Came in and ordered extra black olives on my sub. Lady yelled at me saying they were in a shortage and I couldn't have extra. Then proceeded to put only 6 pieces of olives on my sub and short me even more. I get you might be in a shortage but I paid for it and how dare you yell it at me over olives. Disgusting customer service and disappointing food.

Nasty place. The restroom was so dirty it was caked on the sink and floor. Floor and tables not wiped. They were out of some meats and veggies and the one guy working the whole joint by himself had long hair that hung right above the food as he worked.

My sandwich was laid down to where everything just fell out. Most of the sauce was just on the paper instead of the sandwich. People were friendly and it's quiet until the train passes by.

I think Subway in general needs to step up their game. It seems like they're trying with adding cheese rollups, footlong cookies & churros, but the cheese rollups & churro weren't very good. Their prices have just gotten so expensive and the flavors aren't that great. Decent option for "fast food" but I would pick Jimmy John's every time. Sorry Subway! Service here messed up our sandwich as well and the other employee just kept telling us "don't order that.." because he didn't want to make certain things. Pretty lazy unfortunately:/

Ordered a number 30 and the lady some confused it for a number 3 then I asked for ranch she gave me peppercorn ranch I also noticed most of the sauces were missing and the whole time for meat side and cheese side the metal cover was up so I couldn't see what was there the veggies looked low also leading me to believe they didn't want to make more or actually do there job like there supposed to so they substituted stuff and slightly mistaken stuff to make it seem as a reasonable mistake knowing very well what there doing which is being lazy so they don't have to work which clearly is not satisfying the customers.

This is consistently the worst Subway location that I have been to. The sandwiches are usually made wrong and the place is dirty. Today the sandwich that I got was at least good, but the person working had no idea what he was doing, and as the other person working told the customer in front of me, he "has been here long enough that he should know what to do." All but 2 tables were dirty. After I paid, one worker clocked out and the other disappeared for 10 minutes. A customer walked in, waited for a few minutes, and then left because no one came out to serve him. An alarm went off for about 5 minutes before I finally left and the worker still hadnt come out to shut it off. The worker also left the lid covering all of the cold table meats open while he disappeared.

We had delicious subs from the Subway near the water tower and the Marshfield Clinic Chippewa Falls center. Fresh toppings and the subs were packed with meat and cheese. The bread was fresh and tasted great. The service was excellent and we go there because it is close for us. Definitely appreciate your sandwich makers there, they do an excellent job!

Lady behind counter clearly didn't want customers at all in her dead store. Didn't change her gloves when she went from working on a delivery order to making my sandwich so my entire sandwich tasted like onion and i hate onions, and i believe that it's against policy to not change gloves. It was not a good experience, and honestly, the worst sandwich I've ever gotten from Subway

I'd give it zero stars, if Google allowed me. Each time we go in there (store out by commerce parkway and st. joes), they are understaffed, the employees openly expresses to us the customer that they are disgruntled about their job (you don't even have to ask them... they just start talking, and it's just slowww. Last time we were in there a few weeks ago, the place was a jungle (thermostat set way up), employee was sweating all over the ingredients. They expressed that they are understaffed and had been working all day (12 hours) since their backup didn't come in? The backup was this other kid, he's the one from the time before who told us all about his truck being totaled and he has to work to pay off his truck that wasn't insured. The lady from the previous visit also told he left out a detail on his story that he'd been drinking and driving. Like- it's just too much, I'm all for small talk, but we're hearing things that shouldn't be said to customers. Less chatty chatty, more sandwich making. I know staffing is hard to get, but bump up pay a hair and get some higher-caliber people hired on who are dependable and take the job serious. Think we're going to skip this Subway for a while, see if things change down the road. And please clean those intake vents on the ceiling right above the food... without the food being under it.

I ordered a footlong online at around 12:15 pm on 11/03/2022 and it would be ready at 12:35 pm. I leave work at 12:33 pm to pick up my order. I only have 30 minutes lunch which is they reason I ordered it in advance. I get there and I let them know that I had an online order and gave them my name. I still had to wait in line behind two people because they didn't even start on my order. So, I had to wait for the "sandwich artists" to complete the other people's orders first. I finally get my sandwich at 12:45 pm. Why bother ordering ahead online if you still have to wait in line behind customers who didn't order online? This particular store is so unorganized and mismanaged!!!

I Don't know how this subway is on weekdays but on weekends I work in Chippewa so I went to get sub the food area was nasty everything uncovered food everywhere behind the show glass there's kids working there goofing around playing so I say to myself maybe they just got hit with a lot of customers, So today I went same thing going on but now there outside and behind the counter the meat looked old and dried out maybe because nothing is covered again I walk right out they really need to monitor the teenagers that works there on weekends TROUBLE

Ordered a spicy Italian with lettuce, onions, green peppers and black olives with pepper jack cheese for delivery and got I huge pile of pickles with nasty looking lettuce .... Wanted me to drive back to fix their error which will not happen and now waiting to see if the manager will actually call back to fix the problem as I won't eat that.. manager never called but a staff member did and said to reorder the sandwich thru door dash and would send refund.. well they sent a refund for the sandwich only and made me pay $6.67 in delivery fees for a $5 sandwich which they messed up on.. never again.. negative promotion is now on the way ... Dry bread, soggie nasty lettuce along with rotten onions.. way to go subway

Went here for lunch after our first hockey game in our tournament. The glass on the Bain was nasty, the food was empty, and the service was slow. One employee was constantly complaining, and you could barely hear the other. We were waiting in like for 45min to get a whole team our lunches. Keep in mind, it was empty before we came. Not to mention, all the food in the Bain was gross and unappealing. Definitely one of the grossest subways I’ve seen.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered online. Paid for my food. A friend picked it up for me. (As I am having extreme medical issues and am supposed to be on bed rest) Friend drops off food, and Subway forgot my 7 year olds sub. Try to call and talk and explain the situation. Am told there is nothing they can do aside from me coming to pick it up. And then get hung up on 3 times.

Hasn't always been the perfect service, but never horrible. However, on 8/19/2021 the person working around 7pm was very impressive. They served 6 people who had just sat down to eat, prepared 2 footlongs for a pickup order. Then 2 people in front of us all within 15-20 min. Never panicked, got nervous or messed up any of the orders. If i would have thought for one minute that they were 18 or older, I would have offered then my business card and told them to call me. This person will move up fast.

Ordered on the app a footling oven roasted chicken and only half had chicken on it. Other half had the cheese on it. Order wasn't ready even though I was 10 minutes after the requested pickup time so I had to wait Another 10 minutes for it. Never have had a problem here before but the new staff needs some training.
