Ordered on the app. The BOGO deal. 2 12 inch subs and an order of the foot long pretzel and churro. When the order was picked up employee stated they were out of both the pretzel and the churro. Later when I looked at the receipt I saw charges were not adjusted. We were charged for both sides. And we tipped for this service. Not worth disputing. Don't like the app.

Great menu and food. Subway in general have stores that seem kind of grungy but clean enough. This facility does not accept coupons because they lose money. Unfortunately, that is the name of the game in food and retail stores. You have to spend some $ to make some through add on sales.

If I could would give it 0 stars. Tall blonde working was horrible. Extremely unprofessional and rude to her co workers. She didn't even finish her job. She got frustrated because she couldn't peel the cheese and gave up. Another very nice girl but new finished our sandwiches. The tall blonde should bot be working in customer service.

Save yourself a headache and just go buy bread or hell instacart what you need and make your own sandwich. Tip your drivers!!!!! This place only listens or reads half the order and then gets aggravated when you nicely tell them every single time what they missed. No thank you subway with your terrible customer service and lack of knowledgeable employees who don't know how to put a simple order together. This had been an ongoing problem for a few months now. I've definitely learned my lesson. Wish they'd move out and put a Chipotle there. ๐คฆโโ๏ธ๐

Fantastic customer service. I call 15 mins before my order was supposed to be ready to change 1 thing(the bread) was told ok no problem. Got there got my food left to find out the bread was never changes or toasted. As soon as I walked back into the store both ladies went in back(fyi people can still here you back there and yes I was mad) after they came back out I explained the two things wrong an I was told I can't change an order after it's been made, apparently my sandwiches have been sitting around for 15-20 mins, she also stated they where toasted an if I wanted we could toast them again with all my vegetables an mayo on the sandwich already. Sounds real appetizing let's re toast a sub that's been sitting around for 15 mins.....there's a reason they have so low of a review.

HORRIBLE. Placed our order, it was a new employee, we were patient & nice. I understand they are learning. Got charged for four sandwiches rather then 2. Asked for a refund, waited for manager & was told sheโll be back. Went to get a refund, manager wasnโt their. Came back and was told manager was to busy. $10 is $10. The fact of how we were treated and dismissed is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Watched the guy make a sandwich for the person in front of me. He didn't address me at all for the 5 mins. Then he checked them out wearing the gloves touching the computer and tried to make my sandwich with the same gloves on. I left.

I went there on my lunch break, a younger guy with brown hair was putting veggies in tray completely ignored me, until the manager came and told him to check me in, I asked for extra mayo got hardly any, & he charged me for my food separately (cookie, sandwich, soda) and not all together as a meal. He was rude too.

Went there today grab some food to take to work this morning was so horrible. The lady was complaining on how the owner went on a 2 month vacation. Then said the gm quit then the other manager quit. Then said that everyone was quiting including her. She said she was going to work at mercy. I have been in the restaurant business since I was 12 I have managed and did everything in a high volume corporate and worked my way up. This was so bad not going again and if they owner actually cared about his business he would email me so I can tell him how bad it was.

Usually good food, but I saw terrible customer service to another person. They asked for a spicy veggie sub and had problems picking out what would make the sub they were asking for. The worker did not help the customer at all in this and acted annoyed by the situation. I stepped in to help the customer pick what they were looking for. The worker was cranky making my sandwich afterwards. Bad service!!

This is the first time i had a bad experience with this place, the lady taking our order was rude and pushy. I didnt get her name because she wasnt wearing a name tag, and the other lady helping wrap our subs was not wearing gloves, very unsanitary.

Prices seem different than any other subway. Normally I get a 12 inch sub. And Italian sandwich this time only got a 6 inch and still was same price as a 12 inch. Gave a reciept couldn't even read it..Asked for a better print out this is what I got. Also asked for different meat than on the menu for a kids meal they said no and then changed Thier mind and said yes. Asked if she could have flat bread and said no. Still didn't even get the kids meal or the toy..Even said I would pay extra for the flat bread.

There are two Subways that I know of in my town, and they both constantly close earlier than the hours posted.. If the sign says "Open till 9:30" and you're closed at 8? Three nights in the same week? That is just BS to me; sorry to say. Also, when I do manage to get there while they're open, I am often treated like a pest and met with sarcasm and rude behavior.. (Not by all the staff, but by some in particular that I have taken the names of to make a comment.) I love subway, but the ones in my town REALLY need to replace some of their staff.
