Ordered online and the chips were not in the bag, no big deal just asked if I could grab them and the lady was oddly crabby but said yeah. Should have known to check the food, ordered 3 chocolate chip cookies but received two double chocolate cookies and a raspberry cheesecake one. Just obviously they don't care and have terrible attitudes for such an easy job.

The girl at the counter was rude. We asked for a footloose cookie at the end and she rolled her eyes and said we should have asked for that at the beginning. My granddaughter saw the sign by the register. We ordered a lot of subs..my daughter and her husband had surgery the same day and I was getting lunch for them and my grandkids. There was no reason to be rude. I will go to a different subway from now on.

Their sandwiches are super soggy every time no matter which way you order them. They used to be the best but not any more. They always have rotting lettuce. They get mad when told to squeeze the liquid out of the wet veggies it's like a handful of liquid going into the sandwich. I thought having just a salad would be better but NOPE they made that all muchy. I don't know but now I see & understand why they are all closing up

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. the two ladies that were working tonight were extremely rude!!!! we got no napkins with our food, they were out of cookies, they basically threw our subs together, no herb and cheese bread, veggies looked a little rough, used a marker you couldn’t even see on the subway wrap, floors were crumby.. 0/5 stars. will not be going here anymore.

I've never stepped foot in a dirtier restaurant. It has clearly been days since anyone wiped off a table or swept. Every chair had crumbs on it. They were out of bread at noon on a Saturday, and the kids working were swearing when a child was there eating. I skipped over ordering some of the vegetables because they were definitely not fresh. The health department needs to swing by this establishment.

The place was extremely dirty, they don’t clean table in between people. Employees have attitude. I tried calling just to find out they don’t even have a phone. Extremely unprofessional. EDIT: I wrote my review before reading the other reviews. By the looks of it, my review is on par with the rest of them.

Ordered double meat on my steak and cheese and the employee only put 2.5 scoops of meat instead of the normal 4 scoops. Her coworker was making a double meat steak and cheese after mine. It was so much bigger, I couldn't help but say something, very politely. Her coworker asked if she put 4 scoops on it and she said yes. I said she only put like 2.5 scoops on it and she said that she knows she put 4 scoops on it. Rather than argue with a teenager who clearly wasn't going to admit they were in the wrong, I accepted my sandwich.The sandwich tasted good but it lacked the overall weight I generally expect when ordering a FOURTEEN DOLLAR SANDWICH. I generally have good things to say about the Subway chain. So for me, this is an isolated incident. But I was very displeased with my visit. I was only passing through, so needless to say, I wont be ordering any sandwiches from this location anytime soon.

Stopped in there on my way from upnorth and was greeted with the best customer service from Victoria. She was sooo friendly, clean, & fast (she was the only one working there with a line of customers). She was able to small talk with each customer, give recommendations , make the sandwiches fast but efficiently, and washed her hands after every order!

Ordered online for the first time. Got a 6 inch and a foot long. For the 6inch I asked for light cucumbers and there were 8. Asked for guacamole on the side (have to pay extra) and didn’t get it at all. The footling was supposed to be toasted, it was gently warmed at most. Asked for salt and pepper on it and it was so salty. The order was placed and I was there 10 minutes later. There were no customers and the staff was in the dining area eating so there was no reason for an online order to be messed up like that.

For one they labeled our subs wrong. The bread was ripped and we didn’t get the bread we wanted. Every time we go there they are out of everything and service is slow. Please fix this or I’m contacting corporate. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to contact them either. Instead of hiring teenagers hire adults 😒 it’s not the same since I first worked there. We used to actually be a team this is ridiculous. And our order wasn’t ready on time. One more thing as well I swear it’s always a mess when I’m in there as well. You never know if they'll actually be open. Sometimes you come during the day and there will be a sign on the door about a lack of employee cooperation. They never have enough food prepped in the cooler so they'll just tell you that they are out even though there is definitely pickles and tuna in the back cooler. Lazy teen employees who sit down the second you get served so they can talk to their girlfriends. Open sign not on. This is the only fast food place in Coleman and it's gone way downhill.

Have visited this location two times now and sadly each time we asked for a kids meal they didnt know how to make it nor what came in them😰I had to walk both people through "how to prepare a kids sandwich" and options. Also one of the times the worker could not even give my child the toy that was suppose to come with it due to inability to find them...was charged a different price each time as well-so not impressed. Workers were pretty friendly yet didn't seem to know what was going on.
