I had originally gave this location a higher rating. But the last year or so there is a very disrespectful, rude worker there. I get physically anxious when I see her. She makes you feel like your doing her wrong for ordering. I understand people have bad days and anxiety sucks. (I have kids, several) I ordered three subs with chicken teriyaki, meat heated and she signed and rolled her eyes. Threw the subs down the line and was very offput by my order. I skipped my sandwich that day to avoid staying there longer.

If you order through the app, be sure you are sending to the right location! If you accidentally send it to this one, you will never get your money back. Or a response from Subway customer service. I called the store as soon as I saw the mistake on the order confirmation. The two girls working said neither of them could do refunds and to call and have the manager do it the next day. Called the next morning and the manager said the girls from the night before closed out all the orders the previous night and I’d have to call again the next day when the store manager was working. Called the next day and the store manager said she’d try to find it and refund me. All week, nothing. Two complaints to Subway Customer Service, nothing. My bank is unfortunately not the best at small dollar amount issues, so I’ll just consider it a loss. If no one can do a refund, at least offer a gift card or free sandwiches to that amount next visit. Doing absolutely nothing speaks volumes.

Love subway but they need to get their priorities straight. If online orders and in person orders can’t be prioritized at the same time stop doing online orders. We did an online that was supposed to be picked up at 5:10 and it’s going on 5:30 soon. People keep coming in and they keep pushing our order of to the side which is getting very frustrating. May I add last time we came here we went in drive thru and went up to the window and some random girl was in the back with a subway worker assuming girlfriend since they were kissing and he couldn’t stop grabbing at her and pulling her in?!?

The staff is always very helpful. They messed up an order, and fixed it right away. And, instead of taking back the first sub, which was a 6" instead of a footlong. They just made me a whole new sandwich @ no extra charge. I would give 5 stars, but I have never eaten inside. I can say it always looks clean

Edit: updating this review due to the despicable service I just received. Sat at the drive thru window for 15 mins waiting for someone to give me my food, all while some red/pink-hair lady played on her cell phone and ate jalapeño & cheddar chips in clear view of me. Then she proceeds to walk past me to the front to help customers who had walked in after me. Finally gave up & had to drive around to the parking lot and walk in to grab my food. She then has the nerve to say "have a good night". Looks like I'll be going to a diff subway from now on

Used the drive through to order a basic sub. About half the toppings were missing from the sandwich. The pink hair guy who assisted at the window when paying for my order didn't say a single word the whole transaction. When I later returned to the store to ask for a refund (I had taken the sandwich to my husband's work 15 minutes north of town and he didn't want the sandwich since it was not correct and 12 dollars is alot of money for a half made sandwich.) I think that's a pretty reasonable request, but what do I know. The pink hair guy was back to assist. Again didn't say a word just looked at me and waited for me to order. When I asked for my money back he (after not speaking a word) just started making another sandwich. I restated that I didn't need the sandwich since my husband had to go elsewhere for food and he said "well we're making a new sandwich". So at least we know he can talk. I get not liking your job, but seriously get over it or get a new job.

Website and store doors say open until 10pm, but the lobby was locked at 920, and the drive through kiosk was shut off. A little annoying when the open sign is on, and there’s employees inside. If your hours change, just update them.

Always seemed to have good service, but not this time? Went through drive thru and it took awhile to get sub. Then when I got it, not very friendly customer service. Got home to eat, WOW... Hardly no steak meat, I added bacon, would have never know it. Little cheese, mostly spinach and tomatoes ☹️ Definitely not impressed at all.

Why is the drive-up kiosk so LOUD!!!! I need ear plugs to use it. I swear I'm going to have a brain hemorrhage listening to it. Not everyone is deaf. The menu has text and images if someone is hard of hearing. TURN IT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!

Last time thru, the Kiosk is still hearing-damage LOUD, and this time I got no lettuce. Problem with the drive thru is you can't watch people, to make sure they don't screw things up. And they never give you napkins in the drive thru either.

Cold atmosphere. All the woman there talk to each other but not you. Two of them just were dinking around. FOUR workers but only one actually working. Took 20 minutes to make me two sandwich’s while the one lady was on her phone. Rude and disrespectful. No work ethic. If I showed up and I was the manager they would all be fired. Awful service. Had to grab a quick "healthy" meal for family, on 08/10/24, and this was the only nearby Subway. I was the only person in line. The older worker with the colored hair wouldn't make eye contact, was not friendly, did not smile, say hi, and appeared to hate his job while making the subs. The second worker was not nearly as friendly, didn't smile, didn't say hi, just took my money and left the register. The food was ok. Customer service here is terrible.

