ONE scoop of tuna for a footlong, an extra charge for another scoop. Haven't been to a Subway in years, so didn't question it last week. Went to a different Subway location today, ordered a footlong tuna, and worker put in more than one scoop of tuna.

I think his name was Jack was working and he was amazing. My son wanted to order our food for us and he was patient with him. Very polite with speaking to us. My son wanted just a cheese pizza and Jack made sure he got what he wanted. Made sure to cut it the way My son who is autistic wanted it.

Would highly recommend to not even going here. They cheap you out on everything. Sandwiches used to be fire... Like heavy. Now they put like nothing on them. I paid $30 for two sandwiches with nothing on them. This place has become a joke. Subs don't taste the same. Ingredients taste not fresh. No meat on it whatsoever.

If you want any amount of meat on your sub, don't go to this location. This used to be our usual Monday spot but since we have noticed a change in employees, they give you enough meat for a 2 inch sub on a 6 inch!

They messed up my sandwiches and I call in to say something. I had to explain myself multiple times. There was pieces of egg in my sandwich that shouldn't have been there and didn't put the sauce on my other sandwich. Was told a manager would reach out who didn't until I called the store a second time. Manager finally calls me and flat out calls me a liar. What kind of place are you running here? No customer support.

I have been coming into this subway for the longest time and was just in the other day to see no one I recognized I was hesitant to still get a sandwich but I did anyway I was asking about the other people that worked there and he said they no longer work there which is so sad to hear! Unreal I’ve never seen it so bare in there either they have always been so busy all the time! Sad to hear my favorite people are no longer working there!

This was my absolute favorite Subway loved the staff great service professional CLEAN !!! That was untill I visit last week different staff I don't expect much first time but not washing your hands rude almost felt like I was bothering them i don't know yet I do know they lost my business and anyone I talk to we have 5-6 other subways if they wash there hands they already better then this one!!

This Subway used to be the spot, thanks to Raven and the old crew. Under the new ownership, the standards have hit rock bottom. The new staff acts like washing hands is optional—seriously, I watched someone go from handling money to my sandwich without so much as a rinse. The sandwiches are now sloppy and get hardly any veggies, even when you ask for extra! The old staff were friendly, professional, and knew how to stack a sandwich without making it look like it had been dropped on the floor. Bring back the old staff, and maybe I’ll bring back my business.

I’ve been a regular at this Subway location for years, but since the ownership changed, the quality has noticeably declined. The ingredients don’t seem as fresh, and the service has become slower and less friendly. Unfortunately, it’s just not worth the visit anymore. I recommend checking out other Subway locations nearby for a better experience.

12/12/24- Stopped in and ordered a sandwich. Gentleman helping me must of been a new employee could tell he was struggling. I walked in today on a phone call knowing I had to order my sandwich so I paused my phone call, but still had my phone up to my ear. They weren’t going to serve me and give me a snotty look. I started my order because most times when I am there, They don’t say hello they just look at me and go. What would you like? The lady said I will wait till you’re off the phone and I said that’s OK all happy an go luck and I told my person that I was on the phone with that I was ordering my food. I ordered my food. The lady did not have to wait for me Whatsoever, she continuously gave me a snotty look through my whole order not knowing if I was getting the order from the person on the phone or if it was my order and then at the end of the order Paid I left a 10% tip because I work in a food industry job and know how important that is and then she proceeded to say we don’t usually serve people on phones in a snotty way. I am a frequent customer at the subway and I will not be back because of this. Treat people with respect you do not know what is going on in their life and if they are on the phone, it might be for something important or someone’s order .

My husband picked up at BMT Sub for me today at 12:30 6/26/24. Haven't went to Subway in a few months. Went there today, and worst ever. They now slice their deli meat even thinner, refuse to give mayo packets to a "regular customer" who takes the time to go to their resturant but rather only to catering. Oh, and bread is crusty hard not soft and fresh.

I have been going to this location for over 20 years [back when it was less than half the current size]. After the pandemic hit this location doesn't see to be as much of a go to place, not as many dine -in customers. The service is still adequate though and the food is what you expect.

It was very clean and the staff was professional. Their veggies were fresh and so is their bread. Overall it was a nice lunch place. I recommend this Subway and will be returning. Oh! If you've never tried it before, the "Protein Bowls" are a really great choice if you're watching the bread intake or gluten free option! 😉

Walked in at around 9:30am on 5/15 and ordered a couple subs. ZERO customer hospitality. Didn’t wash her hands for at least 10 seconds before making my food, when the requirement was 20 seconds. Very rude customer service. Just so the workers at this subway knows your checks you are because of customers buying the food so don't be rude to the customers. Yes I have worked in fast food so I know how busy I gets and that's why prep work is done before it gets busy so then you're ready. But I guess common sense isn't there. Place is clean, they have social distancing stickers on the floor, it wasn't too busy but busy enough but best of all the staff are friendly, talkative, take the time to have a laugh and all whilst they work. Very rude!!!!!!! I asked if they could make a certain cookie for my kids and they just started explaining the process and complaining about how long it would take. Subway in general is great, but this store has issues. Very slow and blunt service, and they're sticklers for the quantity of ingredients they give you. Subway is known for loading up your sub, but this store barely gives you anything. Even "extra cheese" was less than the normal amount you would get at a different store. Go somewhere else if you want a filling lunch.

My sub itself was fine, but one worker's actions today was appaling. I frequent this place often, and today there was a female and a male working the sandwich line. The female was helping get soup for the order in front of me and had her gloves on from the sandwich order. She proceded to rearrange the soup containers, go in back (while pushing the swinging door open) and grab a metal separator (which I'm sure wasn't sterile), then serve soup to the order before me without ever washing her hands or changing gloves. She then proceeded to make my order with those same gloves on. Gross!!! Her second action was in the middle of the above process. The male working the other end of the line was clearly out of practice, but doing well! He asked her a question respectfully about something, then went in back to grab it. While he was in back she said to the other customer and I "sorry, he doesn't work much. He's just confused" with a disgusted tone. Now that isn't good coworker relations to me. Between the OSHA violations and the attitude, I don't think I'll get a sandwich when she's working again. Time was 12:05 pm on 12/15/18
