Did a online order that they were extremely late to making it.My subs were not toasted the cheese wasn't even melted.They rushed to make my order the food was poorly put together.And customer service was extremely rude by the way I went to the subway on Woodward ave. To buy the happy Gilmore cups. Definitely won't go back to this subway ever again.

Whoever is working at this location this morning honestly made the best sandwich I've ever had. Like no exaggeration this sandwich is so good I didn't bother saving the other half for later like I usually do. It had just the right amount of everything, 5 stars man, this was delicious.

NO customer service. Came inside to order, no one was there and ready to take my order. I waited 15 minutes yet no one came. Came inside another day, and there was a "be right back shortly - using the bathroom" sign. So I waited 20 minutes still no one came. So I left the place both days with no food. Unbelievable

I walked in and was told a mobile order just came in for 4 subs. OK no problem I'll wait. 25 minutes later the one.kid with a bad attitude says we are old of bacon . Still I have not.ordered. are you sure he says well ya after waiting25min I'm sure. 35 minutes of waiting I had to go my kids where hungry and this kid!!!!!! Would not serve us

It says the store closes at 9pm but when I walked in there at 830 they lady working had pretty much everything shut down, she already had my meat and cheese on my sandwich and then goes oh our toaster isn’t working, actually I was in the middle of closing down..your open til 9pm.

Fresh food, guy with beard …great service. Store super clean except food glass. To the owner: great over all experience but get your technology working credit card reader is only “tap” and scanner don’t work. It does delay the employee a few seconds. Over all 9-10 experience.

Usually go here but just this last time the employee was very rude, sighing with every topping I ask for. I did order 3 sandwhiches at 10 am but it is your job. There was one other person in the dinning room. At the end it was rung up as way more than usual. And the sandwhiches were not even wrapped. No stickers, toppings at bottom of the bag. All round bad experience with this employee. The other employees are wonderful but this guy just had an attitude that should not be overlooked. I understand what its like to work in the food industry. Been doing it for 6 years, but you never treat a customer like that especially when its one of only 2 in the store at the time.

Wife went in to purchase 4 12" sandwiches. There was 2 people working, Gage and Skye. Gage made all 4 sandwiches while Skye sat and talked to friends and watched him. It took Gage about 20 min to make these sandwiches and his coworker didn't even help him wrap the sandwiches. She only rang us out.. He also put the wrong amount of Turkey on all the sandwiches because he was opening the turkey instead of leaving it folded. I then had to go back as my sandwhich had mayo all over the outside of the sandwhich, almost the whole thing was covered in mayo. I think this will be the last time we visit Subway and go to Jimmy John's instead. This isn't the first time I have had a bad experience at this location but it will be the last.

This subway had a sign that read “due to religious reasons and medical conditions “some” of the staff won’t be wearing masks. Not one single person on staff was wearing a mask. I guess being in a pandemic isn’t worrisome to anyone. That sign is ridiculous and against the law now in effect in Wisconsin. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic Subway Experience

These subs are a reasonable price for the quality. Evan provides exceptional customer service and made the best Subway sub I have ever had. The music was really bad, but Evan made up for it with his passion and dedication. Thanks, Subway!

Ordered a steak and cheese wrap and a veggie delight wrap online. Brought the sandwiches home and no meat on the steak and most veggies were not on the veggie delight. Called in my concerns and they told me they never had it happen and don't know what they could do! They don't know when the mgr would be working, and then said goodbye, thanks and hung up!

The woman who made my sandwich today didnt listen to a word I said and took forever, after I did my best to correct her on what I actually wanted on my sandwich we sat down and the sandwich was cold and soggy. Honestly the worst subway experience I've had.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve experienced (practically every time I’ve come in). Including the “supervisor”!! Last time in, I was over charged for my sandwich and it took 2 days and no apology whatsoever to get my refund. Save your time and go to a different Subway.

Went in for a nice hot sub and we get to the check out and the computer freezes, waited for 30+ minutes. Then calls manager, people behind me are already leaving. So the subs of the people that left I knew was going straight to the garbage. (I’ve worked at subway, I know). So I didn’t want them to just throw it away so I waited some more then I thought it was enough, so instead of giving us our subs for the inconvenience they instead threw it away and let us leave with nothing.

This is the usual subway we stop at and the customer service is usually fantastic but today the sandwich artiest was extremely disrespectful. After my sub was done in the toaster all of the cheese had fallen off my sub and onto the sandwich paper and she just served it to me like there was nothing wrong with it. After that I was a little saddened by the service but then when she rang my order up I noticed it was a little higher then it used to be so I approached her on that issue once I had received the receipt and she sighed like I was inconveniencing her and then continued to argue with me till she finally realized her mistake and fixed the issue. Then on my way to the bathroom I overheard her gossiping to her coworker about how rude I was. This is not going to prevent me from enjoying the many subways in our area it will just effect which ones I go to.