There is literally 1 piece of meat on my sub. This is consistent with this particular subway. Their sandwich artist prob eat most of the meat that goes in the sandwiches. They're generally rude and their sandwiches are always wrong. No matter how long it's been since I've eaten there(several months apart) the one thing that's consistent, their service and subs are ridiculous. Too bad you can't give zero stars. I recommend going to a diff subway.

My bf daughter and I came in to get two subs my bf like extra onions anywhere we go and the big guy with the colored hair denied putting extra onions on his sandwich.. we were in shock and confused. I let him know we can pay extra for it or if you need to put on the side that’s ok too and this man tried telling us it’s against the rules to put more then 4 oz on a entire food long are you kidding me? I will never go back to this store the way they acted was uncalled for and disrespectful not to mention a lie because we went to the nearest one and she had no problem putting not only a “normal” amount of onions but even extra.

Just very rude. Did not want to acknowledge or make eye contact or even smile. Very unpleasant person. Sunday November 17th about 4:00 heavyset guy blonde hair black glasses. Rude person. I will drive out of my way and go to the subway in Walmart in Eau Claire or I will go to the other two in Chippewa Falls. The one closest to me I will never enter again. Remember you're working with the public. This is the Subway on Woodward Avenue in Chippewa Falls Wisconsin. All other Subways have been very good.

I ordered online and got it delivered. We ordered two of the sandwiches with double meat. When the sandwiches were delivered the total meat on the sandwich was only 1/8in thick. I called and they said they put double meat on it. The person on the phone was totally rude and unhelpful. I went down to the store to show the manager. She was even more unhelpful. Didn't listen to anything I said and argued with me saying I only ordered deluxe sandwich. Not double meat. I showed her my order in the app history and she still said I only ordered deluxe and if I wanted to complain more then come talk to the owner. Had something come up and didn't get to go. I will be calling. Don't use this store at all. Employees are totally useless!!! I will never order from this store again. I am calling corporate today to complain. Beware of this location.

If I could rate a 0 I would at this point. And I'm doing this hopefully so it doesn't happen to others. I know fast food isn't the ideal job, but if your not ready to follow proper hygiene you shouldn't be working with food ! So we stopped tonight for a quick dinner and while placing our order at the drive through there was a young man taking out garbage. Turns out he was also the cashier. So I asked him if he washed his hands after doing garbage and he told me no. I told him he was not going to get my card until I saw him wash his hands. At first he had a grin on his face like it was a joke but the second I told him my kitchen background it wasn't funny anymore. Never be sorry for asking someone to wash their hands . It's your food !

If I could leave negative stars I would. Last two times I have been here not only was it very slow but my subs were not correct. One of them was not even close. First time we just sucked it up and ate them. Second time I called. They offered to remake the subs if I came back. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! I would give negative Stars if I could.
When you order online it says to go to the register to get your order. Said it would take 20 minutes I showed up after 30 like oh great I'm going to have a soggy sub, but when I walked in nobody was at the register but there was some customers waiting to place their orders, so I went to the register (like their website said) , and they completely ignored me ! There was a guy in the back walking around completely ignored the fact there's a customer at the register as well. Couldn't even look up and say "Hi, someone will be with you in a moment" ....There was about four other people that walked in after me and they made sure to make everybody's sandwich in the restaurant until there were no more customers coming in the restaurant before they would acknowledge me and then said oh you have an online order we haven't made that yet. despite it being now 50 minutes.. there is literally no point in ordering online if you have to wait until they clear the entire restaurant of customers before making your sandwich. Standing in line and order your sandwich the regular way is way faster and apparently the only way they know how to operate at this location... oh and by the time I left there nearly an hour after placing my order, got home and the sandwich literally only a couple thin slices on the whole thing .
Avoid this place if you can and go to the one by the hospital or by Walmart

State wide mask order because of pandemic. Even signs on the door. Haven't ordered in years because meatballs always overcooked. Decided to try again because 2 for 10 deal. Absolutely horrible experience. Used the drive through ordering machine. Took well over five minutes to even be acknowledged by the three people in the back that were goofing off, after I pulled up to the window. Someone finally brought my food to the window, only to be told they don’t accept visa gift cards, so I wasn’t even able to get my order. Shame on me for not having an alternate payment method with me, but completely terrible customer service.
