I have NEVER been more disappointed in a subway location. I did an online order for the Packer game today and they absolutely screwed it. Put onions on my sub when I never asked for them (I HATE onions.) Also put mayo on my sub when I asked for Chipotle sauce, and I hate mayo. So essentially I paid $12 for a sandwich I don't find edible. I would need two free footlongs to step foot in that location again, even though they would probably mess those up too.

Despite closing in half an hour, the gentleman working this evening was friendly and happily ready to throw my sandwich together. This location's staff is always incredibly welcoming and deliver great food every time.

Back on 2/3/25, my family did a online order for take out/pickup. After getting home and starting to eat (10min drive) we found that all (3)three of our subs had mistakes. The toppings of one was on the other and vise versa. After several calls on that day I was told I could come back and return the subs for new ones, we were hungry and all but finished eating by the time I got through to some one. I asked to talk with a manager but was told several times that they didn't have one there that night and that I would get a call back. In addition, I didn't want to drive there to pick up food that we were all to hungry to wait to eat the rest of it. I was told that a manager would call me back the next day... no such call ever happened. I called back on 2/4/25 and was told a manager was not there again.

After several attempts to let Subway make this right, this a has been a horrible experience and we will look to eat else were, All I was looking for was a partial refund or coupon for future order to make this right and literally got the cold shoulder. Rather said since we spent $20 on 3 subs that were all incorrect.

Tried the foot long dippers, chicken and pepperoni, yes they're only 3 bucks, but, hardly and chicken tid bits in it, they cut them in half so you end up with double the amount in 6 inch pieces, that was nice. There were 2 guys working, one was super friendly that made the food, the other one just checked us out at the end. I guess you get what you pay for. Next time I'll go for the foot long sandwiches. There's great!

Service and staff were great. Above average for a Subway certainly. Appreciated them. Besides that, Subway is way to expensive now for the quality of food you get. You have forgotten your place subway. Staff again was great so this is not on them one bit, but I am probably done with Subway overall. Better options at the price.

I was in your store located on Main Street in West DePere and an associate named Ethan was the kindest, most helpful, polite, patient young man ever. I had a rewards card for around 4 months and never knew I had to activate it. He went out of his way to activate my card, he even had to make a phone call to his manager about the activation……. Never had gotten frustrated, but insisted on helping me through this. It’s employees like this that make a customer come back!! I suggest that he be recognized for his awesome customer service. …. We enter the store 15 minutes before closing the lady then let us order half our order and then told us that she closing at eight, but we still had 8 minutes before close and told us she was going to complete the rest of our order. But mind you we only had two sandwiches left to order. Kicked us out the store and locked the door 6 minute early!!! Worst experience I ever had. Tonight was the first night trying the pickup option on the Subway app - they were wonderful at the store! The worker that helped me was very kind and even ran out the door to give me the sodas I had forgotten. Awesome option!

Can be very busy here at times, on occasion they have run out of things like meatballs or certain kinds of bread. Masks are enforced here as well. I personally think masks are BS, but working in the customer service field myself, I am paid to enforce the rule at my job as well, so I would never get angry with any staff anywhere for making me wear one as it’s usually not their choice as corporations force employees to comply with their policies. That being said, the staff here is very nice and this location is kept clean and tidy. I hate locations that have bits of other sandwiches all over the cutting board. It’s the only subway location that I like.

I was refused service, because I wouldn't put a mask on. Some people have medical conditions or traumatic life events that make mask wearing extremely difficult or impossible. The "blue crew" at the restaurant down the road was more than happy to serve me. I along with now many others will NOT be patronizing this Subway again!

Despite the competition and wisecracks concerning there sandwiches. Subway is still my go to sub shop. My sandwich was fabulous and the ingredients fresh and tasty. The kid who made my sandwich was a pro and he was friendly, which is important. There was no loud rock music playing unlike the style of some other shops and the place was very clean. Will go back.

Service was rushed, as if host was being bothered or interrupted (I was only customer in line) and as you can see in my picture, my wrap was cut, when I specified not to. It wasn't even cut in half, it was cut into thirds, with one "half" half the size of the other "half". I will have to be much more forward with intentions in the future at this particular location.
