On Monday May 30th my famliy and I decided to eat at subway. I thought that I had made all otders right double cheakit and it had seem right to me. When i got back home We noticed the bread we did not oder and the meat balls weee welldone on the bottoms Once again my opion. After being at your restaurant several times and never had complaints. Also I did notice the bread that had been ordered was nlot cooked ithrouughly It was still doughy in the miiddle. I called to the resterraunt about 645pm and the young man said no problem bring back we will make you new ones. I aaked did he want the old sandwices back he said no. I threw them in th trash cUse they were not even appealing to eat. When I got to the resterraunt 15 min later. A girl with long dark hair was ver unpolite and rude to me in front other customers Telling i did on the online sight and that i need to watch out for those mistakes When i told her abput the bread being doughy and themeat balls was hard and overcooked she looked at me starred the meatballs and said to me well maam that just not true. I told her i dont go around making false claims for like 15 dollars or would I in any sistutation. So i asked what we gomma deal wth this she said im give you the sandwi hes this time. I told her you know you can treat people this way she proceeded to walk lff the the kitchen and laugh ablut it. I cant beileve this behavior Im also a content creator and I will be making vidieo on this. I will not be back in your establishment ever again and I will encourage family and friends also. Every time I go to order, they don't welcome you or greet you. They always seem in a bad mood, the way they talk to you and serve you. I thought about adding the tip for the next purchase to see if there was change, but not even that. That's why from now on I buy from the app so I don't have to talk to them.

One or two employees know how to do their job, the service is mediocre at best and the assistant manager, Crystal, is a complete joke.

The store is always dirty and too nasty to sit and eat. Too bad they have all those cleaning supplies but don't use them. The counter top isn't even attached to the counter!

If you ever eat here and get sick, there's no question about why! Disrespectful employees, disgusting store, terrible comments and rude remarks towards coworkers and customers alike, and they can't even ring orders up right half the time!!!

ALWAYS ask for the receipt before you leave with your food poisoning.

I have never had a bad experience at a subway till now. i went in getting my usual sub so i’ve seen it made multiple times. the kids making the subs clearly didn’t know what they were doing. and when i told them i needed egg on my sub they looked at me and laughed. one kid asked his friend/co worker to go grab them. he didn’t know where they were. all three of them had to walk into the back and grab 8 eggs. they were frozen so they threw them in the microwave for probably 3-4 minutes. the kid made our sandwiches and when we got them. the egg was still frozen in the middle. why didn’t they have eggs ready and thawed?? very very disappointed in this subway and it’s staff.

I had ordered a protein bowl, I recently had baratric surgery and can't have a sandwich. It was ham, spinach, green peppers and cucumbers. They put it all in the bowl. Didn't cut the ham and when I asked them to they said they can't. I got a fork and asked if they had a plastic knife and they said no. But they had spoons. So I ate a couple bites of my cucumber and had to tear the ham with my fingers. If your customers asks you cut the ham, you should cut the ham. Was very put off.

I would give this location no stars if it gave me option. I think a 1 is even too much. I rarely eat subway and I am reminded tonight why I don’t. Stop in there a little before 7 pm. Walk up to the counter and the two ladies were DEEP cleaning the whole area. I continue to stand there and they ignore me. I then ask what time they close, thinking maybe they were doing their end of shift wash down. The one lady tells me they close at 9. That was end of conversation. They went on to ignore me, I proceeded to ask if I wasn’t going to be served until they were done cleaning and they told me yup. And then went back to cleaning (and by cleaning I mean slowing flicking off the food on the edges and slowly attempting to wipe it up) and silently chatting amongst themselves. Customer service SUCKS. no we will be right with you, just let us get this cleaned up. Absolutely nothing. I do not walk into a subway to be ignored while they do a deep clean during open hours. That would be like McDonalds doing a full clean on their fryers during shift and not telling their customers and just making the cars line up while they do it. Not acceptable at all

Place is disgusting. Took everything for me not to walk off after realizing how filthy everything was. Doesnt look like they have swept the lobby in a month. RIGHT by all the food where all the customers stand. Started looking around... metal counters and shelves had dust caked on them. Ingredient containers were also disgusting with lots of ingredients mixed together. Ended getting a couple pieces of roast beef on my chicken bacon ranch? Lady working was also extremely unenthused. Had one of her friends come up to counter and talk about their weekend plans while in the middle of my order. Will never go back here. Good thing kwik trip is there!

So we were in the middle of our 4 hour drive we stopped here for supper. The kids working the subway made our subs and put them all in the same toaster at the same time. My wife and I got melts and my kids got breakfast sandwiches. The cheese was still fully shredded cheese when we bit into them the middles weren't even warm. We took them back to the counter and the girl said 'well everything is precooked anyways' My wife is 20 weeks pregnant with twins she needs everything heated up/cooked. They yet again put all three sandwiches back in the same toaster all together... sorry we are the paying customer as such please do what we ask and don't rush our orders by toasting all at the same time...

Beyond frustrated with this location. TWICE I have used the app to order, TWICE they have messed up at least one of my sandwiches. Two times in a row I ordered a chicken bacon ranch with American cheese, mayo, and the obvious bacon. Both times I received a sandwich with only chicken and mayo. I wasn’t aware it was such a crime to get a sub from subway until tonight at 8:30. Not only were we greeted with a scowl but an eye roll to go with it. While the worker proceeded to slam cutting boards down to make us feel even more un welcome another much friendlier worker came around to help. Whoever the blonde worker was that felt it was her job to not only act completely unprofessional but to embarrass her co workers during the tantrum I hope you don’t make a habit out of treating people poorly, maybe customer service isn’t a field you should be in.

Called a order in and was told ten min it would be ready. Arrived 15 min later and it was not ready nor started. The employee told me she is busy (one person in subway ordering) and was very rude i stated it has been 20 min crystal the employee started slamming things around and raising her voice at me I asked her for a manager I felt very uncomfortable. Went in to get 4 subs....the girl was rude....kept cutting me off, giving me attitude, she didnt seem happy to be there. Placed order online for 11:50 am pick up. Arrived at store at 11:55 and order wasn't ready, clerk stated that they were busy and working on my order. 3 out of my 4 subs ordered were on the counter. The store personnel continued to serve walk in customers while my subs lay there waiting. I was ok waiting as I could see that they were busy. However when the last customer was served that was in the store when I arrived and the personnel kept right on serving customers that came in the store after I did I was NOT ok with that. When my order was finally completed 20 minutes after my scheduled order pick up time I ask the clerk why I had to wait while they served the customers that arrived after me. She informed me the walk in customers have to be taken care of first, I then told her if I would have walked in and ordered my 4 subs I would have got served in my turn, why do I have to wait longer if I ordered online. I was not satisfied with my experience today, I understand if my order isn't always ready when I walk in.....But 20 MINUTES AFTER MY PICKUP TIME AND CUSTOMERS THAT ARRIVED AFTER ME CAN GET SERVED AND I HAVE TO KEEP ON WAITING???? . We had ordered toasted subs, needless to say they were stone cold long before they went in the bag. If this is the best service the Colby Subway has to offer we can go and will go elsewhere.

Day 1: curbside pick up was fast, staff were very nice, and food was delicious.

Went to my local subway and if you would like fast food I would not recommend because like always this subway in particular is very slow. There was a remark made by one of the employees “good thing we aren’t timed, like McDonald’s.” On top of all this it seems every time I ask for a little of an ingredient they seem to put more than the regular amount.
