We just stopped in and ordered the "foot long nachos". This is literally a bag of Doritos in a cardboard tub and then they only allow cheese, tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños. You can get avocado added for extra money. I asked for black olives and was told that they aren't allowed to add that, or anything else! Since when can't I get whatever I want on my food at Subway??

Fiancé went denmarknlocation ordered sub and the guy counted ten olives and placed on sub. He asked for more on a foot long. Was told manager only allows that many pieces. More will be extra. What a joke.

The manager of the place, I believe her name is Christine is so rude and disrespectful.. as I'm ordering my sub I asked for extra green peppers since she previously only put 4 tiny slices on my FOOTLONG sub. She responded to me saying , "No, we don't just hand out, handfuls of vegetables" .... like what??? You're not handing out anything, I'm paying for the food.. I walked out, without the sub, as she yells behind me "don't ever come back here" . Trust me, I don't plan on it!

Literally the worst experience of my life!!!! Asked for manager and she stated she was and accused me of being intoxicated..which i was not...I'll never in my life give them business again..all because i asked for a sub to be microwaved...and my daughter whom is a vegetarian and wants what she wants you get irritated with me...most unprofessional and disrespectful service I've ever experienced!!!!

O my goodness. Waited 20 minutes for 1 sub. Only 2 teenagers working. Made half my sub, then made 2 to go order while my sub sat there getting cold. Then finished my sub, and that sat there while she moved on to the next person line. After finishing that sub, she rang me up. The other kid there was almost no help at all.

Went in there for a sandwich and was met with amazing customer service from the employees who were running it. David, Jacob, and Jayden all did an amazing job with my club sandwich. The ingredients were fresh and it tasted amazing. Would recommend if you could get served from at least one of them

Horrible!!! I had them make me a sub the guy wasn't even paying attention to what he was putting on the sandwhich... literally just put small piles on didn't spread anything out. Barely put any lettuce or other veggies on it.. I had to leave them with that sad sandwhich... no way in heck I'm paying for that!!!! Sucks now I have to go eat at mc donalds

It's nice having a few choice in a Denmark. Everything is kept clean and tidy. I've had good and bad customer experiences here but more good than bad. The food is fresh.

The windows on the front of this old building always fog up on moist or cold weather days. It's minor but shows the buildings age.

There were 3 people in line when we arrived. It took 15 minutes before we were able to order. The 2 workers were the worst! They were able to make 6 sandwiches for 6 people in 30 minutes. Pretty sad customer service 😢

Pleasant, clean dining room atmosphere (playing popular + 80’s station). Very bright due to the large front picture windows. Ample off street parking with curbside parking close by. As for coupons/specials, the newer owner has a tight “by-the-book” policy; so no doubling & ck your expiration dates. All app order specials honored with remote orders. Only “drawback” would be sometimes having to wait for online orders being prepped, but in the post-pan era that’s the reality. Virtual customers beat you to the line, you just don’t see them. Wish some crabby “MyWay” customers would realize that rather than making a scene for everyone else to have to put up with. Seasonal Outdoor seating available next to building or 30 ft across the lot at an artificial pond green space. For a family break - a park/playground, ice cream shop (warm months), grocery and unbelievable local bake shop are a short walking distance (1 block or less).

I have never jumped on here so quick to leave a review.. This morning I went to Subway and had a terrible experience with a staff member by the name of Christine. She was extremely rude to me while I was ordering my food!! She has no customer skills at all, I can’t believe she works there.. and I feel sorry for the other staff members that have to work next to her. Subway, she needs to be fired. I will refuse to go in there if she is working from now on.

Went to grab a quick bite before an event and we were after another family. So the only people in the store at the time. They had mobile orders to fill..which OK one person can do that. No pulled all the workers. To make us wait 15 mins not even acknowledge us or the line now to the door! Def not happy and neither was my son who had left crying. Thanks!!

This is a well set-up Subway. It's in a convenient location, and has good parking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Think about it... Where else can you get a quick healthy salad with anything on it that you would like? I especially like the rotisserie chicken. They can chop it up for you if you like, or you can have it unchopped. The Taste is always very good at Subway. But then, again, you can have them put anything on that you like in the way of vegetables cheese, guacamole and a whole array of dressings and spices like oregano, pepper Etc.
