June 7 about 3:30. The girl did not want to be making my sandwich whatsoever. She slammed the meat on, slammed the cheese on. Threw on the veggies with no care. I got the DRIEST, hardest bread that must of been sitting out all day. At the end she threw the sandwich in the bag across the counter. The checkout girl was nice enough to say thank you at least. She clearly hates her job, and I was lucky enough to get a crappy sandwich from her. Then when you swipe your debit it askes for a tip? Yeah not for that service or food. Wasn’t even worth the $8.

We didnt get our entire order but by the time I got home it was too far to drive back. The staff didn't seem very thrilled to be there. It always looks dirty in the lobby and their massive sandwich above the food table was dusty and gross looking.

Stopped there yesterday ordered a 6 inch turkey & ham normally they put 3 slices of each meat the gal only put 2 slices and they are very thin slices. I noticed it as she slid the sub over to the girl putting the veggies etc. on, I mentioned that normally they put 3 slices of each meat on a 6" sub. The gal pointed at the other girl and said she put the meat on not me in a snobby way. I was hoping she would just get the missing meat but she moved over and started to wrap the sub without asking what I wanted on it. When I told her I wanted veggies too she put on everything I asked for but minimal amount of each and in a sloppy way. I asked for the sauce on the side the little container wasn't even half full. Basically they made me a bread sandwich. I had to add more meat and veggies when I got home.

This Subway is terrible sometimes staffed with high school aged employee's probably their first job you can tell they aren't trained very well, or they just don't care. It's like just because I questioned nicely about the
amount of meat the service went rudely downhill. I doubt I will return to this Subway I can make a bread sandwich at home.

We ordered 2 subs. I arrived as they were making one of the subs it said double black olives I had to ask that they put more on. I got home was supposed to have a ham and Turkey sub it was a ham sub supposed to have extra black Olive, had very few probably 12 or less not happy this time, But will go back. I called the young lady at the counter was very polite very apologetic

One of the good ones. Subways are hit or miss. Thankfully the one down the street from me, in Cuba City is a hit. Great customer service. These guys are actually fought how to make a proper sandwich. I know this because I've seen the owner in there properly teaching a new employee how to do it.

It's Subway. You order your sandwiches and they make them. Staff has never really been friendly at this store. They could be a little more customer service oriented and friendly.

This was the weirdest sandwich I've ever had at a subway. I usually get egg and they only gave me half the usual portion, I asked for all the vegetables except for lettuce and since I was paying instead of watching my sandwich being made several items were missing which made for a "sad" looking sandwich. My son had turkey on flat bread and again a portion of the protein was missing however there was about 3 times the usual amount of pickles and onions. If you eat here watch them make your sandwich and speak up when portion sizes are way off. Or keep driving,
Platteville has 2 Subways that know how to make a sandwich.

If you order online or using the app from your phone prepare to have your order messed up. For the third time my family an I ordered food just to get the wrong ingredients on our sandwiches. I honestly don't know how you can mess up an order when it's printed on a paper for you but okay. On top of that they have only ever had the orders ready by the pick up time once. Tonight was no exception and the order wasn't started until I arrived there, 3 minutes after pick up time. Would not recommend this specific store to anyone unless you have time to stand there and order so you can watch everything they do.
