This is the subway I usually go to if I want subway as the one by me isn’t all that great. Very disappointed. They didn’t have lids over the veggies. Veggies didn’t look fresh. There was also a huge fruit fly flying over the veggies & it grossed me out. I tried to eat my sub but threw it away I was so grossed out. It also didn’t seem very sanitary.

I received a coupon in the mail and hadn’t been to Subway in a long time. I was very, very pleased.
Mike, owner operator, was very professional. Everyone smiled and was very conscious of good service! I will be back and keep them on my list of places to get sandwiches for group meetings.

Ordered my food notice the veggie and meat area was all full of different veggies in other containers and all around the pans, very sloppy work, I sat inside to eat and all tables were messy, this was around 140pm way past lunch rush and no one cleaned up. My stomach is hurting now after 12 hours and that's the only thing I ate today. I stopped coming here because of attitude from the kids and to much sauce or way to many veggies when I ask for extra, never said 10Xs the amount. It's been at least 5years being here and looks like another 5 or more years.

I got subway for my brother. And the girl putt so much sauce in it. When I open bag at my house is was also not cut properly and when I ask them for refund the manager was so much rude she grab the bag in anger and through it away also though my money on the counter. So much rude behavior and have so much attitude while giving my refund never gonna come back to this place.

So normally they're amazing which is why they're at 3 stars. However, I ordered a footlong yesterday and was eating the 2nd half today and found a hair. I would say it could be mine, but I have thick dark hair and was on the other side of the counter when it was made.
Also the staff were chatting to the point where they didn't notice me waiting. I genuinely don't mind them talking to each other, but there was 0 customer interaction aside from "here's you'd order." It detracted a bit from my previous experiences

This place is a disgrace to the Subway brand. $13 for a sub that's incorrectly made? I placed an online order. Didn't notice the errors until I got home. When I notified them of the mistake...crickets. Not an apology or an offer to replace. Skip this place. Save your money!

Staff was not welcoming, I was not greated. I came in and 4 workers came out from backroom.I was letting the staff know what I'd like on my wrap and the area was very dirty. All the veggies need to be refilled. There is spillage from the cheese and the meat everywhere.I had to ask for the booths to be cleaned before I sat down. All three booths were dirty.
First impression are everything. I see all three girl girls on the phone while I'm dining in to eat.

Ordered 2 sandwiches on the subway app September 30th. Door dash driver shows up at 8 pm with wrong order. We call the store and a guy answers and says “ yeah what is the problem and I explained the situation and got dead silence and he wouldn’t speak. Like he set the phone down and walked away. It seems like every time we order on the app, there is always some kind of problem with the order. Definitely done ordering from subway!!! Update…We never got our food that we ordered!!

Went in the store on 7-13-21 at 5:50 pm. Staff at the counter and one staff heading towards the back of the store were yelling f bombs at each other and yelling in front of the customers. Turned and left the store.

my sub was very good…but the service was not. the younger man who cut my bread and working the register on 6/29/21 around 12:30 was very rude. he just seemed very upset to be there. when i was done checking out, he had forgotten to put my cookies in the bag. he had his back to me and i said excuse me, and he said “what” in a very rude way. i am very disappointed in this place. i love the people who work at night tho, very kind and fun!

Just picked two subs at 8pm on 11/15/20 and two young ones served us and they were super cool and respectful. Thank you for 2 hearty yummy subs. Hope your boss gets to see this. It’s nice to be served by happy people who enjoy their job. Employees had the placed cleaned and said come on in we are still open.

I had the absolute worst time! Google says they close at 10 we get there around 830 get our food sit down to eat the clock on the wall says it 9 they TURN THE LIGHTS OFF ON US!! And then proceeds to gives us Attitude when we explain to them and one of the guys goes its 5 after!! The clock says 9pm!!! So so so unhappy with this place!

This is the 2nd time that my family has come here on a weekend. Young kids are working. The first time, the teens were no where to be found ans finally came from the back to make your order then disappeared into the back and other customers who came in had to wait around until they decided to come out. Today, every table was sticky and had food on it, including under the tables. However, the teens were busy talking about their social lives. I get it. They're teens, but this is a job and should be taken seriously. Work ethic is lacking. Manager needs to step in.

My husband and I stopped in for dinner tonight. It was completely disgusting, the store was dirty. As soon as the kid cut the bread, you could tell it was old. The turkey looked slimy and the knifes they used had nasty old food stuck at the blade handle. A food inspector should be called on this place. We spent 8 dollars on a sub that we won't eat. We left disgusted and no longer hungry.

The place is ok. But the tables are usually pretty dirty even when you are the only person eating in there. The workers generally huddle together or play on their phone, not until after taking care of a customer, but the restaurant is usually grungy.

Havent been in there for 15 years due to poor service. Very poor attitudes from some of those employees. Went in there today and the girl wouldn't even let me speak before she spat words at me framed like questions. She couldn't even be bothered to answer a question with words. Attitudes need to be adjusted and maybe I'll consider coming back in another 15 years.
