This is the best subway I've ever been to... I've been a subway regular (at least once a month) for the past 20 years. Generally, the chain has gone downhill, so I've been going less lately. However... Every time I work in pewaukee, I make sure this is my lunch stop. The manager is so friendly, and the subs are made with pride instead of just slopping them together. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, because this location deserves it!

I ordered door dash. And I ordered 2 nacho cheese Doritos and 1 cool ranch Dorito. They put all cool ranch Doritos in my bag. Not caring about wht I ordered. Also the sub was poorly made. Tried to talk to them but they hung up twice on me. I will be calling corporate and anyone higher up on subway. I don’t want to but the manager and the workers working tonight on march 18th tht were closing need to get trained. Also they wrapped my sub so tight. It’s nuts

I’m surprised I’ve read negative reviews about the rudeness of staff. I went in yesterday and Stuart was really nice. I actually told him I’m shocked at how nice he was bc usually Subway employees are a little rude or don’t care and he seemed to take pride in his work and customers. That being said it’s Subway and it was a good quick pick up for dinner and the staff were really pleasant.

After waiting overly long to order a sub with double meat, and giving a tip, I get home and the sub I have is from the order before me. Making subs and putting them in the right bag isn't rocket science, I'm here by boycotting subway. Jimmy John's is right up the hill.

i placed a mobile order and my sub was made sloppy and wrong. i would've eaten it anyway, but i have dietary restrictions so i couldn't. my boyfriend nicely asked if they could remake it, which they did, but the guy working flipped him off as he left ?? i guess i get it, but it was disheartening :(

The Manager of this location has a chip on her shoulder. They don't make subs the way that SUBWAY REQUIRES. If something is wrong on the order they don't refund money nor do they remake sandwiches.

Food is the same good quality as other locations. The manager ("The Boss 6, according to his shirt") seemed friendly and active. The two kids making food looked obviously unhappy. The one who made my sandwich even smashed it. Tasted fine but the presentation was less than ideal. (Random thing but this location never seems to have swiss cheese. )

TLDR: good manager, good food, employees aren't the greatest.

I will never and I mean NEVER go back to this subway. The worst employee I've ever dealt with. I ordered my subway online for the first time and when I picked it up it was really wrong. I told her that and she didn't even offer to remake it. I said well I guess I'll just have to pick everything off then. She blew me off like I was nothing. Horrible experience.

I didn’t appreciate being yelled at in front of other customers by the employee when I walked in yesterday on 3/28/22 saying they were closed.. At 1pm.. and continued to yell sarcastically from the counter “You must have missed the sign that’s posted on the door” While he was making a sandwich for another customer and another eating at a table. It might have been posted but so was 13 other things. I said ok and turned around. He yelled something unintelligible as I was already outside. I used to go there a lot, not anymore.

I finally got a Roast beef sub which made me VERY HAPPY 😁 since they were out for so long. The staff was very nice and helpful and will go there again, if you are in Delafield make sure you stop there you won't be disappointed 😁

The customer service was excellent and I saw that the manager was doing a great job keeping his employee uplifted through a small rush. Letting him know he was doing a great job and that the sandwiches were coming out great.
I just wish you would bring back bbq sauce😭. The sandwiches were still delicious though.

Went to this location around 2:30 today (8/17) and there was only ONE employee working with a line of 12 people waiting. I saw many signs saying they are hiring, so I know she was short staffed and alone.
She was fast and efficient and she kept her cool even though it was a long line and the pressure was on her for all of it. Can't say enough good things about the gal working today- she deserves a raise! 👍👍👍👍👍👍

This is my favorite Subway. Excellent customer service and the food of course is so yummy! I have gone to many Subway's and this is the ONLY one that can make a wrap the right way. Specifically, the new chicken pesto mozzarella. Some other locations will wrap it like a baseball, not drain the meat (or even ask if I want it drained), don't cut it in half, argue with me about the cost of the cheese (fresh mozzarella is included in the price of the sub, something I learned from this amazing Subway!), not even know how to make it, etc. It has made me appreciate this store location SO much more. Keep doing what you're doing!

Fast and inexpensive toasted subs. There is a manager named Liz who works here and every time I visit she is pleasant and polite. I overheard her talking to one of her employees and I commend her on her compassion and ability to talk to coworkers. I highly recommend this place.
