I wish I could give a higher review! The owners of this store are incredible people and deserve so much happiness 😊 Sam and his wife are so sweet, kind and thoughtful. I actually bumped into Sam’s wife (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) across the street from subway, she could tell I was having a rough day. We walked to subway together where we continued to talk, and there I met her husband.

The next time you are in Eau Claire, or craving subway, please go here 😊 they are genuine, kind people! Also, who doesn’t love subway, they are always great. And they definitely make their sandwiches with love which makes them that much better.

VERY disgusted with the cleanliness of this particular location. At 5pm I arrived to get a footlong sub. I ordered a sub and was appalled to see bugs CRAWLING ALL OVER THE VEGGIES. They looked like gnats crawling on the cucumbers and tomatoes. When I told the lady who was making my sub she looked down at them and tried to swat them away.. She then asked me if I would like anything else on the sub, although she had already put the contaminated veggies on my sub. She did not exchange the containers, apologize, or even really acknowledge the amount of bugs digging into the veggies and the contamination that was occurring. I was absolutely disgusted and told her I did not want a sandwich anymore as I had lost my appetite. The man working with her began to help out the two men behind me as if nothing had happened. It being 5pm, I would have assumed that they would want to change out the containers immediately for the dinner rush.. I do not think I will ever trust a subway again. I alerted corporate and was sent a dismissive reply. I have not ever been one to make a review or be a Karen but this really was a terrible and gross experience.

Charlie is one of the coolest people, i would nominate him for man of the year. He also knows the best way to make a sub, it's like he's also making a work of art at the same time. Food was so fire that i felt afraid of my friend's house bursting into flames, but i would trust him to save me from that fire because he's a hero of the people.

Came in with 3 of our friends and Charlie made us feel welcome immediately! I was taking a picture of 2 of my friends and didn't realize he was in the background and he posed, a really nice gentleman and food to match his wonderful personality! Couldn't recommend this location more!

I just went here after trying to order our dinner on the app three times on two different devices and it wouldn't work. So I went in and although I sympathize it was extremely hard to communicate what I wanted and needed as both employees working spoke very little English. I ordered two six inches and a wrap and was asked over and over so a footlong? I asked for what comes on the sandwich from the menu bored. Was told I was supposed to pick what I wanted and they didn't know what was supposed to come on the sandwich so I had to read their bored for them. Because of the communication barriers I didn't get exactly what I wanted on two of them. Also while she made my wrap she stepped away and touched the register and receipt paper than came back and touched my food with the same gloves she just touched everything else with. The pop dispensers stick and stay on so you have to touch the gross sticky thing to manually make it stop. My pop was also low on syrup and tasted like flavored water. By the time I left with $50 worth of food that wasn't made the way I asked I was just done and wanted to leave. I am all for every background of person making a life here in the country made from imagrants. However maybe a person that speaks good English should be on shift with them until they learn the menu as I am sure it was just as frustrating for them as it was for me. It's just when you spend over $50 on dinner you want what you wanted not whatever they can understand. Half of everything ended up not being eaten and thrown. My wrap was doused in pepper that I didn't want and than doused in pepper corn ranch so it was hot to say the least. The glove thing was the worst part of it all and really grossed me out especially during cold and flu season. Because of the hygiene issues bad pop and high price for a mediocre subs and wrap I will not be returning to subway as a whole. I'd rather have firehouse subs or really any other sub places in the area.

The food is always good, but the service has gone downhill, I'm afraid. The folks behind the counter OBVIOUSLY did not want to be there. Not a smile or have a "blank" day, just an air of unhappiness. Which flows nicely into the atmosphere, it doesn't help that its attached, well inside, the holiday station but segregated from the station. The disposition of the staff whose attitude would have been better placed in a funeral parlor giving the 2 star rating for atmosphere. I'll get sandwiches there but I won't be sitting to eat, that's for sure.

Sandwich was raw not cooked bread was not cooked. Have had to go back multiple times to get a correct order from this location and this will be my last. Subway is great just stay away from this one. Usually don't have issues with this place. First time I ordered online due to covid 19 and they screwed the whole order up! Wrong meat on wrong bread and onions and peppers on the wrong sandwich. I was very displeased with our order! Here try ordering to help out the companies and they can't even get the order right! Will not order online at subway again..

Negative star......I am beyond disgusted with this business. On Wednesday August 14 I got a sub here, on the way to my car I dropped my wallet in the parking lot. I then got a message on Facebook from a young lady saying she turned my wallet into this subway. When I made it back there the next day they knew it had been there but nobody seems to know where it was so they gave me the managers number. I couldn't get ahold of her so I went in the following day again. And again, they knew it had been there but they couldn't find it. Even after the cops were called and the owner showed up, however I never seen him. They supposedly looked at tapes and they weren't working. All this is very sketchy. And in the end I still dont have my wallet.....no apology no explanation no nothing. This place obviously has a thief working there and they dont seem to be bothered by it at all....A worker stole a wallet that had been turned in by another honest customer. They should be ashamed.
