered a slider and wanted extra cheese. Told no because there was no button for that on register. I said fine, charge me for extra cheese on the other sandwich that I ordered and I had to endure a whole spiel on how she not supposed to do this. Really? Update: TURN-OUT THE LIGHTS the party's over! Went to this location for some sandwiches for some unexpected guests. After gathering all the orders I drove the 1/2 mile to the location out of convenience and having good service in the past only to find the doors locked at 5:39p and to see two employees cleaning and closing-up who'd not even turn to knocking on the door. While standing there another car and pedestrian also approached and expressed great disappointment to find it closed.

The location is clean, great service, a model of what a good Subway should be. The owner "Julie" has gone out of her way to ask how the service is when she's not there.
