Stopped in on July 10 at 1:30 for lunch. Two people working didn't even acknowledge that I walked in. They never looked up, never said "be with you in a minute". I stood there for about 5 min, they never acknowledged me, I walked out. Pathetic!

Didn't go there for myself but my son. He was ecstatic about the footlong cookie which I have to say was soft and amazing. Their subs to me are average at best, but he was blown out of the water by it.

This Subway was very convenient to a local Ice Arena, The Ponds of Brookfield. I certainly recommend this shop for a good quick lunch. The young lady working did a great job of making the patrons Sub Sandwiches to each customer's preferences. Seating was available to enjoy your meal and relax for a few minutes. A clean eating area, ample and easy in and out of the large parking lot.

To say I'm upset is an understatement. My daughter and her friends had a half day of school and decided to go to your establishment after to grab some food.

Immediately upon entry, the gentleman behind the counter (middle aged and heavier set according to my daughter) looked at the 3 of them and said something along the lines of "So you're just leaving school?"

They were rushed through their order, and while one of her friends was at the register, she asked if she could get a footlong cookie. The gentleman straight up said no, she should have asked for that before and refused to make the cookie.

When my daughter went to go pay for her churro, her Apple Pay wasn't working, and as she was trying to get it to work, he said "This is why kids should stay in school."

The level of disrespect my daughter and her friends were shown is unbelievable to me. As a career restaurant operator, this type of behavior is unacceptable.

I will never step foot in this location ever again, and I will be sure to let everyone I know of what happened, so they don't either.

Their listing says that they are open till 10 PM, but in fact they are not. They close at 9 on weekdays. Might as well change the google listing, will save a trip.

Don't let the pictures of the subs fool you, there isn't much food that goes on the bun. I ordered the Philly cheese and there wasn't enough meat put on it. When you unwrapped it, it was bun, nothing showing. It tasted like bun too. At least the pretzel and churro were pretty good!

Went before 9 pm and they had people hanging out in there with doors closed wouldn’t let us in to order. They close at 10 says online and on the door and they said they were done serving food to us.

We were in and got steak sandwiches and I added the extra montery cheddar on one sandwich and they charged me almost 3 dollars because the charged me for a monster #3. When I spoke with the girl at the counter she did nothing and didn't understand why I was upset. I emailed the customer service email on the receipt and never got a response. This is sad because we used to go there quite a bit.
I asked the guy who made the sandwich twice if there was double cheese and he said yes. There was pretty much no cheese when we got home.

The new employee was just trying to figure out how to finish up an order and the manager was so rude to him. When I checked out the new employee rang me up and I ensured him he was doing a great job. Disgusting. This place is horrendous. The man who works there is nasty too. He has a huge head of hair and beard with no covering what so ever. Also, doesn’t help that he smokes and then doesn’t even try to wash his hands or take the proper hygiene measures before serving food. And don’t get me started on the food, it was either frozen or disgustingly old. I will never eat here again. This place is a disgrace.

Stopped here after work because I had looked up their hours ahead of time to make sure they were still open. The website said open. The hours on the door said open. I walk in to two workers in there , and they proceeded to say they decided to close early. No apologies. I went to cousins who said they were open and actually were. No more subway for me.

Honestly the new sandwich selections are pretty impressive. I have since shifted my favorite sub place back to Subway due to the new menu. This location is always good too. Occasionally an employee seems a bit testy, I think they may be the owners. But this one young dude was super nice. Anyway, the new menu is pretty great.

I usually go to the Brookfield rd location but decided to try this one. Boy did I make a big mistake. Ordered via the Subway app and my simple order of 3 footlongs had many issues and omitted items. Brought it to their attention but no resolution. Skip subway and grab a sandwich at another local place.

The only reason we went here was to use the "buy 1 footlong, get second one free" coupon that always comes in the mail. But of course they said the coupon doesn't work here. Had we known, we would've gone to another nearby Subway. We won't be back for sure. The sandwiches don't taste as good as they used to, so maybe this shop has changed franchisees since our last visit.

Impolite employee at the Ruby Isle Subway, and also the worst sandwich out of any Subways in the area. They skimmed on the toppings and dressing. They don’t answer their phone and the online ordering system is misleading in letting you think it’s curbside pick up until AFTER you place the order. And then it tells you that your selected store requires you to pick up inside.

This place is the best Subway I have ever been to! I get party platters every year for my son's birthday and this year they really went above and beyond. They gave me an extra platter by mistake and did not charge me for it. I will make up for it by bringing them extra business.

If you are not very particular about your food order and the time it takes, then it's a fine place. This branch usually does not have the Jalapeno cheddar bread which is a bummer. The mobile order once placed takes more than 20 min to be made and forget customizing your mobile order, none is following it anyway :/

The one time I was craving subway, It was 6:45, so dinner time. The door was locked and there was a sign that said “back in 10” there were about 5 people inside isn’t that a fire hazard? A couple were paying, and a few were inside eating. I think the employees were just being lazy.

If you want to be able to eat I suggest you don’t come to this location on a Wednesday. They were out of many items on their menu including turkey!?! And when asked why the employee said “ We are always out of stuff on Wednesday’s because our shipments come Thursdays” Apparently the management hasn’t figured out how to keep inventory stocked very well. Also they only had one employee on the line to serve 10+ customers. Where was the daytime manager? Idk... very frustrating experience.
