I ordered a sub from Uber Eats and when it was delivered I got the wrong sub. I called Subway and talked to an employee and we both read off what his ticket said and what my receipt said the ticket and receipt matched and yet the sub was wrong. They refused to correct the sandwich even though the mess up was on their end.

This is the worst subway in town. I have been here multiple times and each time the guy behind counter just stands there and I wait for him to ask me what I want. Even for veggies. He should be the one asking not me standing there until he looks at me and finally asks. Need to retrain or let him go. Employee # 464. At subway #48249.

The ladie working at the subway on Jeffers road today 9/03/24 made probably one of the best subs I've had in forever! Not only fast service but to perfection on amount and and sauce. This place definitely needs to keep her around. Aslo was out whipping down tables right away

Have ordered from this subway multiple times online and have given over 10mins before arriving at the store just to have to wait in line and wait for them to make my order in front of me. If you want your sub made correctly, don’t go to the subway on Jeffers Rd and have the manager Sheila make it. Ordered 2 six inch BLT’s on the app and neither one had cheese or onions on them. Then when I called to let her know they were wrong she told me I was wrong because she made them and knows she didn’t mess up and to return the sandwiches if I want a refund. That was a waste of my lunch break and time and now I have to go out of my way to return to the store again and waste more time.

If you can go to another subway, just go there instead. Ordered a Turkey foot long sub, literally only had like 5 thin slices of turkey. I always tip, say please and thank you. Either they're taught to do this, or they're just angry people who purposely put less meat on the sandwich and make it terribly.

This subway always messes up my sandwich. I just spent 20$ on doordash to get this mess. Everything they did was not correct. The bread is fat in width. The veggies are very thickly cut. The whole sandwich was not warmed up. I did not want to eat a freezing steak and cheese sandwich. Not to mention when I received the sub it was poorly wrapped and all the contents that were suppose to be inside of it were not inside of it. I had to shove the meat in with my hands. I am very annoyed right now. I did not just waste $20 on something I’m not going to eat.

All is darkness here. The empty-eyed child worker behind the counter is a crude personification of the soul of this place. Bits of sandwich makings lie strewn about like the half-sentient scraps of creation God left behind but did not have the mercy to destroy. The microwave shoulders much of the burden. Online orders are treated as mere wishes whispered into the ether. By the register is a stack of half sheets of paper inviting applicants to work here - a grim memorial to those who have been and will be fed into the machine of Eat Fresh.

I had several issues with a recent online app order. One of my sandwiches did not get any mayonnaise as requested. Neither of my footling sandwiches were cut in half. These issues weren’t a big deal but then I noticed a long, curly hair attached to one of my sandwiches. So I filled out a review through the Subway website. I received a response by the local owner the following day. I was very dissatisfied with the response as I did not get a refund for the hairy sandwich or a gift card/coupon for another sandwich. The response felt copied/pasted for any general complaint and didn’t show any care or concern for the customer. Not planning to go back.

I live right by here and stop in a lot, went in for a couple sandwiches tonight and saw a large group of women and girls all not wearing masks up ordering. I then noticed all of the employees behind the food barrier ALSO not wearing masks. Come on people there’s a statewide mandate and especially as an employee representing a company you should be following that. Needless to say I left quickly without buying any food.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The "manager" Nini is the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I live by this subway so I go there a couple times a month but will NEVER go back because of her. I asked for her name and she tried to ignore me and said "who are you going to complain to, I am the manager. If you don't like my attitude don't come here". Argumentative and rude to customers and obviously hates working there. She has continuously gotten ruder with time and I wouldn't recommend going to this subway if you dont want to have a bad customer service experience.

Very poor service! I ordered a hot sandwich that was even toasted. My chicken was still frozen, the pickles had mold on them, the bread was at least 3 days old and very hard. The soda fountain had only water. The 2 women working there were speaking very poorly of a coworker. Not professional at all. There happen to be 10 people who witnessed this all. 3 of us said something to these ladies about their unprofessionalism and the food they were serving to people. Their response was, to fricken bad. We're not paid enough to care! Management was notified. I certainly hope these to clowns are fired.

Normally if I have a bad experience I'll chalk it up as an off day. But today was the fourth time i've had an issue of a similar nature. This location is horrible for efficiency and timeliness. Even if there's nobody in line you still will be waiting forever. Today I happened to be the first one in line with nobody behind me, then a few people showed up and after my sandwich was made I stood at the register waiting for 4 other sandwiches belonging to total strangers to be made before getting rang up. I've about had it with this place, so next time I'll just get a bag of Doritos from the gas station and call it good.
