I had a really good experience at this Subway location. The store was clean, well-organized, and everything looked fresh. Worst place ever ordered online something they sold out of instead of calling me to let me know they waited the 30 minutes for me to get there to inform me and when asked if they could replace it because it was a buy 1 sub get one for $1 she just stated no but I can refund you because it's a price difference for sandwhiches didn't even look at my order like what does the price difference matter if it's a promotional offer it's buy 1 get 1 for a $1 and if there was a slight difference I would have paid she didn't even let me decide she just didn't want to work worst ever never will be back that's for sure

My fiancé stopped in to grab an order we placed online. Our order was not ready by the time we got there due to the lobby having a couple placing their order before we did. Not a problem, I can totally wait! However, there was another lady who was extremely berate and rude to the employee for NO reason other than being entitled to food when she wanted it. She was demanding the employee to make her 6 subs for her before ours even though our order was placed already. My fiancé stood up for this employee and I couldn’t be more proud of him. The lady was cussing at the employee, she placed blame on the employee for her starving kids instead of acknowledging her own bad mothering. The employee tried her absolute HARDEST to accommodate this disgusting woman. My fiancé even attempted to help the situation at first too. But that woman wasn’t having it! She eventually walked out as she did get kicked out for yelling at everyone in the gas station simply because she wasn’t getting her food first even though she didn’t have an order in at all. Just saying if you see a bad review within the same time frame as mine; probably don’t trust it as it was this nasty lady just being an entitled lowlife. The employee handled the situation very well for her age. The employee was also fast when she made our order and made it correctly! The nasty lady made her cry and idk, I have worked in service industry a lot of my life and if there is one thing I know, it’s not to mess with people who make your food! This subway has come a long way since a year ago-the employees are empathetic, adapting, and aware. Society? Not so much I guess.

Thank you to Aimee and Melissa for coordinating my children’s school catering lunches. We are a local school and they worked with us to provide a sandwich, chip, and cookie lunch box for them! They need to teach employees to make orders in the order they are received. The Employee had 3 online orders sitting for a long time while taking lobby customers. The receipt for my online order was sitting on counter along with 2 others. She didn’t even look at it until 27 minutes after I received “Ready notification.” She then told me they were out of the Italian bread for my order. Why am I being told my order is ready when it’s not even started? Why do I need to sit while she takes lobby customers, just walking in, first before our orders that were processed long before theirs? Maybe if you worked on the orders that came in first we wouldn’t have this issue. I get that you're only one person but it’s good practice and necessary that you complete orders one by one in the order you receive. Let lobby customers know you have 3 online orders ahead of them. It’s not rocket science!

Fresh tasting sandwich, especially the veggies. Turkey was cold so it didn't have a taste to me. This was a stop for to go lunch while driving to Milwaukee, so easy in, order, pay and then we ate in car. They have three bench tables if you want to eat inside. With chain fast food restaurants I expect and received the taste/quality that I expected. Menu has changed some...no roast beef here for calorie conscious, turkey was available.
If you know what to expect and want Subway hasn't disappointed no matter where I've been in Europe or the states!! Great to go option during pandemic!

My wife and I just moved to the area a few months ago, and have been here three times so far. Each time we’ve had the same sandwich maker, Brett. He is incredibly pleasant and friendly, and has recognized us each time we’ve gone in, and after only 3 visits has began to remember our orders. After our first time there my wife and I both said to each other “wow, he was so nice!” and he’s been just as nice with each consecutive visit. The restaurant itself is always clean and well maintained as well.

Is it because Subway and McDonald's are the only 2 fast food chains in the town of East Troy that they think it's ok to be as slow as what they are and rude? I can walk into any Subway anywhere and ask for a party platter to be made while I wait! It's 5 sandwiches, 5! I was told no in a snotty tone and given an even ruder look as she said it. Your never busy at this location, so you should have plenty of time to train properly! I never realized 5 sandwiches with meat, cheese, lettuce, and tomato required a 24 hour notice online... That's cool it's worth the extra time to drive to Mukwonago to either Subway location get what I need and be treated properly...

One of the slowest, most expensive, and dishonest subways I've ever been to. Service is very slow. They have one maybe 2 people at a time but only 1 that makes sandwiches (very very slowly might I add) while the other hides in back and only comes up to ring you up with no smile and just rude.

Also she tried to cheat me out of money, I ordered the foot long veggie max (the board said it was $7.75, most other subways it is between $6-$6.50) and she asked me for almost $10. Tax is not that much and she said the register charged it at $8.75 and I said well the board says this so I think that's what I'll pay for this. I mean you buy a shirt at a store for $7 and they ring you up for $8 you let them know there is a mistake right? Well she made me stand there for about 5 min (probably hoping I'd just say whatever and leave) but I just waited and finally she gave me the correct change but I'll never go back to this subway and I don't recommended you go there either.
